Replicate CRM Contract to ECC

Hi All
I've a scenario where
(1) I have to replicate CRM Service Contracts to ECC. Is it possible to do the same? If possible then how?
(2) Is it possible to maintain SLA values in CRM Sales Contract  at which can be transfered to the Orders which are created with reference to the respective Contract?
Thanks in advance.
Avi

Hi,
There are prerequisites to be maintained in CRM and ERP for CRM contract to be replicated in ERP as a debit memo.
Please find the details in the below link:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/65/9c4d3bcf95926ae10000000a114084/frameset.htm
In your case I assume Debit memo is not being created for the Service product and giveing error "Product Cannot be recorded in ECC", because system is finding the same product in ECC as configurable material type (Service product in CRM, config material in ECC).
As per the prerequisite Synchronization of master data (SAP CRM and SAP ERP) should be maintained
All business partners used in SAP CRM transaction documents also exist in SAP ERP.
Service products in SAP CRM exist as materials in SAP ERP.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Chethan

    Hello Rajesh,
Yes it is possible.  You have to maintain some synchronization settings iin CRM and ECC as well mapping the item categories from CRM into ECC..  Read the following link for a start.  Good Luck!

  • Partner redetermination in CRM for the replicated Sales contract from ECC

    Hello Friends,
We are facing a typical issue, Our sales process is, we are creating Sales contract in ECC and replicating it in CRM. Problem area is we want to determine the Employee with the Territory ID in the CRM. Issue is the User will not be aware, who is the Employee responsible for the particular Sold to Party at the time of creation in ECC.
    Config details:
    1. Partner function related to Contracts are
        Sold to Party
        Ship to Party
        Bill to
        Payer
        Employee Responsible
        Employee _ Territory
    2. Sales Contract is created in ECC and replicates in to CRM
    3. Created Z partrner function for Employee_Territory and access seq assigned is 0030:Preeceding docyment>Territory>User
    4. All the Partner function in ECC are determined through the Source as Sold to, except Employee_Terrritory, which is manual
    5. Partner function value is manually maintained for Employee_territory in ECC sales contract
    6. When replicated to CRM, I want this Employee_Territory to be redetermined based on the Territory attributes like Business partner Zip code
Kindly let me know, how to achieve it through configuration or if there is any BADI which requires minimum development.
    Thanks,
    Anup Bansal

    Hey!
You can use badi COM_PARTNER_DETERM to determine partnter function based on Determination Sources.
You might also use user-defined callback function to realize your business requirement based on event handle technology.

  • Replicate sales orders from  ecc to crm

    Hi experts,
We are creating sales orders in ECC and want to replicate them into CRM. Can you please tell me the configuration steps required in the middleware to replicate the orders from ecc to crm.
    thanks in advance
    Andy

    Hi,
To replicate ECC Sales Order to CRM Sales Order, you need to setup up the Data Exchange in both the systems. This means you have to configure the systems, then you need to do an initial data exchanges and then finally the delta exchange will happen in both the systems. You need to look at the configuration guides for a proper setup of the systems.
You can search the forum for a detailed document with special focus on the integration points.
Also have a look at the following SAP HELP link:

  • How replicate a Contract froma SAP SRM to SAP ECC

    Hi all,
I created a Global Contract on SRM system. Is there a way to replicate it to SAP ECC? Is there also a way to associate it to an existing Contract in SAP ECC system?
    Thanks very much, Regards,
    Maria

    Hi,
    1. The backend system should be defined (SAP R/3) in your  Technical Settings (SPRO) and RFC destination to R/3 system should be configured
    2. Then the Message Type BLAORD needs to be configured in ALE/IDoc settings.
Plz refer this thread for more info:
    Problem with contract
Once this is done, all GOA created inSRM will be replicated to SAP R/3 system.

  • Sales Orders Not Replicating from CRM 2007 to ECC 6.0

I have been able to successfully replicate my Customers from ECC to CRM. When attempting to replicate a Sales Order from CRM into ECC, the BDoc shows as "Confirmed (fully processed)" in SMW01. When I look at the list of receivers, it shows my ECC system, with a state of "Processed". However, when I look at the Error Segments on the BDoc, I have two events:
    1. No Upload into R/3
    2. R/3 Adapter is Called
Any thoughts on what I am missing?
    Thanks!

    MCG,
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I have a publication of "All Business Transactions (MESG)" with a subscription of my ECC system. The BDocs never make it into the Outbound queue. I purposely stopped the outbound queue to see if it would show-up ... it never comes in.
    Thanks!

I have replicated contract with 4 line items, with different profit centers (Say P1, P2, P3, P4 and assigned to same real  internal order(IO1),as i am using single object controlling  and controlling senario at the transaction level)  to all the line items ,when ever  the line item is Billed(Vf01) or the Revenue recognized  on the Contract(Vf44) the Accounting Entries are getting  populated with  Dummy profit center as the AUFNR u2013 prctr is u201CDummyu201D

  • Material price to be defaulted in shopping carts from Contracts in ECC

    Hi Guys,
We are having a scenario wherein we need to get the price in shopping cart from contracts in ECC.In our case for a material only one contract exists for a given time frame in the ECC.We are working on classic scenario in SRM 5.5 as an add on to ECC.Any help to get this working will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Pawan.

    Hi Pawan,
As long as you dont have the Configuration Step "Sourcing Via Vendor List activated", all contracts that you have created for a material will automatically show up in the source of supply as the proposed SOS. This and Info records are displayed on the SOS tab on the SRM Shopping cart via an RFC call that Standard SRM Does.
    Pls try out a scenario:
1.) Create a contract for a material in ECC
2.) Replicate the material in SRM
3.) Create a Shopping cart in SRM with that material
4.) you will automatically see the contract beoing displayed on the SOS.
Following are the pricing priority in SRM.
    <b><b>Price Determination in EBP</b>
    Priorities
1.) Manual price (only if field is open for input)
    2.) Contract
    3.) Catalog
4.) Price from product linkage or from product
So as long as you dont have a manual price for the Shopping cart, the price will be adopted from the contract. i would suggest for materials with contracts, update the s/c price with the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI at the time of submission with an RFC call to ECC to obtain the right proce from the contract.
    Hope this info helps !!
Pls assign points, if answer helps you

  • Error in replication sales order from CRM 5 to ECC 6

    Hi,
I am new to the middleware
When I am trying to replicate the sales order from CRM 5 to ECC 6, i found the following error in SMW01 “R/3 adapter is called
    Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC024
I am unable to track what may be the problem and even I have checked the SMQ1 & SMQ2 in both CRM and ECC but nil.
    Can anybody help me out?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Binu,
Try check also the SMQ1 & SMQ2 on R/3 when you start trigger the
document transfer from CRM to ECC. If you cannot see any similar document
appear here, seems like your Middleware filter has not properly set.
Check Middleware filter for document transfer, if I am not mistake, the object
    is SALES_DOCUMENT.
Just check, if there filter which block the document to be sent to R/3.
    Hope this helps.
    Gun.

  • FILA_MIGRATION_IMPORT to upload LAE contracts in ECC

    Hi,
We are trying to uplaod legacy contracts on ECC side withthe help of program FILA_MIGRATION_IMPORT.
But its throwing error : "Value Retrieval: Validation/substiution could not be determined".
Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi Madhu,
In my input file I am providing Value Ids so I am not receiving this error.
As I am currently in the investigation stage I have used the export program FILA_MIGRATION_EXPORT to create a file from an existing LAE contract to use as the basis for my input file.
I am in the process of determining where all the data for the LAE Tables comes from on the CRM Contract. We are creating a program in CRM to extract the data from the contract into the format accepted by the LAE import program. This is a long process! It would be nice if there was a program in CRM that already does this!
Also for your information there are some OSS Notes that may need to be applied to the FILA_MIGRATION_IMPORT program.

  • CRM 7.0 = ECC 6.0 Upload: Filter criteria for BUPA_MAIN

    Dear Experts,
concerning filtering of BUPA_MAIN in CRM 7.0 => ECC 6.0 Upload we have already learned from SAP (to our surprise) that the only way is to redefine publication BUPA_MAIN as "simple intelligent" (Standard is simple bulk). BUPA_MAIN as "simple intelligent" offers a couple of fields (e.g. partner_no, is_customer) which can be defined as filter criteria.
We have the requirement to filter by a bp status field which is not part of this set. By the way, we expected the filtering in object management (TX R3AC1, filters are only valid for ECC=>CRM Dowload) or at least in the TX CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU by registrating a ZFunction module in CRM outbound for BUPA_MAIN. Under certain circumstances the later leads to errors  in the subsequent middleware processing.
Has anybody a similiar requirement or does face the same problems?
    Thanks for your help.
    Regards, Mark

    Hi Mark
Please put this request in the correct forum of CRM Middleware.
I am sure your will get the right help from the middleware experts.

  • How to add new fields to CRM contract Product List tab?

    Hi all!
I would like to add a new custom field for CRM contract (CRMD_BUS2000121) item level, on the Product List tab.
Here I found CRMT_0100A_ORDPRP_I_EXT_UI structure, therefore I enhanced this with new append structure and new fields.
I also added the new fields to ORDPRP_I append structure and mapped the new fields in CRMC_MAP.
For some reason the new fields are on the screen but they are grey, not changeable. What did I do wrong?
    Thanks,
    Tamas Pentek

Actually for the new IC webclient UI you have need to take a look at your options:
    1.  New Installation:
Use the EEWB and add the fields.  As part of the EEWB work, you will have a couple of post-processing steps where you will add your generated fields to the new screens.  However this doesn't require any programming.
    2.  Upgrade from CRM 4.0/50
    - New fields to add as part of upgrade
See the directions for new installation
    - Existing fields to add as part of upgrade
--See the blog on the 40/52 CUSTOMER_H migration for transaction fields
--Business Partner fields part of BUT000 available via UI configuration tool, no extra work needed
--Business Partner fields part of tabular extension, manual work required, I am still "perfecting" this method and plan on writing a blog once I have the technique finished.
--Product Attributes - use the transaction CRMM_UI_PROD_GEN and CRMM_UIU_PROD_CONFIG
I know CRM 2007 is based on the same tech foundation as 2006s, with some differences in how the UI tool works and the fact there are some screen layout changes(editable overviews).  The extension procedures are generally the same.  I can answer some of you extension questions based on my work with CRM 52 so far.  It will generally apply to your situation.
BTW:  The PCUI is no longer supported in CRM 2006s and above.  Even the old SAP GUI transactions such as BP, COMM_PRODUCT are removed from the standard CRM menu.   The SAP CRM web client should be used instead now.
    Take care,
    Stephen
