Replicate partner funtion from R/3 to CRM

Hello Experts,
We have created a new partner function in R/3 system ( ZC ), and we need to replicate it to the CRM system.
I already ran the CUSTOMER_REL object but it doesn't replicate the ZC parter function.
Could you please tell me how we can do this?
Thanks,
Susana

I had already did the configurations that you had sugested me, but It doesn't worked.
Now I've another issue. I tried to replicated again the CUSTOMER_REL object, and I get the following errors:
"Partner number 0000023283 is already assigned to a contact partner relationship
Message no. CRM_BUPA_MAPPING217"
"Technical error occurred (7)
Message no. BUPA_MW_EXCHANGE103"
Do you have any sugestion for this?
Thanks

  • How to replicate material master from R/3 to CRM

    Hi guys,
I am trying to replicate material master from R/3 to CRM using BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA but no changes are getting replicated to CRM.
    Any help..??
    Thanks,
    Sid

Hi find below for the product cat
Steps to create the product category in SRM:
    1)       Create MM material groups in ECC client. This will create a transport. Go to SRM Tcode R3AS and select the object u201CDNL_CUST_PROD1u201D from the list and run it. You can monitor the job using R3AM1 in SRM. This will bring the material group into SRM. This can be seen in TCode u201CCOMM_HIERARCHYu201D in SRM.
    2)       Once it is done. Go to IMG in SRM and go to path SRM> SRM server> Cross app biz settings> Account aassigmnet> Define GL code for Acc *** Cat and Prod Cat. Maintain the GL code against this prod cat for all the account assignment codes. This is client specific setting and need to be done in every client by opening it. This GL code is given in the form in ticket.
    3)       Do a test and check if the product category is available for procurement in SC.

    All,
    here is the scenario
I have downloaded customers from R/3 to CRM. Now I'm trying to download the contacts in customer account to CRM. When I go to relationships in CRM, I should be able to view the same contacts in R/3 for this customer
    Settings
In CRM customizing data transfer setting for partner processing, I have AP already selected.
In R/3 there is no partner function assigned/ created for this customer but have a contact.
I tried to replicate this with Customer_Rel object KUNA1 table -- but didn't work
I tried to with the same object with table KVNK only for one single customer. It has been processing for ever...
I want to create the contact with the same number as BP instead of having different number for contact person.
Can someone please help me !!!
    Thanks,
    Sri

Ensuring that the number range of contact person is same in both R/3 and CRM - OSS note 564538.
    Create function module : Z_CHANGE_CONTACT_GROUPING copying BUPA_MWX_BDOC_MAP_MAIN_CENTRAL

  • Business Partner Replication from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
I am trying to replicate BP (eg 891151) from R/3 to CRM.  While replicating Error segment in T.Code SMW01-Display BDocs shows that  industry AXALTO is not maintained.
I was searching this in Table TBRC in R/3 but says No table entries found.
But the same Industry is attached to the Customer in XD03 in R/3 in field Global Account.
My doubt is, the particular field (Global Account) is having a search help and it is allowing a data which is not maintained in master data.
    Whether is it possible ?

    Hello,
You should ask this kind of question in this SAP CRM: Webclient UI - Framework.
Check if you execute the initial dowload of adapter object DNL_CUST_TBRC.

    Dear SAP CRM Gurus,
I want to replicate the sales orders created in R/3 to CRM . These order flow to R/3 from legacy system.
Please provide me the middleware steps need to be done for this. Also provide me other criteria required for replication to CRM,
like same number range , order type etc.

So can some onle please tell me how to do this?.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Arun

    1. Create the partner function in ECC
    2.  Assign the partner function to the relevant partner procedure in ECC
    3. Create a partner function in CRM
    4. Map the partner function as follows:
    Customer Relationship Management
    --> Basic Functions
    --> Partner Processing
    --> Data Transfer
--> Distribution of Partner Functions from R/3 into CRM
    Create the following entry:
    Partner function in R/3         Function
    and also the below:
Create a mapping entry for data transfer from CRM to R/3 via the
    following IMG activity in CRM:
    Customer Relationship Management
    --> Basic Functions
    --> Partner Processing
    --> Data Transfer

  • Replication of partner function from ECC to CRM

    Hi experts,
We are working on CRM 5.0 with back end ECC 6.0
In our scenario we are creating sales orders in ECC and replicating it to CRM.
Now the problem is we have a partner function created in ECC which is entered manually ( not through partner determination procedure) . We have also created the same partner function in CRM but we are not able to populate that partner function field automatically.
Is there any way by which we can populate this ?
Points will be rewarded for suitable solution.
    Regards,
    Madhu

    hi
just mainatining partner function wont be enough ,you need to do two things
    1. mapping of BP function between CRM and ECC
    2. specify the path from ECC to CRM so that they can be replicated successfully
so,IMG: Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Partner Processing -> Data Transfer -> Distribution of Partner Functions from SAP ECC into CRM
this is the path where in distribution you need to specify the path
and maintain there the mapping between the R3 and CRM
RFC destination should be CRM and source is ECC

  • Deactivate replication of contact persons from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
i'm replicating customer relationships from ECC6 to CRM2007. All fine, including z-partner functions etc.
One thing Im baffled by however is the replication of contact persons. Contact persons will be created in CRM only, without any integration/replication with ECC6. Since there are existing contact persons in the ECC6 master, I want to deactivate that replication.
So I hae deleted the mapping for master data transfer in CRM in the IMG under Basic Functions => Partner Processing => Data Transfer => Distribution of Partner Functions from SAP ECC into CRM
and Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM into SAP ECC.
But if I create a contact person in ECC6, it STILL replicates through to CRM!! Any ideas how to de-activate that replication? I don't want to end up with failed BDOCs in the middleware if posible.
    regards
    Jens

    Hi Srikanth,
thanks a lot for your reply. However the approach needs to be a bit more sophisitcated than that. I do replicate through a number of r?3 partner functions into relationships in CRM, e.g. ship-to and 3 z-functions (promary CSR etc.). That all works fine and needs to stay that way.
However I do need to deactivate the replication of the R/3 contact persons to CRM.

  • Custom fields mapping issue of sales order replication from R/3 to CRM

    Hello Experts,
I have to replicate sales orders from R/3 to CRM system (Initial and Delta)
The issue is I have custome fields in R/3 which are maintained in custom table(Z table) in R/3.
We added those custom fields in CRM customer_i table to synchronise with R/3 data.
To MAP R/3 custom fields to CRM custom fields, i have the following customization.
    1. Added the custom function module in the event CRMO_200 and moved all the custom fields into interal table  IT_OTHER_INFO.
    2. The intrnal table IT_OTHER_INFO with data is passed into CRM standard function modules.
    3. But in CRM the BADI 'CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI' implementation does not have the input parameter of internal table TI_OTHER_INFO.
All my custom data is in internal table TI_OTHER_INFO.
Please suggest where can i map this data to CRM enhanced fields.
    Regards,
    Umashankar.

    Hello Vanessa,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I went through the Note (1053817). It is good. I understand that the custom fields should enhance in the BAPE_VBAP in R/3.
    My Scenario:
Goal: Orders replication from R/3 to CRM along with Custom fields.
In R/3, all the custom fields are maintained in Z table (Not VBAK or VBAP).
All these custom fields are belongs to Item level.
In CRM, The custom fields are maintained in CRMD_CUSTOMER_I table though AET.
I need to MAP these custom fields to CRM while order replication from R/3 to CRM.
    Regards,
    Umashankar.

    Dear Satish
download of BP will be done from CRM to R/3 will be done and from R/3 to  CRM it will be upload
and this process is done through middleware with adaptors and plug ins which build relation b/w R/3 and CRM servers
and before downloading we have to do fielsmaping i.e. which fields are mandatory, optional, that too b/w account group og R/3 and BP role of
    CRM  this is the process
it requires basic settings and there r two types of downloads they are initial and delta downloads  initial is one time activity and delta is ongoing activity where ever u create customer in R/3 it should replicate in CRM and the same case with CRM to R/3
still not clear pls send me an mail on [email protected]
I can share more derails with u

    Hello Guys,

    queue name: R3AD_SAL_ERR
    error1:
Please enter sold-to party or ship-to party
    Nº mensagem VP112
    error2:
Sales document XXXX was not changed
    Nº mensagem V4219
    Any idea, why this happens?
    Mary

    Hello guys,
I have solved my problem by my own.
The problem was in the distribution of partner functions from crm to R3 (spro -> CRM->Basic Functions-> Partner processing->Data Transfer-> distribution of partner functions from crm to R3).
The partner functions assigned to sales orders in R3 was the AG, WE, RE and RG, and in the CRM was SP, SH, BP, PY, the partner functions map wasn't correct
I have had to map the correct partner functions between crm and r3. I have put in CRM the same partners functions that R3.
    Best regards
    Mary
