After adding 2 HUB servers and 1 master to master server ,replication delay is increasing for every 30se when I ran insyn command. I tried all the options send updates /forcing the things but still no luck ,please let me know what should I do to reduce this.to make 0

we are using 5.2 P4 . After involving SUN engineer ,he said changelogdb has been corrupted and needs to be re-initialized all the other 5 servers from this source ldap server. We did that ,after that all servers are in SYNC now.
Just wondering when doing promotion/demotion of the servers out of 6 (4mmr + 2 hubs) do we have to follow any precision specific steps ?
I followed these simple steps. 1. demoted 2 masters out of 4 masters to hubs
2. deleted all references to these hubs from other servers
3. Promoted the old existing hubs to masters and created the repl agreements
while doing this exercise found out changelogdb corrupted ,resulting all servers had to be re-initialized (which is the dreadiest thing I wanted to avoid) .
Any points am missing from this promotion/demotion process ?

You don't have to take her off your account exactly: she needs to sign out from your account on her computers and devices. Then she can obtain an Apple ID at http://appleid.apple.com and use it to sign into System Preferences or Settings>iCloud.
However, there are some issue about this. If she has been syncing her calendars and contacts to your account then the data will disappear from her devices, but remain on your account. Individual calendars can be exported as .ics files and reimported into her account, but if she has her contacts mixed up with yours she will have to enter them individually in the new account (or export yours, import them into hers, and delete the ones she doesn't want.
More intractable is the email issue. She cannot move an address from your account to hers, so if she has been using a alias on your account to have her own address she cannot transfer it. She will have to create a new email address.

I generate stats report every week for 24 Hr time period and analyze all top20 queries interms of buffer gets,physical reads and executions.I could tune the queries with the help of you.Recently my Boss asked me to look in to top version count queries and reduce the number of versions.
I have 4-5 queries which are running 300,000 times and has version count of 35.How can I reduce this number.please suggest me how to approach it.

Version count 35 out of 300000 doesn't look like a problem to me. Are you having performance issue on your system at all?

2. What's the setting of CURSOR_SHARING?

If you want to update the BIOS you need the version 5.60. The other version are for Vista and only 5.60 is for XP and so its the right one for you.
The BIOS update procedure is pretty easy. The update is Windows based that mean you can update it on Windows. Therefore extract all files from the zip archive and start the exe file. Then your BIOS will be updated.
But before you update it, close all running programs even your AntiVirus and Firwall and connect the AC/DC adaptor.

Shutdown of itunes program when searching for music. How to fix this proble

I have a problem with itunes. When I go into the itunes store and search for music it shows the loading bar at the top that shows its progess and when it is finished a screen pops up that says "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" and itunes closes. I have tried to change settings but nothing works.

^ I did everything you said except download the new itunes (I have dialup and can't tie up my phone line for 4 hours) and nothing is different.
When I send the error report it "says" that apple has a solution for the problem and it provides a link provided by apple (which by the way is crap and just sends you to the store which has 0 solutions to this problem). I try to look through the help files but it is extreemly anti-helpful.
If no one can help me then can someone please post the phone number to the support line for apple products (another thing they forgot to put anywhere in my ipod manuals which is stupid).

I have been ignoring playing music on my iphone until now (ive been used to the good 'ol ipod, and was assuming I could do away with the ipod and just use my iphone).
But having synced my imac computer and the phone, I don't seem to be able to use playlists on the iphone's itunes app. Is this right?? Or am I missing something ..?

The playlists should sync form your computer to your phone. When you go into music app to play the music, you should see playlist as a button on the bottom of the screen. If it is not showing try looking under the more button.
