Hi Subhasish,
If you have access to C4C then you can Go to go to the Business Configuration work centre and choose the Implementation Projects view. Select your implementation project and click Open Activity List.
Select the Fine-Tune phase, then select the Perform Organizational Structure Setup activity from the activity list.
here you can choose option 1. Manual setup of Org structure or 2. Import Org structure using migration template
Since you need to migrate you can fill in XML sheet with legacy data and upload into C4C

You can download organization from R3 to CRM in the following way.
go to SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Master Data -> Organization Management -> Data Transfer -> Copy SAP ECC Sales Structure. This is the place from where you can replicate the sales structure from ECC. You can have a look at the IMG Implementation Guide for a more detailed information.
As for the BP not coming as an Organization, you need to activate the switch to integrate the BP and Organization functionality. The link for the same is given below:
SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Master Data -> Business Partner -> Integration Business Partner-Organization Management --> Set up Intergration with Organization Management . Here you need to activate the following Switch - HRALX OBPON ON Integration O-BP Activated.

Issue with HR Distribution Model from ECC to CRM

Hello Gurus,
I am replicating employees from the ECC to CRM. I followed the C05 u201CCRM Organizational Model with ERP HR Integrationu201D Best Practice. Initially employees replicated without any trouble from ECC QAS to CRM DEV. The issue came since we also created a replication model from ECC QAS to CRM QAS.
Even dough each replication model has defined each corresponding receiver system (CRD and CRQ), since we created the new distribution model, employees are now only replicating to CRM QAS which was the last created distribution model.
Since we only have data en ECC QAS we have use this same system for the CRD and CRQ. The question here is: Can we only have one distribution model? Is there any way to achieve employee replication also to CRD?
Extra Information: When using PFAL for replicating, I´m using object P and after executing the systems confirms in green the replication for both systems. But when I a search the HRXX in CRD I didn`t find it I just found it in CRQ.

Dear Kumar,
you should not schedule RBDMIDOC before you have done the initial distribution because the most of the idocs will run into error (if new objects are created in ECC the distribution will create correct data in CRM; changes on existing objects will run into error because the object has not been created by distribution of essential data).
Before scheduling the idoc creation from change pointers you should have done the intitial distribution of organizational data and employees using the procedure described in note 363187.

Transferring ORg Data From ECC to CRM

An ORg structure was maintianed manually in our CRM system. Without deleting the strucutre we tried to generate the ORg strucutre from ECC using the program CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE .
Now it created problems and our products and business partners are not picking up the Sales Org Data.
When we tried to regenerate the org using CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE a dump error is observed.
We tried deleting the org strucutre using report rhrhdl00 but it didnt worked.
Can you guys help us in bringing the Sales Org Data from the ECC

you can delete the complete org structure in order to copy it again
from the R/3. For that please use report RHRHDL00 to completely
delete all org units.
Enter "O" for object type and the number of your root org unit as ID.
Enter "ORGEH" as evaluation path and execute the program (you can first
check what will happen by leaving the "test" flag set). Kindly refer
to the documentation attached to this report in trx. SE38. You should
repeat this for all other root org units.
Unfortunately this report does not delete the corresponding Business
partners created in role Organisational unit, but they can be deleted
by means of trx. BUPA_DEL.
With report RHCHECKRELATIONS you might delete evetualy remained
relations for these objects.
Before reprocess report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE you need to
refresh the buffer(before note 696229, generated records were
considered as already saved in PPOMA_CRM).
For example this report could be :
REPORT CRM_ORGMAN_R3_ORGDATA_DEL_GEN.
DATA: lv_answer TYPE char1.
START-OF-SELECTION.
popup to confirm
CALL FUNCTION 'POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_STEP'
    EXPORTING
      defaultoption = 'N'

Execute this report and then CRM org data could be created via

Pull Org model from HR

Hi,
How do i pull (replicate)l the Org model from HR system into my SRM initially?
I am aware that after the initial load, change pointers can be activated to transfer only the changes using IDOCs.
Pls help me understand how the initial replicationj takes place.

Replication of Business Partner Data from ECC to legacy

Hi,
My requirement is to replicate any changes made to Business Partner,should immediately get reflected in the legacy.
Which is the best method to follow.I am planning to use ABAP proxies instead of IDOCS.
As the replication needs to be immediate,Can I use ABAP Proxy.?
And for tigerring this proxy I need to enhance the code for Business Partner(BP) to call the proxy.
Is my approach correct or do I need to follow any other approach.

Hi,
The approach should be based on the kind of data you want to upload in SAP. if you want to upload some standard process documents like Sales order/ purchase order then it will be good to use IDOC. As we have Standard IDOCs available in SAP to upload such document in ECC. In case you want to track the change in data from BP which is not part of any standard process then in that case you can go for ABAP proxy.
If you are using ABAP proxy you dont need to call it from BP. From BP the changes will be sent to PI (in the form of File/database Query/JMS Queues ..etc ). Then PI will call inbound proxy from ECC and post the data.

and one more thing is I tried to do this by "Convert Org. Model to Represent Multiple Assignments in SAP ECC" option in crm 5.0 but i failed, some error happened, so how can I revert back to crm org model.??

Replication of hierarchical levels labels from ECC to SRM

Hi Gurus!
I am working on SRM 5.0 in Classic scenario and ECC 6.
We are trying to replicate data from ECC to SRM in order to retrieve the same organisational structure as the one existing in ECC in SRM.
We succeed in replicating hierarchical levels from ECC to SRM, indeed we retrieve data of infotype 0001 employee subgroup in table HRP5581-PERSK. But we did not retrieve labels of those subgroups?
Have we missed to customize a filter in tx BD64 in ECC? Or the problem is just that data replication does not send hierarchical levels labels from ECC to SRM?

Issue with Replication of Bank Account Numbers from ECC to CRM.

Hi,
I am trying to transfer business partners from ECC to CRM, I see errors in SMW01, stating that Bank Key is not valid for US, I have then performed the Initial load for DNL_CUST_BNKA to tranfer Bank Master Data, but again getting error but this time on BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. How do I transfer the BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER of Business Partners from ECC to CRM. Before starting the initial load for BUPA_MAIN do I need to run any other Initial load to move the BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS to CRM?
I have already moved Bank Master data using DNL_CUST_BNKA, but can't able to replicate BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS, can someone please provide me some steps which I need to perform to tranfer BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER.
Now when I ran the initial load for BUPA_MAIN , all Business partners which do not have BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS are replicated successfully but the one which have Bank Details did not got transferred and gave errors for BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, Please provide some suggestions.

1405 Replicate Account Hierarchy from ECC to C4C - new content needed ?

In 1405 integrations in C4C, a new feature provides Account Hierarchy replication from ECC.
We were implementing in 1402 and got upgraded so C4C side should be fine.
How do we get those new content - IDOC type, load report, mappings, etc. ?

The IDOC types will be in the Add-On. The updated integration guide includes the configuration. I just downloaded it from SMP yesterday and noticed that the new customer hierarchy loading has been added.

Replication failing for BP Organization from ECC to CRM

When a BP type Organization is created in ECC the replication to CRM is failing in the middleware with the message R11 126 u2013 BP Category 2 does not fit in the category 1.
The BP type person replicates correctly and the replication from CRM to ECC is good for both types, Organization and person.
When I debug the middleware I can see where it is failing: in the function FM BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA line 655. The FM is comparing the person category with organization category which ends in program error.
Is there any table in CRM to map the BP types? Or is this an SAP error?

Org Model Related

Hi ,
I have rather a question regarding ord assignment. I understand the hierarchy while creating the ord model is as below.
head company->co code-> sales org->sales office---> sales group.
Our business requirement is to have sub group to Sales Group.
Now as per my understanding we can not have any sub group to sales group in CRM. please correct me if this is possible and how? and if this is not possible what could be way out??? we are pulling org model from ECC.

Thanks for the information. My doubt is whether is it possible to replicate the same to ECC or vice verse i.e can you assign sub group to Sales group and replicate to CRM as it is?
Also I need more understanding of what you have suggested: "*If you want to buidl some logic also on those, one possible way would be to read relationships between then. For example you would read the linked org.unit to sales group org. unit. And then it would be up to the coding, what you want to do with it."

Delta download of org model

hi experts,
we have done the initial download of org model from ECC 5.0 to CRM 5.0.
now we need to understand that is there a delta download available on the org model. if we do any changes in org model in either of the systems will it automatically get reflected into other system?
any specific settings/ configurations to be done to enable org model delta download?

This subject is a bit obscure. At least in CRM 4.0 the organizational unit upload (spro activity) worked very poorly, and I had to manually correct a lot of units.
Now that I thought about it better, the ALE distribution only works corretly between CRM landscape levels, not ECC and CRM since sales organizations are not necessaritly Org Units in ECC HR.
The conclusion is ....no delta available I believe.

Questions regarding HR Org Structure replication from ECC to SRM

We have SRM7.0 ( SP08) with ECC6 ( Ehp4) having Classic Scenario .
I managed to replicate entire HR Org Structure from ECC system to SRM system. I replicated O (Organization), S( Postion) and P ( Person), which successfully created O, S and CP in SRM with BP for O and US...Refered Note 934372, 312090, 550055 and help link on SDN./wiki.....etc
Now I have below questions in mind.
1. In SRM we requiers Org unit for Company Code, Purchase Organization and Purchase Group...which we set in FUNCTION tab for the requiered Org Unit with Checkbox and value of it and Logical system.....but in HR Org strcuture we do not have such Org Unit....so how to manage/create such these Org Units ( i.e.Company Code, Purchase Organization and Purchase Group ) ?...
Do I need to create these Org unit manually in SRM in PPOSA_BBP ? If yes, can I create these Org Unit above or between these replicated HR Org Units or I need to created it separtly in paralllel to these HR replicated Org Units?
2. If above I do, then what will impact on the delta /change replication from HR integraion ?
3. In ECC HR org Structure there are hundres of employee, out of that I just wanted to send the Postion ( we have postion based security in HR) whom only SRM Role had assigned . How it can be acheived ?

Initially when I repliacted P of HR Org Struture it sucessfully craeted BP in SRM and was CP in Org Structure.
But suddenly , what happned don;t know, when I replicating Employees (P) in SRM , it is assigning to respective Postion (S), but BP is not creating in SRM and in the USERS_GEN for this User, its postion and ORg Unit to whom it assigned is giving below error
Determination of connections to object 'BP' of 'CP' '00000015' failed
Message no. BBP_UM_UI036
I checked all this as per Note 550055, 934372..etc....checked respetcive setting in table T77S0...I checked address alos....but no any clue......IDoC in SRM posting sucessfully....
Can anyone please suggest what should be the cause and solution of it ?

Transport Org Model in CRM from Dev to QA

Hi All
We have replicated the Sales Org structure from ECC to CRM using the report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE in the Development system.
SAP Note 548202 advises that this report for replication of Org Model should be executed only once to Initial load the Org Structure from ECC to CRM and then the Org Structure must be transported to QA and Production using the Customizing client of the CRM server.
Pl provide the approach procedure or any pointers for the same.
