Replication of PM-CS Ibase to CRM??

hi,
I have created an installed base in ECC 6 R/3 CS. I have also assigned the Assets and Functional locations at the lowermost level in the Ibase hierarchy.
I want to replicate those assets into the CRM. If possible please guide me to replicate the functional locations to CRM.
Please explain me the complete procedure in detail to replicate the structure.
I have already done all the middleware configurations between R/3 and CRM.

this is not yet in place and there are no plans for this. C4C is a sales system and currently does not support suppliers.

Hello fellow crm consultants,
I am looking for a (hopefully) standard solution to restrict the replication of contact persons (CP) from crm to ecc back and forth while they are related/linked to a customer.
In this current scenario we create a new customer on the CRM side and immediately link new or existing contact persons to this customer before saving the new entity. Upon save the data is being replicated and creates the same in ECC. However there is not CP replication been setup between CRM/ECC meaning that normally no contact person information is being replicated or synced between these systems. But only when the customer is being replicated including contact person(s) this is information coming through anyways. I want to completely block the CP information and only replicate the customer information.
Is above possible in SAP CRM 7.0 ehp 2 and how through customization?

Hi,
If you want to replicate only customers from CRM to ECC, you can set a filter in the subscription on IS_CUSTOMER = "X" for example. That will stop replication of contact persons, organization units, employees, etc.

But for something more complex, you might need to implement a function module and add it to table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU. Kindly check following oss note for an example:

Customer Master replication error from R/3 to CRM

Experts,
I am trying to replicate Customer Master from R/3 to CRM.
All the settings have been done. Nothing shows up in Queues. However, Bdoc hangs in "Received" state.
When I try to reprocess the Bdoc, I get a prog dump of type DBIF_RSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR in below function module: CRM_BUPA_FRG0020_SAVE_TABS
at INSERT crmm_but_set0020 FROM TABLE it_set0020_insert[]
This data corresponds to Shipping data in Customer Master.
Can you please help? I saw a similar thread in the forum where there was a suggestion about R/3 plug in update. How can I do that?

Material Master replication ... ECC to CRM

I have a requirement to replicate a material master record from ECC to CRM, based upon an 'external event' (i.e. an event other than the change of the material master record itself, in ECC). The event is the change in status of a record in a z-table.
What is the best way to accomplish this? Is there a function module or BAPI that I can call, to trigger the replication of a material to CRM, whenever this event occurs? Are there other suggested / better approaches to satisfying this requirement?

If your CRM system is new then you have to do the initial download of material from ECC to CRM. To do that first download the material customizing object (like category. group etc), from transaction R3AS (CRM side) then download the product/Material.
After do the initial download, activate the change pointer for the material related message type (matmas etc..)from transaction SALE (ECC). And schedule I job to run its on daily basis.

Replication of BP Relationships --- ISU to CRM

Hi All -
We have an ISU ECC 6.0 Ehp 4and CRM 7.0 sp3 system.
I am trying to set up the replication of Business Partner Relationships.
I am using the cookbook avbl in Service Marketplace.
I have a couple of questions.
1. The cookbook says something about Business Partner Contact Persons (in table KNVK) as not being a part of the replication. When I create a contact person for my ISU Business Partner the relationship (Contact Person BUR001) gets created in the BUT050 table. So, what exactly is the document trying to say about Business Partner Contact Persons (in table KNVK) ?
So, anyways I did all the configuration.
a. Checked the internal number ranges that the relationships will use and made sure everything is good.
b. I added the entries to the COM_BUPA_CALL_FU table in ISU. Deleted the other entries in the table as mentioned.
c. Added the entries in the CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU CRM tables as mentioned.
d. I ran into some transport issues here and hence had to delete entries from CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU CRM tables for BP Relation type and reenter them from an excel back up.
When I try replicating a Contact Personfrom ISU to CRM I can see the relationship data in CRM middlewarein the SMW01 queue with the status being processed. But there is no relationship in CRM. I can't see it. Here are the entires I have in the CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU CRM. Am I missing any entry I should need to make the relationship get created in CRM from ISU?

Replication of quotation and order from CRM to ECC

Hi experts,
We are trying to replicate a quotation and order created in CRM to ECC. We have maintained the same transaction types and item categories in both ECC and CRM. Is there anything else that is required to be done for proper replication??
Now while trying to replicate, we are getting this error: "Partners from account group 0005 are not permitted for partner function BP (Notification E VPD 000)"
How to solve this??

We maintained Partners from account group 0005 for partner function BP. Now we are again getting these errors:
u2022     Account Assigment Object Successfully Assigned to Item 0000000010 (Notification S C( 312)
u2022     SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
u2022     The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data (Notification W V1 555)
u2022     Sales document 0005000080 was not changed (Notification E V4 219)
u2022     Status "Obsolete status" of material 101123900 does not allow external procurement (Notification E ME 053)
u2022     Error in SALES_ITEM_IN 000010 (Notification E V4 248)
Is there any place where we can check the notifications??

Replication of Customer from ECC to CRM --- Multiple A/c Groups

Hi Experts,
I am trying to replicate customer master data from ECC6.0 to CRM7.0 and vice versa. Replication is up and running right now for only one Account Group (GEN-Z created for business) in ECC.This A/C Group (GEN) is mapped to BP Classification "Customer" in PIDE.
Now, I want to replicate customers with 5 other A/c groups to CRM as well. In PIDE, I have maintained a total of 6 entries for a/c groups to classifications (ECC to CRM). All 6 A/c groups are mapped to "Customer" classification.
This "customer" classification generates customers in role "Sold-to-party". For STP role mandatory fields have been matched to GEN A/c Group.
My main issue is how do I make sure there is no mismatch of customer fields in ECC and CRM as All other a/c groups that have also been mapped to the same "Customer" classification in the same way as A/c Group GEN. Problem would crop up because, there are diff set of fields kept mandatory for different a/c groups.
From CRM to ECC, I can select the relevant a/c group from "Classification" tab in role Sold-to-party.
But, there would be the same problem of mismatch of mandatory fields between Sold-to-party and all other a/c groups.
Is there a solution to this problem. How can I make sure replication works for multiple A/C Groups too.

I read that in some other post too, it worked for someone. But here it is, I would like some advice from you...
Suppose, I have 2 A/c Groups... X and Y, both with different mandatory field settings in ECC.
Now, In BP field grouping on CRM side, I have made field settings(mandatory etc.) according to X A/C group. So when I select, X from classification tab during BP creation, replication would be successful.
And, if I select Y from classification tab, it would give an error "Fill in required mandatory fields" since fields have not been synchronized with Y. How can I take care of this issue.
Also, for ECC to CRM, how do I select multiple classifications, it doesn't allow for more than one entry for one classification.
I hope I am clear about my requirement.

In our current project scenario we have requirement to replicate activites(contact log) from CRM to R/3.As standard SAP only replication of activites from R/3 to CRM, we need custom development to achieve replication from CRM to R/3.

Replication of storage loaction issue from crm to ecc

I am facing issue while store location replication from CRM to ECC.
I have create field "Hub Location" using AET on web ui and behind that store location search field is working .
I have already created a Order . I have copied that order .Add store location .
When i save Now all process executed and BDOC execute successfully with no error .
I have enhanced BADI data exchange and add code in method crm_dataexchange_after_fill method and added store location .
Issue : Now when i go-to to crmd_order transaction and checked that order then i am getting error that Store location plant is not defined .
Please help .

Goto ECC system and find the FM "BAPI_SALESDOCU_PROXY_UPLOAD" and set the break point using your RFC user id (RFC user id from CRM to ECC and RFC user id should have the debug rights).
Once you create the order in CRM and it will come to debug in ECC.
Check TI_EXTENSION_IN tables whether your values are coming in.
If not your CRM Middleware BADI coding was not done correctly.

Delta Replication for Customizing object from ECC- CRM

I need help on delta replication activate for customizing objects from ECC to CRM. I finished with initial load with product replication and everything worked weel. The problem is that product hierarchy continuely changing in ECC everyday, so the delta for the products error out due to incorrect product heirarchy in CRM becuase the delta is not working for DNL_CUST_PROD0, and DNL_CUST_PROD1. Please show me how to activate the delta for those DNL. What business transaction do I need for those so the delta will work for them too? Rewards points if helpful

I think you need to do Request downlaod for the Product Hirearchy when ever there is new one created in ECC.You can do request downlaod by creating the object using R3AR2. Exeute the object though R3AR4 and monitor the status using R3AR3.

Replication of Sales organizational data to CRM

I am jus out of cocoon in this CRM world.
My query is I run report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE to replicate Organizational data From ERP to CRM but i dont see any data on the screen. This obliviois ther are lots of things missing probably to call ECC transactions. My RFC is set and working I can say this because Solution manager is working fine. Can some one help me with some guesses that I should look into or what are the prerequisites to replicate data from ERP to CRM.

4. create a variant and shedule the based on requirement

Wrong replication of partner "last name" from CRM to ECC.

Hi everyone,
In the specific environment of our company, we create business partners in CRM using t-code 'BP' they are then instantly replicated to ECC (we visualize them using t-code 'XD03').
When we create a partner as a person, the fields 'first name' and 'last name' (which are 2 distinct zones ) are concatenated into one single zone when replicated into ECC. I have visualized BDOCS using t-code SMW01, and haven't seen anything abnormal.
I have been trying to debug the replication process, without any success.
Please any clues on what I should do to get the problem solved would be very much appreciated.

Customer Replication problem from R/3 to CRM

The scenario is: We have upgraded R/3 to 4.7 and the logical system names have changed. CRM is still the same one ( 4.0 ).
Everything works fine. If I create an order it goes to R/3 and If I change an existing customer in CRM or R/3 it get replicated into the other system.
But if I create a new customer in R/3, it does not go to CRM.
All the tables are ok with the correct logical name and RFCs are working fine. Serial numbers are ok too and Delta download is active. I do not know what else I can check.
Did you have any similar situation? Any ideas of what I could check?
Any input is highly appreciated.

your points did help me to rectify the problem. here was another solution i did try and it worked out.My problem was in table CRMPAROLTP, in the field CONSUMER. It seems that 4.7 does not need to have this field filled. So I remove the entry and the information flows.
