Replication of 'Variant' data from R/3 (ECC) to CRM

Hi all,
We are trying to replicate entries in R/3 tables CAWN and CABN whith Class type '300' (Variant).
We have replicated (R3AS) the objects 'Class' and 'Attribute' but cannot find the information in CRM afterwards. The status is in SMW01 is green and the BDocs created contains the information requested.
In the mapping module in R3AC1 it looks like the information is stored internally only.
Are there any other Object that needs to be replicated in order to find the information in CRM?
In what CRM tables should the information be stored?
Thanks in advance!

I have created warranty products in CRM when i am trying to add warranty product manualy to the ibase at individual objects i am getting an error
Relationship type IOBWTY for source object type BUS1178 cannot be maintained
    regards
    Nikhil Chugh

    Hi Nikhil,
Though not for the exact error message but I would advise you to check the below SAP KBA:
1899474 - Relationship type &1 for source object type &2 cannot be maintained (message number COM_IL015)
Or, you may try to debug out where the error is getting raised in the manual process of warranty addition.

  • Cross reference data from 2 different ecc system.

    Hi Sdners,
Iam working on a scenario where i have to get data from two different Ecc system, consolidate them and send it back to their respective system.
But some refernce data in both the systems are different and when iam merging data from 2 system i have to maintain either of the reference data. But problem comes when i syndicate it back to ECC ,it cannot accept a new reference data.
Please suggest me some answere how to proceed in such case.
    Its urgent.
Points will be rewarded for Genuine answeres.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Neethu.

    Hi,
First enable keymapping property to YES  for the table which you want to do
    importing and syndicatig.
Create two remote systems type inbound/outbound .
Import the data from first remote system and map the corresponding fields.
Don't forget to map the remotekey field which is on the destination side.Make clone
of one of the dispaly field and map to the remote key field.
After importing you can see the records from which remote system are imported
using Edit Key Mappings option in DataManager. It shows that remotesystem
    name and corresponding remote key.
Do the same for second remote system too.
After merging data in data manager , you can see the merged record and see the
two remote systems names and two remote keys by using Edit Key Mappings
option so the merged record goes back to both remote systems when you syndicate
    the records.
Syndicate the data from first remote system by selecting destination properties and
output remote system property under map properties tab as your first remote
    system.
Do the mapping for corresponding fields and don't forget to map the value field under
remote key .Then MDM generates remote keys for only records belongs to your
first remote system. You can see this in destination preview. It does n't genarate
remote keys for second remote system. Then check the option Suppress records
without key under map properties tab and execute the syndication. Finally we can
    see the accurate records.
Do the same for second remote system too.
    Hope it helps
    Cheers

  • Function Module to send Vendor Master Data from SRM to ECC

    Hi Guys
I heard there is a function module in SRM which can send Vendor Master Data from SRM to ECC please confirm for me if there is such a function Module and what is it called. Thanks

    Hi,
Vendor Master data is replicated to SRM from ECC. Standard Transactions (BBPGETVD,..) will be used to replicate the data from ECC.
Vendor Master will exists in ECC, so there is no point in sending the same back from SRM to ECC. If the requirement is the other way around, we can use the transaction BBPGETVD in SRM system.
    Hope this helps.

  • Retraction cost center plan data from BPC to ECC

    HI Experts,
    We are integrating BW-BPC.
The client wants to Retract the data from BPC to ECC System for reporting purposes.
u201CIn order to be able to calculate standard costs correctly in production plants planning data from BPC is needed in SAP ECC.
The data needed is the planning data on cost centers which are currently entered into SAP manually via transaction KP06. This data will now be entered into BPC instead and therefore it is required to get an interface between BPC and SAP ECC for transferring data.
A description of the process and the data needed is available in the section u201CSAP ECC Screen Dumpu201D sectionu201D including screen dumps from ECC
If this interface is not created the task of entering in the planning data will double as the data must be entered both in BPC and SAP ECC. The process of entering in the data twice I estimate will add 1 u2013 2 extra days of work for each subsidiary involved in this.u201D
What is the options to support this Business Process of getting data from BPC to SAP ECC.

  • CIFing the data from APO to ECC

Hi - I know how to CIFing the data from ECC to APO. But i would like to know how  to transfer the data from APO to ECC.I also would like to know how to debug the code...I see some of the questions in this forum on CIF debugging, but they are all CIFing the data from ECC to APO, but i need the other way around ( APO to ECC )
Could anyone provide me the detail steps to CIF debugging ?
    I really appreciate your help.

    Hi
What kind of data do you want to transfer from APO to ECC ? Lets say you want to transfer live cache reqs generated by APO to R/3 and create firmed reqs , then the following are the prerequisites
    1. Make the publication setting /n/sapapo/cp1 as mentioned by DB
    2. Make sure the material -plant for which you want to transfer reqs is active in the PO/ Preq integration model in R/3
    3. In APO /n/sapapo/sdp110  make sure the transfer setting is set to immediate.
Once all this is done , you dont have to do anything manually. The reqs will get transferred to R/3 automatically.
Also we have to transfer master data from R/3 to APO since R/3 is the master and i dont think it is possible to do the opposite - transfer of master data from APO- R/3 (no standard tool available) . Also we generally transfer only live cache reqs and PIR's (demand plan) back to R/3 . For PIR's you need to use the transfer profile.
    Thanks

  • Getting Customer data from Different R3 system to CRM

    Hi Gurus,
I need to get Customer data from different R3 systems to CRM. But the problem is, the customer datas in these R3 systems have the same BP number, and the SD datas were defined same  in these R3 systems. Thus, when ı try to fetch these SD datas to CRM, it overwrites the existing datas.
    I have read different scenarios to solve this;
    1.  About Using Mapping.
    2.  About Working on different Clients.
Do you have any solution or suggestion? Need your Help...

  • Replication of Plant data from ECC to CRM

    Hello Experts,
Kindly require your assistance in the following requirement:
I have replicated the quotes from ECC to CRM.  However, the plant information for all the materials are not getting replicated for quotes from ECC to CRM.
I have followed the Note 493947 but in vain.
Only respite being, when the quote moves from CRM to ECC, the plant is getting determined. But it is failing when the quotes move from ECC to CRM. There is no plant determination.
Kindly request your guidance on this.
    Regards,
    Venkat.

    Hi Venkat,
'Delivery Plant' field doesn't exist in CRM data model. Please refer to note  note 504169 which will give you the reason as to why some KNVV fields in R/3 system don't exist in CRM. Please read the details provided for "Field name: KNVV-VERSG, KNVV-KTGRD, ..." in the note 504169. This will tell you why 'Delivery Plant' (KNVV-VWERK)
    field doesn't exist in CRM.
Due to different CRM and R/3 data models KNVV-VWERK field is not exchanged with CRM. Now if you want to enable this data exchange then you will have to enhance CRM data model and then with the help of user exits you can enable the data exchange. Please refer to note 513313 which will give you an idea about these data exchange user exits.
Please be aware that note 513313 is not a direct solution to your problem but this note describes in detail how you can enable data-exchange between R/3 and CRM.
    Best regards

  • Document/customer pricing and replication of pricing data from r/3 to crm

    Hi,
can any one tel me how can we replicate the r/3 pricing condition, pricing procedure to crm.
once it is replicated  to crm what customization is require in crm.
tel me abt customer and document pricing procedure, how it will be effected in the transactions.
plz any one help me to know this scenarios.
    thanks

    Hello Sathish,
Start from here: [Data Transfer from SAP ECC (Download)|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm60/helpdata/en/51/62431b7b3511d3ad650000e8a5bd28/content.htm] The help document gives you the steps required. You can also see the [Master Guide |https://service.sap.com/~sapdownload/011000358700001398312008E/MG_CRM2007V2.pdf]or [Customizing Replication Guide|http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/BBLibrary/Documentation/B09_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_US.doc] for similar configuration information.
Essentially after you download the pricing related customizing data from ECC into CRM, you have to download the conditions. the standard conditions get downloaded without any issues since the download adapters are defined already. However, for downloading custom conditions in ECC, you have to do further configuration. You have to define the adapter objects and do the initial download of those conditions. Such an information is available in the [Master data and Transaction data Replication Guide|http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/BBLibrary/Documentation/C03_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_US.doc].

As part of data conversion planning from legacy mainframe to SAP CRM and ECC systems, I need to know the different tools available for loading the data and comparative analysis of the tools by showing the features. Please also describe the process to evaluate the tools (prototyping, technical discussions etc) and make the recommendations.
I would also appreciate any information on testing tools like (eCATT) and any third party tools (like Informatica)
I know I am asking for lot of things here. But, I really appreciate any information reagrding this.

    Hi
Data Migration(Conversions) mainly involves the following Major Steps
    Discovery->Extract->Cleanse->Transform->Load
Discovery-> Involves identifying various source systems available where the actual data is residing.
Extract->Extract the data from the source systems(legacy systems)
Cleanse->Cleanse the data by enriching it,De-duplications etc
Transform->Transform the data into SAP Loadable format
Load->Upload the data into SAP Using the Load Programs(Eg,BDC,LSMW,Data Transfer Workbench,BAPIs etc)

  • Data from SRM to ECC for IDoc Creation

    Hi,
Please help me for below requirement.
PO and Changed PO details are coming from SRM-IBX server to XI and then IDOcs is getting generated in ECC.
We are sure that we are not missing any data in XI that is coming from IBX server. But most of the time customer is saying that they are not having some POs in ECC.
We approached IBX team for confirmation that, are they missing to push some of the data to XI. They confirmed us that, they are processing every thing from there end.
Please advice me how can i confirm that what ever data IBX is processing to XI, it is successful reaching.
I am thinking that if 100 PO is getting processed from IBX then we are getting only 80 or 90(Our assumption).
    Please advice.
    Ritesh.

    Please advice for the requirement.
Plan 1 - We are thinking to get Log file from both server to analyse Sent data from IBX and received Data in XI.
Plan 2 - To create a interface for receiving Log details from IBX to XI
Plan 1 seems more analysis kind of work which again depends upon comfort of sharing data in the required format by IBX.
Plan 2 have some data challenge.
Please do advice me for the same or something good above this.
    Regards,
    Ritesh

  • Synchonize cusotmer master data from SAP R/3 to CRM

    Dear Sir,
My SAP R/3 is ECC6 , but my crm is CRM5.0
I have the question that I would like to synchonizat data ( field in Sales Area data : Sales district, Sales Office , Sales group, customer group ) in R/3 and link to CRM ?
Where can i find these fields in CRM??  and  where can I find the mark for delete for customer master data field in CRm Please kindly advise
    THank you and best regards,
    Vimol

    Hi Vimol.
If the CRM and ECC are all connected (like RFC's/logical systems/...) for synchronizing the data you need to do the initial loads. SAP has different objects for different data loads. Please follow B09_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_US(CRM Replication) for the same.
    Hope this helps,
    Karuna.

  • Transfer supplier data from SRM to ECC

    Hi,
As far as I know if we are using ROS only, then we can only have the one way synchronization from ECC to SRM. Thus in the process, if vendor register in ROS engine, then when we want to create the ECC vendor, we must create the data in ECC manually, and also link it manually as well.I know this for sure in SRM 5.0
We are plannig to use SRM 7.0. Is this still the case? I also read somewhere that if we use SUS component, then t is possible for us to have vendor data in SRM synchronized to ECC.
    Is this true?
    Best regards,
    John

    Hi Nikhil,
So you're saying that even if SUS is implemented and SRM_SUCO_1 is activated we still have to create supplier manually in ECC?
I have checked the release note of SRM 7 and see this statement regarding SRM_SUCO_1:
Supplier master replication to SAP SRM and SAP ERP back-end systems
What does it mean by replication to SAP ERP back-end systems?
    Best regards,
    Yosea

  • Automatic replication of Configuration from R/3 (ECC) to CRM 2007

    Hi all,
We would like to set up an automatic replication of configuration maintained in R/3, e.g. Customer group 1, Payment terms, Incoterms, etc.. in order to secure consistency between R/3 and CRM as well as reduce work load.
As I understand, Customer data (customer_main) is supported by SAP but how about Configuration entries?
    Is it possible?
    Is it standard?
    What is the way forward?
    Your input is highly appreciated.
