Replication overwrites the AAA servers table in the secondary server

Hi,
I've configured two ACS servers with replication but i noticed that when the replication takes place it overwrites the AAA servers table configured in the network configuration of the secondary server and that makes the next replication to fail because the two servers have the same configuration of AAA servers, if i uncheck the "Network Configuration Device tables" and the "Network Access Profiles" from the "Database Replication Setup" wich includes the AAA servers table I also missed the replication of the new network devices that are added in the master server.
Do you know how can i exclude only the AAA servers table from the replication??
Other thing is that I configured the Outbound replication as "Automatically triggered cascade", I'm not sure if this means that at the exactly moment that there is a change on the primary server it will replicate it to the secondary???? because if that is the case it is not doing it.

I now have another situation and i was wondering if you can help me, i made some changes in the AAA servers trying to solve this situation but i wasn't able to, so i leave again the servers in the same way that they were configured by the time the replication was working but now it is not, in the master server i get this message:
ERROR ACS 'LACSLVBCDVAS007' has denied replication request
and in the second server i get this:
ERROR Inbound database replication from ACS 'lacslvbcpvas011' denied - shared secret mismatch
I've checked the same key configured for both and are the same, i've deleted the AAA servers and the configure them again, restart the services but the problem remains, dou you have any idea what this could be??

Oracle not working in the Secondary Server

I have two servers with Linux OS clustering. 2 months back we detach the secondry server from the clustering for some urgent. Later we plug the server to the Clustering and check the oracle connectivity etc. But a problem has occured that in secondry server boots and oracle up for 1 min and then stop.. For oracle a virtual IP keeps. That one minute we can ping this IP from client. But after this oracle not available. From the First server oracle working fine... From where I can check? . Please give a step by step procedure for checking.

I am not much expert in linux. check the permissions on your OCR disks means the storage(the db files resides) permissions? Here the secodry server's hardisk remove and the server use for some urgent needs. later plug the hard disks and starting the probem. This leads to permission problem?
logs for crs? please explain ? I check the /var/log/messages there some lines but no hint ...please help?

When trying to initiate hyper-v replication from the main server i'm getting this error in the event logs.
Hyper-V failed to enable replication for virtual machine 'RECADemo': A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file. (0x800B0101). (Virtual Machine ID 561591B6-567C-...)--I'm using certificate based auth and cert is installed/recognized on both machines.Please help.Thanks,Jaffer

This error occurs because the Microsoft Certificate Trust List Publisher certificate expired. A copy of the CTL with an expired signing certificate exists in the CryptnetUrlCache
folder. Please try to renew the Trust List Publisher certificate.

          the config uses in-memory replication which replicates the sessionstate

          this is ok, as long the replication happens in such a way that the data
          is replicated to the opposite machine. i.e. if a session is created on
          WLS 1, the data should be replicated to WLS 3 or 4. and not to WLS 2.
          why? if the hardware of machine 1 fails and the session information is
          replicated to WLS2 the data is lost - even if replication is used.
          because this feature (replication to the other server) is a must for our
          usage, i have to clarify this.
          maybe someone has an experience how the secondary server is chosen.

Running Prime Infrastructure in HA mode but the primary server won't take over from the secondary

We're running Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.3 in High Availability mode, or atleast we're supposed to.
At first everything seemed fine. We were using the primary server and the failover worked without a hitch when we tried it.
Then the problems started. I think it was at the same time as we increased the disk-size and therefore had to fail over.
When looking into the primary server using CLI everything seems fine but the service doesn't fail back to it. We've even tried to restart the secondary server in order to force the primary server to take over but it didn't work.
In about 2 weeks we need to upgrade Prime and while doing that we would prefer to have our HA working so that we can continue monitoring our network.

Weblogic console does not display health data on the servers table

In a weblogic 10.3.5 domain deployed across two Windows servers 2008 R2 there are are two managed servers hosting Oracle business intelligence publisher, each managed server run in a different Windows server, by the console if I display the servers i can see in the servers table Ok in the health column for the managed server running on the windows server that is hosting the console but there is no info for the other managed server running in the windows server not hosting the console,
I have been unable to figure out what is causing this issue.....I am able to connect to any managed server from any windows server using WLST,,,,
Could let me know how i can troubleshoot this issue, ....

I have a list of words available in one particular table, based on those records i need to match it up with one specific column on another table. Based on that match i need to update the same. below is answer for this question;
Design a new query. Select your data table and your words table. No join line between them.
Drag datatable.* to the design grid, and the field to check. In the criteria for that field write:
Like '*' & [wordstable]![wordsfield] & "*"
(of course you change this to your object names)
But now my another question is that how i can do update without replacing the existing one. Like for example " Peter is engineering degree".
In this example if i have words like ring and degree on my reference table, then as per the solution it will update the degree first then later if its find ring on the text then it will overwrite the degree on the particular column. How i can prevent

I think what you are saying is that you want to avoid specious substring matches such as finding 'engineering' when searching for 'ring'. Right? If so use the following function rather than the LIKE operator to identify the 'word' rather than merely

Help AAA Servers Database Replication

Hi Guys,
I have 2 AAA Servers Acting as Prim/Backup.
Recently we were facing some issues with Backup Server, so upgraded the windows to Windows 2008 Server, and reinstalled ACS 4.2
Now when i try to Replicate every thing from Primary to Secondary. it is not replicating AAA Clients. i can see all the groups / users / Settings replicated. but there are no AAA Clients in Network Configuration.
Any point i am missing in Replication Configuration????
Replication Components "Network Configuration Device Tables" already marked. So whats missing???

Ok got answer myself....
in future anyone faces same issue... Just make sure you are using the EXACT SAME Versions on both devices. the Minior version difference will even not work.
i hade 4.2.1(15) on primary and 4.2.0 on secondary... there was no errors but still not working. after upgrading to same version it worked. !!!

Adding AAA servers to ACS to use Proxy RADIUS distribution Table

I've added two non ACS radius servers (Radiator) to the AAA servers on Network Config, in order to use them on a proxy distribution table.
I had problems authenticating users through those servers and I did a sniffer trace on the outside interface of the ACS.
What I saw is that ACS sends packets to the AAA server configured as RADIUS on port 1645, not 1812, the expected standard, and port to which the others servers are listening to. How can I change this behaviour?

ACS by default will listen on both ports 1645 and 1812, the two "standard" Radius ports. However, when talking to a proxy server it will only send them on 1645, by default. To change this you have to go into the registry and change it as follows:
Under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco\CiscoAAAv3.x\Hosts\\RADIUS] (where is the server you want to send the 1812 reuests to, and note that you may have to add the RADIUS key if it isn't there already), you can add the following:
"authPort"=dword:0000066e <<---- 1645
"acctPort"=dword:0000066d <<---- 1646
"timeout"=dword:00000001
"single connection"=dword:00000000
"strip users"=dword:00000000
You don't need all of them, you can just change the authPort to 1812 (714 in hex) and acctPort to 1813 (0x715) and you should be good to go. Make sure you reboot the server after making the registry changes. Keys are case-sensitive too so make sure you type them in EXACTLY as I've shown above.

Picture Library : upload image with same name overwrite the image in thumbmail or WebVersion view but not the actual image link points to the old image

I am facing a wired issue with Picture Libraries in SharePoint.
We created a custom field and added it to UserInfo list, the column based on custom field lets user upload their personal images to a Picture Library with the name <User ID>.<Image Extension> e.g. 1.jpg where UserID is internal Listitem ID of the UserInfo list and set its URL to the field value which we use to display the image on our custom user profile and some other WebParts.
If the user uploads a different image, it will overwrite the existing one it keeping the same name.
The field worked perfectly with sites using widows Based authentication, but as we move the field to sites with form based authentication we find that the field is able to upload the image properly first time but on each successive upload, although a new image gets uploaded with the name userid.imagextension and is shown in the allitems.aspx page in the thumbnail view and in the picture preview on the dispform.aspx page, but the link next to the name field and the image shown on clicking the preview points to the old image.
To put it other way

I confirmed the same by actually repeating the same exercise on a picture Library in the User Interface
Uploading an image say upload.jpeg in the picture library using SharePoint interface.
Then uploading a different jpeg image keeping the same name upload.jpeg again in the picture library.
In allitems.aspx thumbnail view and on dispform.aspx page preview filed image now show the newly uploaded image but when you click the preview image or click the link in the name field value it takes you back to the old image.
I have seen this issue on environment where we have enabled form based authentication and the issue is not seen on another server where we have wss with windows based authentication.
Has anyone noticed such behavior and is there any workaround to that!

All,
I had the same issue.
In my case, Blob Cache was enabled for the web application in which the image issue was occuring.
I cleared blob cache, and after doing a hard refresh of my browser, the correct image was then displayed.
To clear blob cache, do the following:
Navigate to:
http://yourwebapp:port/yoursite/_layouts/objectcachesettings.aspx
Select: "Object Cache Flush" and "Force all servers in the farm to flush their object cache" check boxes
Click the OK button

Want to overwrite the standard functionality.

I have table name on selection screen field, then if I execute I want the selection screen like se 16 as it
shows differnt fields filter criteria and further if I say execute, it should not show standard functionality,
like se 16, but it should show , what ever I have to show in the output. means I have to overwrite the std functionality currently happening in se 16..
if I enter VBAK and got the selection screen fields and I do execute(like se 16), but if I want to supress the further execuation as happening currently (as per the standard code), and I want to write my own functionality when I execute the seclection screen of different fields of VBAK..
can anybody help me ?
the thing is my selection screen (both selection screen coming in se16- like first is only "table name" and another is "table fields") is same as like se 16 but further functionality is different..

the data base entries, In my case, I need the exact same selection screen with table name and further selection screen fields under that table but I don't want the further entries as per the existing code of se16, I want to use theses slection screen only and want to write my own functioality.
As I want same selection screen as per se 16,so I used call transaction for se 16 or different
function modules, so by using theses , I got the selection screen but by default when u execute, It will show the entries like se 16, but I don't want that..

Overwriting the footer with data data

I am facing a small problem in Adobe forms.
I have created a footer in the master page. I have 7 pages of layout. In the botton of the 4th page i need to print the table data. So i have placed that table in the bottom of 4th page. As the table data is dynamic the data should be preinted continuosly to the next page. So have maintained the pagination as
place: following previous
After: continue filling parent.
Now my problme is the table data is overwriting the footer data even though the footer is outside the content area.
Can anybody help out in this issue.

You can use the SET_LOV_PROPERTY built-in to change the record group of the LOV and to create a new record group you can use the CREATE_GROUP_FROM_QUERY built-in.
it will be something like this.
