Replies to emails i send from my iMac are not downloading on my iPhone, just my iMac. All other emails download to both devices. How can I get all emails to download on both devices?

You may not have the same protocol setup. ie. Try using IMAP on both if available.
What Mail account is it? @example.com

You can check the form history settings.

The website may be using autocomplete=off in that field to prevent Firefox from saving and filling that data.
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save form data.

Photos added to icloud drive from my imac do not sync to my iphone

Hello and thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give. The following three paragraphs are a detailed description, as is the last paragraph, which is just a summary. The rest is a rant, because I have become a very frustrated consumer with a company whose products I once revered. Anyway...
iHave imported photos from my old Powermac to my new iMac and added them to iPhoto and iCloud. iHave enabled iCloud on my iPhone and iMac and within my iPhone have enabled iCloud storage in the photos app. iHave enabled wifi syncing between devices and also have bluetooth turned on.
iHave connected my iPhone to the iMac and synced it after each step of adding photos from my iMac hard drive to iPhoto to iCloud drive.
The photos do not show up in my iPhone's photos as they are supposed to according to how iCloud shares authorized data across enabled devices. The iPhone photo app, which uses the iCloud photo library (and iRealize it's in Beta testing so...maybe that's part of the issue) doesn't have the photos iAdded from my iMac to the iCloud drive via iPhoto. However, they DO show up in the iCloud as Other Documents (via: Settings>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage>Documents & Data>Other Documents), but they are only listed and are not accessible.
Basically iHave spent many many many hours and dollars investing in an Apple system which iHave been dreaming about since my original 800mHz "sunflower" iMac became obsolete. iContinued to believe that Apple had refined and dialed their sharing simplicity as the years progressed. I was so very excited when iPurchased my iMac and upgraded from my Galaxy S5 to the iPhone 6 plus (which poor forecasting on Apple's part made it a six week fiasco to obtain). I was ready to take advantage of the "across device syncing" simplicity that Apple had promised with iCloud. iHave given almost 6 weeks to a learning curve that should probably only have taken 6 days, and iAm very disappointed in the clunky, unintuitive, rigidity that this system has shown but which iAm now committed to has The fact is that the transition has been anything but simple and iHave begun to feel very frustrated with what is seeming like a half-beta-baked iDea. Why is there not a simple drag-and-drop type function for something as simple as as adding photos from my computer to my phone?
Instructions on the apple care site for specific App iCloud storage management seems to have been written and published BEFORE the final iterations of the iOS 8 were released because the slight difference in the instruction process flow and the actual process flow is enough to make the instructions effectively inaccurate.
So, apologies for the rant. Summary: iWant to add photos from my iMac, running Yosemite, to my iPhone, running iOS8, via iCloud, but it's not working. And I have iCloud enabled across all devices (computer and phone)and apps

When I delete emails in the macbook air they are not deleted in the iPhone. Why?

All of the sudden my MacBook air decided to not sync with my iphone. Thus when I delete emails with the laptop they still appear in my iphone.
But when I delete them in the iphone they are deleted in the macbook.
I have Google account and set all with IMAP.
Is it due to the macbook, now IOS7, some update, the ghosts .... I cannot find the solution :-((((((

I also had to adjust the push/fetch setting on the iphone. push waits for the email server to send new data, fetch is initiated by the phone.

All of a sudden, events entered on boss's calendar from my pc are not going to his iphone.

all was working fine. i'd enter events to his calendar from my pc & he'd have it on his iphone calendar or vice versa. all of a sudden my event entries don't show on his iphone and events he enters on iphone don't show on my pc.

my iphone is a 32gb 3GS on o2 ireland.
i was using 3.1.2 and it never worked.
today i upgraded to IOS 4... still no joy.

Appears essential to keep resource-forked data off Lion disk:
First attempt with Eudora on SL VM was sharing data on Lion disk. Error messages on open like "can't find Table of Contents" suggest Lion ate resource forks crucial to Eudora.
Found success by transferring data from SL Mac to thumb drive, then mounted drive in SL VM so Lion couldn't touch.
While Michael warns against storing data in VM, appears there's no choice with Eudora. At least She's enthroned on a mirrored RAID.
There is Nothing like Eudora! (to tune of "There is Nothing Like a Dame" from South Pacific -- Oops! my gray hair is showing!)
(It's amazing Parallels can force Lion to store taboo resource forks. Thank God for code warriors!)

Settings App > Messages > Start New Conversations From [set to your phone number].

Cant get emails to send from from ipad mini they just go to outbox and say there is a server error

I cannot get my emails to send from my ipad mini (neither can orange), they just go to the outbox and say the server will not accept them. I can receive them ok but not send them. I have two accounts set up i cloud and orange, this is my main account.

Is your pc set to retrieve emails automatically and then remove them from the email server. This might preclude them ever reaching your phone.

Hey rbrylawski, just wanted to let you know that my ipad email problems have been solved. Called Apple Sup in OZ, I'm in NZ. Daniel Barber was the support tech from heaven!! I was about to return the ipad but solving this issue reset my faith in phone support.....perhaps until I call a differnet companys phone support eh? Anyhow, for reference the fix is below. My accounts are all POP not IMAP, and the primary smtp server setting had defaulted to have SSL switched on and the port was set to 5XX (something, cant remember). Anyhow, SSL was switched off and the port was swithced to 25. VOILÀ!! Settings/Mail, contacts, calendars/My POP mail account/smtp/primary server/ >>> server on, no username and password, use SSL off, no authentication, Server Port 25 Thanks for having a crack at it. Sounds like you have an IMAP/Exchange mail account (vice a POP3 account). By design, an IMPA/Exchange account synchronized your mail boxes among different devices. That behavior can't be changed.
