"Reply" and "Forward" have wrong address in "From" box.

Question

I have three email accounts and user identities.
When Replying to or Forwarding an email, the "From" box always contains
the same identity, irrespective of to which email account the original message
was sent. This identity is almost always wrong (an obsolescent but still active
email account). The "Reply-To" box is correct (that to which the original message
was sent).
The Source of the Replied/Forwarded email does have the correct email address
in the "From:" and "Reply-To:" fields (that to which the original email was sent),
but the "From:" field is LABELED wrong (that which [incorrectly] appeared in the
"From" box when Replying/Forwarding), for example
From: "My Old Email Account" <[email protected]>.
If this seems confusing, I can provide an example.

Close out of the mail app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
Then do a reset, no data loss.  Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
Then check your mail again.
