Reply to all adds me as a cc: on iPhone and iPad only not on Macs
If I reply to all on an email on either my iPhone or iPad I am added as a cc: on the email and then when others reply to all in response I get two copies of everything. It is hugely annoying. This has been going on for quite a while. I know that the option to bcc: myself is turned off everywhere.
There are old archived threads about this issue but I've never seen a resolution.
The only thing that I can think of is that I'm an old .mac user and my email on my devices are set up as dual .mac and .me (for .mac people the system automatically does this).
I'm wondering if there is a bug on iOS because if I send a reply all from my .mac I'm pretty sure the cc: is to .me
I may try and send Apple this through feedback.
Any help for someone who has this same setup and problem would be helpful.

Yeah, same here.
I just noticed it today. I checked all my CC settings and everything is turned off. And it only happens from my iphone iOS 5.0.1 not from other email clients.
Hopefully it's just a bug that will be fixed.

This usually happens because iCloud only keeps photo stream photos for 30 days (even though your last 1000 photos will remain on your phone until deleted). When you enabled photo stream on your Mac you only received photo stream photos from the last 30 days.
To get older photos to your Mac, create a shared photo stream containing them and invite yourself as a subscriber (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99). The be sure you check Shared Photo Streams in iPhoto>Preferences>Photo Stream. You can then import them to your iPhoto library by opening the shared photo stream album in iPhoto, then going to Edit>Select All, Control-clicking on any of the selected photos and selecting Import. -

If your wi-fi network, try resetting the wireless router and modem. Disconnect the wireless router from the power source followed by disconnecting the modem from the power source. Wait a few minutes followed by re-connecting the modem to the power source and allow the modem to completely reset before re-connecting the wireless router to the power source and allow it to reset with the modem before trying again. -
Why will the airport extreme not connect internet to macbook or some iPhones? It will connect to all our iPhone 6's and iPads but not to the MacBooks. The macbook says wi-fi has the self assigned ip address of ___,____,____,___ and will not be able to connect to the internet,

Macbook.. Only the Macbook.. do restart anything else yet.

No luck reset the Extreme to factory and redo the setup.. this time use all short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric. Bonus for names <10 characters.
Use passwords with the same rules.. only can be 8-20 characters.. mixed case and numbers.
Try again with the Macbook..
No luck give explicit details of the setup of the whole network. -
I sync all my devices, both IPhone and IPad not realizing all of my photo's would keep saving everywhere. I have resolved that issue, I just needed to find out if, there is a way to delete all of the photo's off both IPhones and IPad, but not from my Mac. Is this possible?

To remove synced photo albums from the device you will need to remove the sync preference in iTunes, see the steps in the first article below. You will need to process these steps for each iOS device.

How can I get all photos from the camera roll, and all new pictures taken, to get on the photostream so they can share between iphone and ipad?
When turning PhotoStream on with photos available in the Camera Roll, only photos captured by the iPhone or saved on the iPhone are placed in the PhotoStream.
For all photos that were in the Camera Roll prior to turning PhotoStream on, import the photos with your computer and add the photos to your PhotoStream on your computer. -
When I add stuff to my computer google calendar, it syncs with iphone and ipad, but when I add stuff to ipad or iphone, it doesn't sync with the other calendars. How do I fix this?

create a backup of your information in itunes. update your ios software. reset network settings. if that doesnt work, delete and re add email account.

You can disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox (Tools > Add-ons > Plugins) and use the external Adobe Reader application or Preview application instead.

No limit to devices. The limit for authorized computers however is 5. iCloud has not been released yet but I should think not.

make an album titled whatever you want and then go to photos. select the photos you want and click the arrow ponting up on the left habnd corner. move them to the album you created and once your finished navigate to albums. once in your album go to the top right and click slideshow. You can add transitions and play music also when you click slideshow. Then you click start slideshow.

Ok Apple users...Is there a way to delete e-mails on my Mac and not have to delete the same e-mails on my iPhone, and iPad...and vise-versa. I have the Cloud, and thought that everything would sync all of the time. If you know of a setting I need to adjust, please let me know.
Are you referring to @mac.com, @me.com or @icloud.com emails? Or some other email providers emails?
If the former, it should do that automatically. If the latter, no. iCloud does not (nor is it supposed to) sync non-Apple provided emails. -
I would like to be able to download software updates on my Iphone and Ipad at work without erasing my music. My home computer/Itunes has all of my music saved. is there a way to use two computers w/o erasing information? Or can i transfer the music from my Iphone to my work computer?
- An iPod can only sync with one iTunes library. Yu can however manage music and videos among different computers by:
Using iPhone, iPad, or iPod with multiple computers
- To change syncing computer, move all the media to compute r#2
- Connect the iPod to #2 and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup
Note tha the iPod backup the iTunes makes does not include synced media like apps and music. -
Photos from my iphone and ipad are going into my photo stream on the devices but aren't going into the folder on my windows PC. They used to but they suddenly stopped. Has anyone else had this same problem?. I have checked all settings and they appear OK
