Report a problem form does not pop up

My 5 year old bought $80 of stuff with an In App purchase in error yesterday. I tried to use the REport a problem link. But all that pops up is a webpage:

When I click 'Report a problem'
How do I get it cancelled, the link does not work.

I can confirm that report a problem sends me nowhere when I click it. Funny how when it comes to reporting that it doesn't work

REPORT A PROBLEM link does not work

I received an email with an invoice for a purchase of 5 apps that I DID NOT PURCHASE. IT'S ALL IN CHINESE AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO READ CHINESE. User POV does not pop up from Report in task list

Hello,
I've created a report within Related Content in HFM and added it to a task list--the problem I'm experiencing is when I run the report the User POV does not pop up, rather it simply uses the default POV (ie, whatever is set up in data grids or process management)--this happens if I try to run it directly from Related Content or from the task list. My preferences within Financial Reporting have already been updated to 'On' to preview the User POV and if I run the report from Financial Reporting (ie, Explore) the User POV works fine--so, it seems like adding a report to Related Content disables the User POV from popping up. I'm running on Financial Reporting v11.1.2.1 and HFM v11.1.2.1.104.3701. I can't find anything about it within this forum, knowledge base or as a known issue in the ReadMe for the .104 patch set for HFM.
Can anybody fill me in on if this is functionality by design or a defect?

Financial Reports do not work as you might expect when they are used as a related content item. As you already have realized, you will not be able to adjust the FR POV items from inside of HFM.
A 'work around' would be to link to the report and put that link in the Tasklist. This will then open the report 'normally' and you will get the POV functionality that you expect.
To find the link to a report, open the report's properties and look at the 'smartcut' value. (That is a URL directly to the report)

"edit" link from report to form does not show values

I created a report and an attached form on two different pages. The report is a query combining two tables with outer joins. When I click on the "edit" button on the report, I get forwarded to the form page.
My problem: When I get forwarded to the forms page, I get an empty form, and not the data from the column as expected. The "edit" button behaves more like the "create" button. Anybody an idea what I could change to be able to edit the column data?

I've met the similar problem with previous releases (1.5.0 and 1.5.1) without any objective reason.
As I suggests, sometimes HTMLDB lost current session state. When this occurs, ALL links from reports to it's forms does not transit primary keys. I've just completed application development and I've met this behaviour every months.
As a workaround I found folowwjing process:
Come into administration tab, selet "Report with option to purge current session state". When I purge current session state and re-login to application, all report-form links will start to work.
I don't know, what is the issue, but I met it so soon on my local HTMLDB environment.

If not:
iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem. A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF

Form does not display all records from table

Hi guys
I modified one form that was based on a signle DB table. I removed certain fields from the table and added some extra fields to that table. Then based on the new table I also modified the form and removed the text items related to old fields in the table and added new text items pointing to the new fields now. II have checked all the new items properties and they have don't seem to be wrong or so. But now the problem is the form does not display all the records from the table. before it used to display all records from the table when qureied but not now. It only certain records from the table containing all new data and also old data but the form does not display other records though I don't see any obvious discrepancy. Remember that the before doing the modifications, I have table back for the old, created another table that contained new records for the new fields, and then I inserted the old records and updated the new table data in the new table with these new table values. So this way I have got my new table. Could someone help why the new modified form fails to display all records from the new table updated table though it display some of them successfully.
Any help will be appreciated.

Forms 10.1.2.0.2: Web Form does not appear at Runtime with CALL_FORM

We have a number of forms we're executing as web forms using Oracle JInitiator 1.3.1.22. We have one form in particular that, when a button is pressed, is supposed to call another form via the CALL_FORM built-in.
We are passing a parameter list to the new form, and executing the CALL_FORM built-in with these Setting Parameters:
CALL_FORM( formmodule_name => '<OUR_FORM_NAME>',
           display         => NO_HIDE,
           switch_menu     => NO_REPLACE,
           query_mode      => NO_QUERY_ONLY );When we run the starting form as a web form (via JInitiator 1.3.1.22), and press the button to call the other form, all buttons on the starting form are greyed-out/disabled. The called form does not appear.
I have carried out a number of checks with my own debugging tool (stored procedure writing messages to a table via an autonomous transaction), and forms focus is definitely been transferred to the called form. For example, the WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger in the called form is definitely being executed.
I suspect this problem is JVM-related rather than Forms-specific. My current plan of attack is to request the Application Server Logs tomorrow morning (I don't currently have access to them) and see if I can find any Java-related error messages. However, if any of you reading this have experience of this type of problem and can offer any assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know your suggestions/advice.

You could check the settings of the window in the calling form. If its set to "Modal" or "Dialog", and the window in the called form has other settings, the new window might be opened "behind" the old window.

Messages window does not pop up when a chat is received

Help!
In the Messages app, when a chat is received, the Messages window does not pop up! (Like it did with the old ichat.) When a chat is received, it makes the noise, the icon bounces in the dock, and a red bubble is on the icon with the number of new chats.... but the messages window does not come forward. This is the most frustrating thing ever! I've been missing so many chats because I'm not staring at my dock. How do I make the messages window pop up when a chat is received?? Please help!!
(I just upgraded from Lion to Mountain Lion...lost ichat, gained the Messages app, and this issue is driving me nuts!)

I am not sure you can.
By Default iChat could "Hide" any window such as a Buddy list.
A new Invite put up a Invite window first that you had to Accept (Or set Auto Accept).
This triggered the appearance of the Chat window.
This does not happen in Messages.
There is not Invite window now to any Form of Text chat invite.
As a consequence there is no Trigger for the Chat window.
Add to that the Messages main Window is an interface window as well as the Chat window.
This puts it in the same category as Buddy List which has to be called back (unhidden) into view with either Keystrokes or the Window Menu.
A click (or possibly two to first bring Messages to the Front) on the DOCK icon also tends to reveal the Messages window.
You can set the Messages > Preferences > Alerts for New Messages and Text Chat invitation to Bounce the DOCK and Play sounds to help.

Hitting F11 in the form does not change the colour to blue

Hi All,
Hitting F11 in the form does not change the colour of the queryable fields to blue. Those fields remain white in color. The query functionality is working properly. The problem is only with the color not changing to blue. Is there any form property that needs to be checked? Other forms in this instance are working as expected.

F11 is not generally thought of as the key to make fields blue, is it? Are you using E-Business Suite? If so you should probably ask this question in the apps Forum: General EBS Discussion

Button does not pop back.

Hi,
I trigger a dialog on mouse down event on one button which is located on my GUI. But after the user finished the dialog the button that invoked the dialog does not pop back. Is the button supposed to pop back automatically or am I supposed to programatically pop it back?

No, this will not help. In order for a latch action boolean to revert, it needs to be read by the code, i.e. be in the dataflow. If the terminal of the boolean is somewhere random on the diagram there is no garantee that it will get read after a press (e.g. If the terminal is outside the main while loop, it will be in the dataflow exactly once at the start of the program and then never again).
Why don't you attach a simplified version of your program so we can see where the problem is.

Smart forms Error - Form does not exist

Hi,
I have created a smart form and activated without any inconsistancies. SE38 code has been done properly and activated.
While executing the forms an error has raised saying 'Form does not exist'.
Could anyone suggest me what is the route cause for this error?

Satellite A300-1IA - FN utlility does not pop-up on both XP and Vista

I've got an A300-1ia, and since a week most of the FN function keys won't work anymore.
The utility does not pop-up anymore in XP and Vista.
I have a multiboot system and the problem did apear a week ago.
I think it has to do with some windows update.

It worked. I uninstalled the vap package and installed 1.1.14 because 1.1.19 didn't worked.
