My twilight books are not working on my iPhone 4S, but I can't click the report a problem link. I knw that iceberg will no longer be on apple products so where do I go to get a refund?

    I just got another iTunes email that confirmed my purchase. It was for an App Add on that was supposed to be Free. The title in the app add-on also uses the words FREE TODAY but I was charged 99 cents. So I followed the link which opened iTunes and followed the REPORT A PROBLEM link.
    From there I have spent nearly 45 min going round and round on the Apple Support Site. If I click somewhere and then select NO to the question of "Did this solve your problem?" the window closes but offers no form to report the problem.
    Does anyone know of a direct link to report an App Purchase problem to Apple? Even if the App was misleading and was really $0.99 instead of Free, it would be nice to know whether or not Apple has a means to be contacted regarding errors in App purchases, or if I will just be hung out to dry.

    You should see the Express lane button. You can contact them from there.

  • Cannot Connect To iTunes Store When Reporting an App Problem

    Hi There,
    I recently bought GTA 3 for my iPad and it keeps crashing. I received an invoice and it said report a problem. I clicked it and it redirected me to iTunes store, but it said cannot connect to iTunes Store. I was connected to wifi and it still appeared. I cannot report a problem on my laptop because it wont load my recent purchases.

    Well, I did solve it.
    - first I tried reset network settings, didn't work
    - tried switching between wi fi and 3G, didn't work
    - tried syncing with iTunes again, didn't work
    - finally I restored the phone on iTunes and that solved it.

    In your first instance you are trying to print without setting up a prinet in Oracle Applications,as for the second server looks like your FNDFS listener is down or unreachable.

  • Report an app that doesn't work

    Can someone please tell me how to report an app that doesn't work and get a refund?
    The app won't allow feedback (as soon as you type anything the "Submit" button is disabled) and the link for its support goes to a web site that appears to be totally unrelated.
    The "Report a problem" link on iTunes just takes me to the generic support page with a 1000 links to various forums etc. That's for nothing Apple.
    I can provide more details but I don't even know if this is the right place yet.
    Now maybe it's just me being a newbie with this whole Apps/iPad thing but it is NOT a user-friendly system IMO.

    Express Lane is indeed how you contact the iTunes Store. The page I provided the link to is the one you reach when you click "Contact Support" in the sidebar.
    Is there no simple way to immediately cancel an order if you realize in the first fifteen minutes that it is not working as expected?
    There is no way to cancel an order at all, not within fifteen minutes, not within fifteen seconds. Once you click the "buy" button, you've purchased the item, and the Terms of Sale for the iTunes Store state clearly that "all sales are final". So if you are requesting a refund, you have to email the iTunes Store via the form you reach through Express Lane, explain the reasons for the request and hope that iTunes Store Customer Service will grant you an exception.

  • How to report an app for auto-dialling premium lines!

    Hi,
    I was wondering how I can report an app (or series of apps) to Apple.
    To put this in conext, we had been trying to track down a number of premium rate numbers (at £1.53 / $2.30 a pop) appearing on my wifes bill. Eventually we have tracked it down to a series of apps from "eFlashCards, LLC" in the App Store. This morning, we actually saw our son use the "Baby Flash Cards" app and it automatically dial the number - see below. The phone was not signed into iTunes at the time.
    These learning apps are designed for toddlers, and it seems that they have been designed badly on purpose (I'm a software developer so I can tell how these things work!) to encourage the toddler to press a banner with pictures of cartoon animals on. When this is pressed the app automatically dials and connects to a premium rate line, without any kind of confirmation or second-level authorisation.
    I tried contacting eFlashApps directly to inform them that they may not be aware of this issue (in case they are using an advertising plug-in in their code) which seems to have occured since they updated their apps at the beginning of March, as we vet all apps when first installed and this "feature" was not there originally. They did not reply, and when I posted a message on their facebook wall to let them know, they deleted my comment and did not contact me.
    We are also now contacting our line rental provider to inform them too, but I can't see anywhere suitable other than via the "Reviews" section of the app, and if you check iTunes you'll see other people reporting the same thing, but the app is still there.
    Any other suggestions please? Although we've now removed the app I'd like to ensure other parents do not fall for this, and in my opinion this is much worse than the recent "in-app purchase" problems reported in the media.

    I just downloaded an app saying it is for gtalk. Actually it is for stealing your google password. After logging in, I got notified someone tried to log in to my google account from the US.
    I was stupid, but could we avoid others do the same mistake? Where could I report the app?

    I don't have a problem with the reminders app.  It's just not that effective.
    If I have 5 reminders for today - at, say, 2:00 pm - and it beeps, it doesn't do two things:
    It doesn't persistantly beep.
    It doesn't let me re-schedule the reminder.
    That's pretty lame.  So, I swipe my finger to open the iPod, and all the reminders disappear.  I have to open the reminders app, and manually re-schedule each reminder to remind me later.  They're not even highlighted.  Only one or two might be red.
    Do you know where I can read my reminders on my PC?  I do back-ups with iTunes.  Where do my reminders go? Can I print them to a text file?

    Hello We have Office Web Apps Server 2013 running with SharePoint 2013.  Users Editing a Word document with Office Web Apps, can't use "Tabs", any Word document with Tabs; the tabs are replaced with a single space.
    Has anyone noticed this?  Is this a bug?

    If you had money in your account when you purchased a paid app and Apple didn't claim on the payment to your bank until after the download it maybe that there was insufficient balancce in your account to complete the purchase and therefore you'll need to wait until you have the funds to make the payment, when you have billing issues it won't even let you download free apps.
    If that isn't the case then give iTunes store a call or email them and they can tell you exactly what is wrong with the account

  • Can't seem to report an app that I keep getting charged monthly for.

    First, I love Apple products. I've owned them for years. I currently own a new Macbook Pro, Apple TV, Ipad 2 and some other products. A few months ago, I downloaded a free app called KDrama. It streams korean videos and since my wife is korean, I thought she might enjoy the programming. I subscribed to the "Premiere" service which is billed through Itunes at $7 a month. It worked fine until I updated the iOS a couple of months ago. Now it comes up on the screen and closes immediately. I've uninstalled, re-installed, reset and no success. I've contacted the developer with no response.
    I clicked the auto renewal OFF but Itunes keeps charging me every month. So I decided to call Apple since the iTunes support won't let me report the app online since it was a free app. I scheduled a call with support through the fastrack option. The rep called me and after hearing the issue he put me on hold and then hung up. He never called me back but simply closed the case. I called again today only to have the rep tell me to go to the same web process which leads nowhere.
    I'm getting a little frustrated at this point. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

    Apple phone support can't help with iTunes Store issues, though the tech should have told you that politely and directed you properly rather than just hanging up. Go here:

  • Report painter performance problem...

    I have a client which runs a report group consists of 14 reports... When we  run this program... It takes about 20 minutes to get results... I was assigned to optimize this report...
    This is what I've done so far
    (this is a SAP generated program)...
    1. I've checked the tables that the program are using... (a customized table with more than 20,000 entries and many others)
    2. I've created secondary indexes  to the main customized table with (20,000) entries - It improves the performance a bit(results about 18 minutes)...
    3. I divided the report group by 4... 3 reports each report group... It greatly improves the performance... (but this is not what the client wants)...
    4. I've read an article about report group performance that it is a bug. 
    (sap support recognized the fact that we are dealing with a bug in the sap standard functionality)

    Report painter/Writer always creates a prerformance issue.i never preffred them since i have a option with Zreport
    now you can do only one thing put more checks on selection-screen for filtering the data.i think thats the only way.

    but i have a doubt .the discoverer reports are opening with Discoverer viewer 4i.how its automatically taking the viewer to open..
    whether viewer is a tool(like admin&desktop or ???) . by default its available in application or whether we have to install or apply any patch or ...
    and also i tried to open existing(seeded) reports in application through disk desktop its giving the message subtitute item ....
    should i replace the existing item (in created workbook) with the new one (which we need)....

    I didn't find any report of this problem...
    Using APEX 3.0.1.00.07, I have a report of type "SQL Query (PL/SQL function body returning SQL query)" with the "Use Generic Column Names (parse query at runtime only)" radio button selected.
    When the region source contains the string "ORDER BY" in any form that I've tried (even in a comment), attempting to save the region fails with "Your query can't include an "ORDER BY" clause when having column heading sorting enabled."
    I do indeed have column sorting enabled on certain columns, but I don't see how that is relevant under these circumstances since the query produced at runtime does not have an ORDER BY clause.
    Am I overlooking something or is this a parsing problem?

    It's just checking for order by being included in your query, and if so and you have column heading sorting enabled, it's raising this error because you can't have both (even if it's commented out).
