Report for electricity & diesel consumption with values.

Dear All,
My client wants a report which gives date wise details of electricity & diesel consumption in units & liters with it's respective values.
Also this report gives date wise FG (Ice Cream) production in Liters.
Is there any standard report available in sap pm module which gives above details.Also i need following details in the same report which is as follows.
Date wise
Electricity unit. (This is possible thro' measuring point & counter)
Amount
Production in Ltrs.
Unit consumed per Production in Ltr.
Electricity amount in Rs. per Production Ltr.
Boiler Running Hours. (This is possible thro' measuring point & counter)
Boiler Diesel consumption in Ltrs. (This is possible thro' measuring point & counter)
Boiler Diesel consumption in Rs.
Boiler Diesel consumption in Ltrs per Production in Ltr.
Boiler Diesel consumption in Rs. per Production in Ltr.
How i can get this report.

Hi,
First try to find out where the data you need is captured on the system.
Is there a diesel tank (storage) material documents you can use?
Elec consupmtion? where is that measured? For the whole plant or just that part of the factory?
Production of Ice cream, PP orders backflush quantities?
May be you need to create measurent points for the diesel and elec consumption.
as you find the data, then you can build your report.
There is no standard report, you have to build your own.

Yes MB5B report consider the Unrestricted, Quality, Blocked, Transit stock and restricted stock. Not sure about Return Stock.
If you select the Storage location/Batch stock radio button then the system will display all the possible stock from the storage location and the corresponding batch also.
If you select Valuated stock radio button then system will show only the valuated stock not the Non-valuated stock. Because Non-valuated material type is available in SAP system will not show those stock suppose if you select the Valuated stock radio button.

Reporting for PIRs: actual consumption against plan

Hi all,
can you recommend what standard reports can show actual consumption figures against plan in PIRs. Collective report is needed, looks like rows with columns for material code, plan figure, consumed figure and this is for given periods. And plan figure should be quantitiy without reduction quantities (that is initial quantitiy in PIR).

I create a report with subreports in CR2008. It's running perfect.
When I load this report with subreports to Eclipse I can see the subreports in the report and I can click into the subreports. Each subreport is working in Preview, but when I want to preview the whole report with the subreports I get a black screen and the error

Custom Reports for ESS/MSS ? with PNP??

I am trying to create a custom report for ESS, and am unsure if I can use the PNP logical database in this code. I am concerned that if the associate does not have access to see those infoytpes in production, then they would not be able to see their own data from those infotypes in ESS.

This would be the case.As the J2EE version with ECC6.0 is 7.0 and we need to apply the BP to both ECC and EP.
Try to think , how do you balance EP6.0 with 6.40 J2EE engine <-> ECC6.0 with 7.0 J2ee engine? will get the answer!

This statement declares a general instance method meth. Use additions ABSTRACT and FINAL to make the method abstract or final.
The additions IMPORTING, EXPORTING and CHANGING define the parameter interface of the method. After every addition, the corresponding formal parameters are defined by a specification of the list parameters.

Crystal reports for eclipse ver 2 with oracle stored procedures

Does Crystal Reports for Eclipse version 2 support Oracle Stored Procedures.
I have been struggling to get this to work for the last 1 week.

Does this mean that oracle stored procedures cannot be used at all in the J2EE environment. As even if I create the report using Crystal Reports 2008, I am unable to get it to work.
However It works great on .NET.
Since I can't use stored procedures, I've just copied the query to a bean and am executing it using jdbc. Also I am using the POJO method to link to the report.
This is working fine, except for the maintainance headache, as I have about 25 stored procedures for reporting, with each having a pretty complex query.
I guess I will convert all the stored procedures to front end based query mangement and use the POJO method to connect Crystal Reports.
Any suggestions / recommendations would be helpful.

Standard report for leading prod. order with variance value & qty.

Hi Gurus,
I am searching for a standard Tcode to get the variance value/Qty against all the leading production orders which are settled in a particular period.
Note: If a leading production order contains more than one sub orders then the qunatity of sub orders should merge with the leaing order and all the variance from individual sub orders should also merge with the leading production order.
Please suggest the tables and fileds are used for storing the leading and non leading production order and its corresponding Planned/Actual and Variance values.

Actually i am unable to use tcode: KKBC_ORD rather able to use KKBC only.
Using KKBC (Target/actual/production variance) and activating collective order from setting option only able to see the details for a particular leading production order only relating toa particular period .
My requirement is to display all the production orders settled in a particular period along with (Material code /order number/ Qty/Actual value and variance value).
Note: If any leading order exists then that should be collective order i.e.(value and Qty should come against the leading order number).
If there is any standard tcode exists please let me know else provide the tables and logic to bui;d up such a report.

Custom Report for the Stock and Stock value for a specific date

Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP standard t-code or any logic to get the transcations (additions (for example: Purchases) and subtractions (Sales) to the inventory) for a particular materials in a plant and with Total Stock and also Total Stock value when that particular transaction happened?
Our system is R/3 4.7
I looked at the MB5B, MBCE, MBCA, MC44, MB51 and some other standard T-codes but could not find the total stock value at the time of Transaction happened.
The history tables MBEWH and MARDH are updated after the month end closing procedures, right, which means I will have the inventory value changing every month if material has Price "S".

Hi Harter,
Unfortunately, you cannot see in a single tcode the value of stock and stock quantity on a specific date. As you yourself have pointed out, we only have to make use of the history table MBEWH, MARDH for the month wise stock quantity and value. Along with that you should also make use of the table MBEW to take teh stock quantity and value. So the total value of stock on a particular date will be
Stock qnty = MBEWH value until the previous month (for teh specific valuation class, period etc) + MBEW value for the present date.
But this will nto work out if you want to find out teh stock quantity and stock value on a past date basis. For past data, only m onthwise data is available. For this anyway you can refer to MC.1 and so on reports.
