Report for inquiries for all customers and material

how can i see a report of all inquiries of all customer and materials is there any predefine report in sap
we do have va15 but it does not list depending on the custmer or material, how can we do it for all customer

Standard SAP SD Reports:=
Statistic Group:
Purpose To capture data for Standard Reports, we require to activate Statistic Group as under:
--> Item category (Configuration)
--> Sales document type (Configuration)
--> Customer (Maintain in Master data)
--> Material (Maintain in Master data)
When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.
Configuration:
IMG --> Logistics Information System (LIS) --> Logistics Data Warehouse --> Updating --> Updating Control --> Settings: Sales --> Statistics Groups -->
1. Maintain Statistics Groups for Customers
2. Maintain Statistics Groups for Material
3. Maintain Statistics Groups for Sales Documents
4. Assign Statistics Groups for Each Sales Document Type
5. Assign Statistics Groups for each Sales Document Item Type .....
All Standard Reports which are available are as under:

I have customer numbers and respective amounts in my query
I want to do one customer amount divide by 100 and I want to display all customer numbers and amounts including the customer number devide by 100 also how?

Hi Venkat,
No need to use RKF, I am suggesting you to use a formula and put a if else condition using Bolean operators such that the formula will be applicable to only those customers which should be divided by 100 else display the same value.
For ex:- In the formula(can be done using Bolean operators) , logic will be applicable such as:
IF Sales > 10000, then sales = sales/1000
else sales = sales.
here Sales > 10000 or similar condition should identify the customers for the formula to be applied.

Report on difference between PO price and Material standard price

We need a report on Purchase price difference, which is report showing Open PO price & Material standard price, if there is a price difference
This need to be run every day to avoid buyer changing price at PO level unless there is a valid reason
Similarly difference if any between Schedule agreement price & Material master standard price

You need to develop one.
Considering your requirement, it can be achieved with a query as well provided you do not need complex functionality out of the report.

The requirement is to create a report to fecth the actual cost from the maintenance order. ie.. material cost , labor cost and some other costs which are directly posted to the order. Can anybody let me know from which tables I can pull the material cost , labor cost ..etc posted against maintenance order?

To Forex balancesheet adjustment A/c
Forex balancsheet adjustment A/c is normal GL account.
Now i want to see vendorwise and customerwise forex valuation. Let me know how to get this report.

I feel very sorry to say that there is not report to display the foreign currency valuation for customers and vendors. But I think you could defined difference reconciliation account for customers and vendors, then defined a foreign
balancesheet adjustment A/c per reconciliation account in OBA1,then you could confirm the value in FS10K or FBL3N.

You can go to SE16 -> table name "AGR_USERS" and see the records for all users. Arrange them in ascending order by name and you will get the report what you have mention above.
Download it and put it in EXCEL.

Decompile applet and proxify all URL and socket connection and recompile

Please anybody have idea for the below.
I need to decomple the applet class file to .java file and need to change all URL and Socket connection to proxify all connections from applet. and recompile the sample applet to make ready to load in browser.
Thi is to load the applet form the web server through one proxy server. In the proxy server side While loading the applet from web server that applet code need to be changed to modify the URL and connections used in that applet to change the further connection from applet through proxyserver.
Compile and decompile is not a problem that i can use javac and javap respectively.
But I want to know how to change all URL and connection in applet. is there any easy way to handle this with out changing the applet code.
can Anybody help me.

If so than what are the proxy settings in IE/Moz, I can specify the proxy address in the
browsers but not the proxy type (SSL).
When you want to visit a page like google I gues you just type http://www.google.com in
the browsers address bar. The browser will figure out how to connect to the proxy.
Java has got the control panel in the general tabl there is a button "network settings...:"
I have it to "use browser settings" and this works for me.
All URL and URLConnections work but the sockets don't (maybe put in a bug report)
for example games.yahoo.com -> card games -> bridge -> create table
In the trace I can see:
network: Connecting http://yog70.games.scd.yahoo.com/yog/y/b/us-t1.ldict with proxy=HTTP @ myproxy/00.00.00.00:80
network: Connecting socket://yog70.games.scd.yahoo.com:11999 with proxy=DIRECT
The second one fails because port 11999 is not open (what idiot uses an unassigned
port for a profesional site is beyond me).

Even if the port was open on the proxy you'll notice with proxy=DIRECT that
"use browser settings" does not work with socket (bug report??).
Anyway my advice is to open the java console (windows control panel or javacpl.exe in
the bin dir of java.home) and make sure it is set to "use browser settings"
Then enable a full trace:
To turn the full trace on (windows) you can start the java console, to be found here:
C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4...\bin\jpicpl32.exe
In the advanced tab you can fill in something for runtime parameters fill in this:
-Djavaplugin.trace=true -Djavaplugin.trace.option=basic|net|security|ext|liveconnect
if you cannot start the java console check here:
C:\Documents and Settings\userName\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\deployment.properties
I think for linux this is somewhere in youruserdir/java (hidden directory)
add or change the following line:

for 1.5:

Print out the full trace of the exception:
try{...}catch(Exception e){e.printStackTrace();}
Then visit the games.yahoo and try to create a new table playing bridge.
Inspect the trace and see if it works/why it doesn't work.

Well you can group these customers under one credit control area Tcode OB45 , and you can define your individual customer under this credit control area.
& in OB38 assign company code to this credit control area.

Go for MCTA report ....anter the sales org as the criteria and get the out put .
You need to drill down til last to get the material list.
