Report for material  which not consumed during C015

HI ALL,
"I required a report for material which material are not
consumed at C015 production confirmation time against actual consumation (order wise , part no wise & date wise )"
its v urgent

Amit,
I think your problem is that you want to monitor when users are deleting the goods issue while confirmation. So you would have to know if for a confirmation qty of 100, the planned consumption should have been 100 but the actual consuption is 50.
So you would want to relate the confirmation qty with the planned and actual consumption.
In COOIS Remt, qty and Withdrawal qty will show the total reqmt and actual withdrwal. Hope this will not be helpful if I understand correctly.
You have to create a simple query joining tables AFVV with RESB. Calculate the planned consuption for the confirmation qty. This along with the actual consuption will help to give what you are looking for.

    Item Category determination + MRP Type for your schedule line type ties to a Sched. Line category(this you know)
    New Rqmts class gets tied to a Rqmts Type
    New Rqmts Type gets assigned to rqmts class
    Strategy, assign the Rqmts Type to it
    Strategy Group, Assign the Strategy  to it
    MM02 [MRP3 view] strategy group should be the one that ties together (all the other ties

    hi friends, i need advice on getting this report for material with qty and specific sloc with the corresponding Prodn order numbers. in mb51 i could get all these details except the prodn order no. could you advice me please?

    to make sure you know how to do this.
    In the material document list, hit "Ctrl+F8" on your keyboard.
    A window will pop up. Click on the button position and look for "order" in the list of available fields. That should do it.

    Hi,
    Create one time vendor or dummy vendor for all expenses. Then assign w/h tax codes and post the TDS at the time of invoice or payment.
    You will not get report if you directly pass a JV.

  • Report for Material Consumption for WBSE & Network

    Dear Experts,
    I want to see Material Consumption for
    for WBSE 281Q (Project to Project)
    for Network 221Q (Network from Project)
    I can see values in Report MB51,
    but I can not see for which WBSE it is consumed or from which WBSE it is consumed.
    The Entries are there in table MSEG field MAT_PSPNR.
    It is not shown in Report MB51, For this column blank is shown, no value is shown.
    Can you help me, how can I see material consumption for WBSE & Network with WBSE ID for/from which.

    In my first post I have said:
    I am trying MB51, with
    221Q Project to Project GI
    281Q Project to Network GI.
    I am getting material consumption quantities,
    Network/Activities for which consumption is done is also shown.
    But the WBSE for which / from which consumption is done, that column is blank.
    It is showing WBSE for 101 GR for Project
    I want to know for which /from which WBSE material was consumed?
    I have tried to explain problem again.

    You would need to fetch the accounting number (BELNR) from BKPF based on the purchase order number (XBLNR) and then proceed accordingly with BSIK and BSAK.

    Is there any report or process through which  I can get info  for Material issued but not consumed at all?

    Hi,
    In SAP terminology an item that is consumed is also an item that is issued and so I am confused by your requirement.
    So what exactly do you mean when you say "issued but not consumed"?
    Do you mean that you want to be able to see the goods movements that are NOT flagged as consumption (such as transfers, write-offs etc.)
    If you can please explain it in a bit more detail we MAY be able to help.

    J1i7 is the standard report which shows wether the part1 or part2 is posted or no posting is done, you can select the layout as per your choice by change layout.

  • CST Reports for Material

    Dear Experts
    how to get the CST reports from the System, is there Standard Reports to get the CSt,
    in the case of CST bcoz it will merge with the Basic rates and at the Time Of GRN it will Not Updated.
    then how we can get the Actual CST on the GRN & Reports for the Same in Material.

    For some Standard Requirement u need not to be  check or get the Tables directly, its not a good practice ,
    i m asking about the CST, which is i think related with whole area of any organization, so we can not prefer to touch the Table directly.
    pl provide some other one.

    Is there any standard report available in which we can find out the storage bins for list of materials?
    (We have not implimented Warehouse MAnagement)

    You need to have Warehouse management in place in order to view the storage bins for materials,
    MMBE of MM cannot give you the idea of storage bins.
