Report for open invoice value against GR done within a date range

Dear experts ,
I need a report between date ranges for which there is a GR done , but invoice is pending .
Where can i get this ?

You can check few default PO reports wid proper paramater in it
or
Can check table EKBE
or
Check PO history in the PO doc
Or
Check the ME80FN

first logic is

second logic

Report for Vendor Invoices Parked against Purchase Order

Dear Team,
I want a report or table name where I can get the Parked Invoices against a Purchase order.My requirement is to know which are the invoices which are parked against a PO since ME2M shows Invoices posted, so bye anyway is it possible to get such report.

Hi all,
We need a report for Partial Invoices /Pending Invoices done w.r.t. Purchase Orders with PO document type as one of the selection option.
We have tried ME80FN, please suggest if there is any other report available.

Report for open process orders

Dear SAP experts,
As the period of the process order from open to close is not short, will take 1 or 2 months in our business case, so we want to find a report which can get the information just like the output of KSPP(for planned orders) .
I tried to analysis the logic of program KSPP, and it seems the function modules based on the planned orders only.
Is there any way to get the similar report for open process orders?

Hi Arpita,
There is no such sis report available. You will have to configure and create two seperate reports and do the comparison.
If you want, I will send you the list of all T.codes used to generate reports in SD.

Goto transaction VL33n and in the dropdown menu for Inbound deliveries select "not posted for GR" and enter your selection parameters there.

check the inputs you are populating before executing the ME5A reports,
try with the several checks given in the input selection screen, like open PR, partially odered PR etc

To see the opening stock at a particular date use T.Code: MB5B,
To see the scheduled quantity & delivered quantity use table EKET with the filed names MENGE & WEMNG.

How can I run the report for different input values at the same time?

Reports version: Report Builder 6.0.8.13.1
Oracle version: Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.0.0
I want to run the same report for different input parameter values and spool each o/p to different file and ftp to a server. For this, as a first step, I am spooling different input values in to a file, reading those values through a loop and calling the report for that input values. Each report run/execution is taking 15 minutes. Total report execution is taking approximately 4 hours (assuming 16 different input values) to complete. So I have to wait 4 hours to see ALL outputs.
I would like to run the report parallel for ALL the input values and I should be able to see the ALL outputs with in 15 or 16 minutes.
In my shell script, I added & symbol at the end of the report call to start/run the job in the background. Due to this the control passed to the next step after the report call. At this place I have an ftp command to send the output file to a different server and it is giving error some thing like o/p file is not available/created yet". This is due to the fact that report writer is NOT yet completely started/initiated or it is NOT completed the spooling.
How can I run the report at the same time for all the input values and save the time?

Increase the number of server engines running right now it seems there is only one engine running ,increase it to 4 or 6
and then atleast 4 or 6 reports will run simultaneously.
For FTPing the output add to your sript to check whether it is locked and if not then only try to ftp .
Also for more better functionality read the document (chapter 15 ) for 10g reports for its new fuinctionality.

Table name for opening stock value

Hi,
Can some body tell me the table name & the field name for opening stock value,
(This is when you pass the date through LSMW at initial stage and it gets sits in which table)
For ex. MB5B

There are many stock tables in SAP.
if you load unrestricted use stock with value, then the quantity is going to MARD, quantity and value to MBEW.
if material is batch managed, then stock per batch is going to MCHB, but still MARD and MBEW are updated.
if you load non-valuated stock (material type UNBW), then only MARD is updated, no MBEW entry.
and much more cases for consignment, sales order stock etc etc.
If you try to find the values more than a month after the upload, and your materials had movements, then the old stock quantity at period closing is transfered to the history tables MARDH, MBEWH.
If you load in the beginning of a month, then SAP calculates the opening stock by using the end of period stock and add/subs the material movements.Then you will not find the opening stock as a single number in any table.

SSRS 2014 SharePoint integrated - getting error "Value does not fall within the expected range"

Note sure if this should be in the SharePoint forum instead, but here goes...
I have got an SSRS report (SQL 2014) deployed to SharePoint 2013, and I am using a command line to call this report. The command line is...
https://myserver/_vti_bin/reportserver?https://myserver/Reports/AdjustmentPlan.rdl&rs:Format=PDF&ParamActionGUID=B9B57C49-558B-471A-8BFD-2853673E8874
This returns an error "Value does not fall within the expected range"
If I remove the "&rs:Format=PDF" then the report appears on screen without problems...
When I look in the sharepoint log files, I see the command line has changed to be
https://myserver/_vti_bin/reportserver?https://{machine_name}/Reports/AdjustmentPlan.rdl&rs:Format=PDF&ParamActionGUID=B9B57C49-558B-471A-8BFD-2853673E8874
I'm not sure why this is happening, but if I can ensure the command line uses the correct SharePoint address, then I think this will fix the problem.
Any questions or suggestions or solutions gratefully received.

Thanks for the reply. I can probably explain easier than screenshots..
The server name is "datacentre-cenet" for example
But the address we use to access SharePoint is https://cenet (ie using the SharePoint Alternate Access mappings). So the command line to call the SSRS report uses the SharePoint name (CENET).
But when I try to export SSRS to PDF, the command line get changed to
https://datacentre-cenet which causes an error
My thought is that somewhere SSRS is using the server name, rather than the correct URL which is
https://cenet
So if I could know where SSRS picks up the server name, I could configure that to fix this issue.

GetListItems() and "Value does not fall within the expected range"

I have a sharepoint list (it's a task list). I have the ID of the task - I can access the task like this :
http://addr/EditForm.aspx?ID=<value>
This works fine. I would like to create a query so when I call GetListItems() from a web service, I can select this record.
This is the code I'm using - when I set the ndQuery.innerxml to a blank string, it returns all records (correctly). When I enable it, I get the wonderfully useful "Value does not fall within the expected range" error. I have tried querying
a number of different fields (besides ID) and every single one gives me that error.

I don't like seeing two nested <query> tags but there is no way that I can see to remove them! At this point - can anyone tell me, is there any way to tell WHAT value does not fall within the expected range? Or WHAT the expected range is?

Value does not fall within the expected range in my itemupdated eventreceiver while accessing a splist column on the root site collection

hi,
I am performing the below operations:
1) Itemupdated event handler when a document is uploaded into the document library
2) Now amreading another list which is in the root site level so, i used spsite, spweb again and accessed that splist and trying to read single line of text column and user or group column.
Now when i am reading this, i am getting the error "Value does not fall within the expected range".
I went to resource throttling under central admin -->my current web appln and changed that value to 20 from 8
even after performing the above, i am getting the same error.
pls help anyone has faced this issue before.

as per my requirement i have to access a splist which is residing in the ROOT SITE COLLECTION OF THIS WEB APPLICATION. the event receiver i have written is residing in one of the few document libraries within the sub site. there are hundreds
of sub sites exist in this site collection. I need to access the root site collection within the itemevent receiver and access thatperson column from that splist. why i ahve kept this list at the root site collection level [
http://server1:2020/ ] , because this splist is the UI for customer's sp admin for performing weekly tasks. like adding few items in the splist and my event receiver fires and check this column- person /group
column ] and apply permissions on the document.
so my doubt is it possible to access the root site collection from my event receiver code.
spweb from properties web is just the subsite url and not the site collection. i want to get the root sitec ollection url's splist.
also am already running this code under runwithelevatedprivileges.
