Report for retrieving expired documents

Hi,
Is it possible to retrieve expired documents which are in trash folder for a set of users?
I have found a RSSODELUNDO report but it doesnt seem to work...
Help will be appreciated.

Try transaction VA05. In that choose "Open Orders" along with other selection criteria.
If you want the Open sales order qty in output and its not displayed, do the following.
Sales -> System modification -> create new fields ( without condition technique) -> New fields for lists.
You can change V05TZZMO and structure VBMTVZ from there or use SE38 / SE11.
For both you'll need an object registration in OSS.

As per my Understanding there is no standard report for "assets expiring in a particular period".
In this case we can get the report by using sap Query report with the help of ABAPER,
Fallowing tables helps to meet your requirement.
ANLA, ANLP ,ANLZ ,ANLB, ANLC, V_ANLSUM_1.
If you want to trace Useful life of Individual asset wise we can see in "AW01N" under Parameters tab- Exp. usefl life,Exp. usefl life, Remaining life.

I created 3 PLD reports for PO, I am wondering in SDK, how can I open all 3 PLD reports when I click on the preview button for a PO document?

You cannot. I use Crystal Reports when I need to open more then one document layout at the same time.

A report for the changed document histroy ...

Hi experts,
I want to write a program which can display all the delivery documents changed history ...
Of course i only care the delivery number , qty & date ...
As i know there has one TCODE : VL22 can display only one delivery document's detail .
but it is not easy to looking for some delivery documents at the same time ...
if i want to display all the delivery document how to do it ???
Has some BAPI i can use in here ????

You can refer to the tables - CDHRD and CDPOS for this.
In CDHDR pass the Object class = 'LIEFERUNG'
and Object value = Your Delivery Number .
You will get the list of Change Documents. With same information you can go to CDPOS to find out what exactly was changed.
You can use the following FMs also -
CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_HEADERS
CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_POSITIONS
Hope this will enable to you to come up with your own report for viewing history of multiple Deliveries.
As these CDHDR and CDPOS contains all the change related informations , the performance of your report might be not very impressive if you try to do a wildcard search. Make sure you have some Delivery Numbers with you before you go into CDHDR/CDPOS.

Std Report for incomplete billing document

I want to get the incomplete(such as price error....) billing document in SAP for a secifical customer within a cycle and so on.

Try with these options.
Go to VF05 transaction here you keep radio button option on open billing documents then execute now system will give list of all open i.e not at released to accounting , billing documents.
You go to VF02 transaction from the billing document field you press F4 then you select match code Billing document still to be passed to accounting.

Access statistic report for sap km documents

Hi All,
I have made a XML form which is used to create updates or news.
these news items are displayed in Km navigation Iview.
I need to know the list of users who have read a particular document.
I have seen many articles which say to configure activitydatacollector report and get a text file generated on Portal system.
then this report needs to be customized as per our need.
I need a simple solution ,when a user opens the document and reads it ,he gets the list of other users who have already read that
document at the end of that document.
Reply soon as it is a NO-Go issue for our project.

You have created a KM Navigation iView and assigned to users right. Using Standard Portal Activity Report tables we can get the list of Users who viewed the particular Page/iView. Not sure whether they have read that document or not.

I have the following issue:
I am using t-code ve01 to output European Intrastat report.
All documents are outputed correctly except credit memo invoice type G2.
I am novice at Intrastat issues so my quetion is: is some customizing for exclude or include certain documents type?

ME1P will be used to monitor the changes in terms of pricing conditions you made to your info record via Transaction MEKP.
In case of SA, you will have to build up your simple query by joining two tables A016 and KONP.

Report for retrieving controller preference

Is there a method for finding, in a decently readable way (i.e., not "show run-config" or "show access-point-config") a list of all access points' primary, secondary, and tertiary controller preferences? A certain report from WCS, a script, a command from SSH, etc would do. Being able to run it across multiple controllers would be nice too.

Yes, there is.
If you are using WCS there is the Report Launch Pad where you can do this by some editing.
Choose Device --> Inventory --> New
If yoy now choose Report type --> AP and then click on customize you will find more option.
In the Custom Report Name field you change to AP Inventory.
Then choose what data fields you want to use:
Primary Controller
Secondary Controller
Tertiarary Controller
etc, and add to the data fields to include in the report.
You can sort on controllers if needed.
