In report MCRE, does the column Qty withdrawn equal to the qty of material actually being produced?

the Withdrawal Qty is Quantity of a component withdrawn when a goods issue is posted for a production order.
i.e components of order made GI.

Hi, PP gurus
Issue:
When i run report MCRE for material usage wrt Prod.order selection as input.
Requirement qty as per BOM component explosion is not updating correct figure.
suppose say my BOM comp. reqd qty 100 it is showing there in MCRE as 200.(Exactly 2 tim
again i have restricted user from not changing component qty in order.
Actual withdrawn qty showing that is correct but reqmt qty are not updating in S026/MCRE.
Suggestion and Solution required.

As per ur post it is clear that only for this material problem is
Now from here it is tough to judge
As i said earlier, Just check in COOIS, MB51 & MCRE
Also check for that particular prdocution Component view for the Qty
You should able to Figure it out

MCRE report

Hi Experts,
I met a problem with report MCRE.
When I use the MCRE to generate a report, the Qty withdrawn listed here for a specific material in a specific production order is different from the Qty withdrawn displayed in the production order (CO03).
Can someone tell me why?

Hi Emily,
Pls crosscheck once again with withdrawn qty in MCRE report and with specific order with that material. MCRE is the standard T code and do more analysis on that. If any dought about any material movement and withdrawal with that order then refer MB51.

Standard Report to check consumption values for multiple materials

Hi,
Is there any standard report to check "consumption" values for multiple materials? The user needs to check the consumption values over a period of time for multiple materials (VERP, ROH) before deciding the re-order and safety stock values for them. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Report MCRE is widely used for the material cosnumption than checking in COOIS.

There are a no of ways from where you can get your desrired data....
Table mver---used for material consumption.
T code mcre---again used in consumption reports,
Table MVER gives you detail of Material Consumption
Also, MSEG (MENGE) and S026 (ENMNG) ... Pls restrict the selection condition for material with movement type 261 in table MSEG

You can get all the consumption details in MB51 report by selecting relevnt movement types. And MB5S also.

Backflushing restrictions

Dear All,
I'm using backflushing. However, in CO11n I'm doing "Goods Movement", the planned quantity for material X is 1000 KG if I want to issue 1500 KG it will stop me and say material failed because it exceeds reservation quantity. How can I avoid that?
Also in COOIS I'm displaying the "components" list which should show me the required quantity for each order component and the actual issued quantity. It only displayes the PLANNED issued quantity and doesn't show the UNPLANNED issued (which I can see from the Documented Goods Movement), I find that very weird.
Any suggestions?

Dear Rafik,
one way of avoiding this is using authorization control for not allowing to click on good's movements
icon or dont give the authorization for changes.
I hope you are issuing the materials against the order using MB1A for the extra consumption.
In this case you will not get the issued components against the reserved one in COOIS,check the report
MCRE.
Check and revert back.

Annual Material consumption in accordance to material types

Hi all,
I am stuck in a report. Require ur ideas on this:
My client wants to see a report on how much quantity to be issued to production orders and how much actually issued.
He needs the break up of in form of Raw Material, Semi Finished , Trading goods and Service Material.All these data is to be fetched year wise (e.g. 2008,2009, 2010 etc).
I am aware of standard report MCRE. But this report does not gives us break in accordance to the material type.
Also the SME requires the list of all the materials whose stock has fallen below the safety stock .

Hi,
You can use report MCRE if you are using seperate material number ranges for each material type. In this case the material number range serves purpose of the filter for material type you are looking for .
If it doesn't serve the purpose then go with Custom developed report. You can use table S026 this table is updated using LIS & it will help you to improve performace of your report compare to using other database tables like RESB & MSEG.

Is there a report in SAP that shows me Planned Independent Requirements and the Consumption (Shipped) of the planned quantities and the Assignment of future quantities?
MD73 shows me this by Material.
Need a Plant only as input and details for that Plant.

Use table Along with PBIM and PBED tables, include PBHI - Independant requiremnts history and check
First use PBHI to get Reqmts pointer, then entry Reqmts pointer to get other information via PBIM or PBED

Standard Report for PIR /Purchasing inforecord condition records.

The standard report MCRE can show the requirement quantity and withdrawn quantities, this is a report of information system.
Please make sure that the corresponding info structures S026 and S226 is set to be updated in customization OMOD.
The report read the data from the 2 tables S026 and S226 and they are updated when the requirement quantitis are created by production orders and they are issued.

i am trying to create a report that compares the Target component qtys and cost Vs the actual component qts and cost for the finished product given the date range in REM process.

Dear Naveen,
There's no standard report in SAP for REM to fulfill this requirement.
Use the report MCRE for material usage analysis and you can get the document list in MB51.
Also check in KKF6N->after selecting the prod.version->under costs-->selecting the change layout
and here you will get the total target quantity and total actual quantity.
Check this and come back.

Material Usage Analysis MCRE Report

Dear Experts,
For a Particular Process Order in the MCRE - Report the requirement quantity is showing as zero withinin the specific date range, but when i executed the MCRE Report without the any Date the requirement quantity is showing with the date as 00:00:0000, we are using the SAP 4.7 E, can somebody help me resolve the same, its causing a problem for the finance whenever they are extracting report within the specific period..

Standard report for issued components

Dear Experts,
In my master recipe i am using a component which is also produced through the process as a co-product, the component appears in equal quantities, once with a positive and then with negative sign (for the co-product). But the problem is in consumption reports like MCRE the 2 quantities cancel out each other giving consumption of the component as zero. I want the system to consider only the positive quantity issued through 261 movement and not consider the negative quantity which is actually received during GR. The issued batch and the received batches are different.
Is this standard SAP behaviour or shall i need to change any master data or any configuration to get the right report? Please suggest.

Go to COOIS
select the list documented Goods movement and execute based on your selection criteria
In that report select the 261 and 262 movement only add the required field and save the layout as raw material consumption
and set the layout as default
when ever you see the documented goods movement in coois
System will display only 261& 262 movement only

Report for Slow moving items

Is there any standard report where i can get both stock and stock value along with the no of days (for NO movement is happened for that material ) ,as MC46 one standard report is there ,but i am not getting stock and stock value togather
either i get stock with no of days for which movement is not happened or stock value along with no of days for which movement is not happened.

Hi, Is there any standard daily prod report available in sap? pls wht is the t-code?

There are few reports available in standard SAP,but you have to check which one suits your business
requirement.
Check COOIS,CO28,MCPM,MCRE,MB51 for material document
For further reports goto T Code SAP1->production planning->Production control or Information
systems.

Excess Material Consumption Report - For a Particular Period

For a particular Time Period, say 30 days, I require excess material consumption report. This report is for the materials ( say ROH, or HALB) that are confirmed through co11n. Taking MTS into consideration with Strategy Group 40, please suggest a standard report (if there is any).

Hi All, I'm looking for a report similar that the one you can see in MM03->Costing 2 view->"Actual" Button but for all materials not just one. Is there anything like that in SAP o do we need to depelop a new report?
