Report of Outbound calls that were not answered

Hello
does anyone know if there is a report in UCCX that shows me the quantity of outbound calls that were not answered for a determined CSQ?
My UCCX version is 8.5.
Thank you
Marcos

Not specifically, In the Agent Detail Report or CSQ report it's the difference in "Calls Presented" and "Calls Handled".
CP - CH = unanswered

  • UCCX HR Report for Outbound Calls

    Hi,
    We are using UCCX 9.0.
    In Historical report we able to get the report for outbound call also.
    The issue for the Outbound is calls which are not answered by the remote party There is also a call duration though the CUCM CDR shows zero seconds and the Agent Call Records in CAD shows the call and unanswered.
    Because of this we are not able to identify the matured calls & non matured calls for the outgoing.
    Is there anyway to capture unanswered outbound calls from Historical reports
    Thanks,
    Paul

    I must say that I had similar problems with reports for outbound calls on our CC system...after some writings with TAC we concluded that reports for outbound calls in CC system are much more less informational versus inbound calls. So what I want to say is that probably your reporting is working fine and there is just no info for outbound calls which can be utilized and be usefull for you in your reports...

  • I am recieving calls from a solicitor. Show up as no caller Id. I want to block all calls that do not show caller Id. Can I do that? I am on the do not call list

    How do I block all in coming calls that do not show on my caller Id. Phone says "no caller id" This particular call is from a place selling septic tank cleaner. They leave an automated voice mail. They are calling me over and over. I am on the national do not call list but that's no help. Because the caller id doesn't show anything I can't even report them.
    I remember in the past calling a number and before my call would go thru I would have to enter my phone number so the party I was calling knew who was calling them. That is what I want to do. I want to block all calls from "no caller id" "number unavailable" Just FYI my phone is an IPHONE 5 and I am on Verizon.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

        itbitybob, good day!
    Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us today. I know how frustrating it can be getting phone calls from "no caller id" numbers. We do have an option that is called Family Base that will allow you to block unknown numbers, private numbers, or caller id. This link will provide you with the full details of this option. http://vz.to/1gIklla I hope this is able to answer your question. If you have further questions please feel free to reach back out to us at any time.

  • Photos in iphoto library that were not imported

    when I open Iphoto, I get a message that says "28 photos were found in the iphoto library that were not imported. Would you like to import them"? If I say yes, I am shown 28 unreadable files that could not be imported (they may be an unrecognized file type or may not contain valid data". If I say no, it creates a file to store them in under pictures (iPhoto library recovered photos). The reason I got these photos is kind of complicated. I realized when I moved my files from my old PC to my new IMac, I had not been copying them to the iPhoto library but they were still located in the original location. In the process of copying/deleting, things got all messed up. Does anybody know how I can get rid of these unimported photos? Thanks! I have an IMac using iPhoto 8

    Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
    Look there for a Folder called 'Import' or 'Importing'.
    Drag it to the Desktop. *Make no other changes*.
    Start iPhoto. Does that help?

  • "PHOTOS FOUND IN THE iPHOTO LIBRARY THAT WERE NOT IMPORTED"

    Ever since I imported some videos from a memory stick about 2 weeks ago, my iPhoto opens with the above message and then says that I need to save some photos that were not imported, and then precedes to create an empty folder of 'RECOVERED PHOTOS" with increasing sequential numbers and then stores it on the hard drive.
    There is also a little message which pops down from the top when I go to close i-photo and am not sure what it says as it is too quick and I have never had this problem previously and now it is getting annoying!
    Has anyone any idea how to make it stop doing this??? The 3 videos that I uploaded in iPhoto originally had to be converted to movies/ quick player however they only appeared as photos in first frame in i-photo and dont appear anywhere in my iMovie catalogue -please help if you can!
    Thank you!

    TERENCE DEVLIN - YOU ROCK!! Yes - I did what you suggested step by step and the import folder contained 3 files - Originals, Modified and another one. There were lots of the files with nothing in them and then the videos that I was speaking about repeated about 5 - 6 times in separate folders and different formats - bizarre - or maybe not really if I knew how the import mechanism of the software worked - but thankfully for me - I have your advice and it worked!!
    The little message on closing about critical something or other blah, blah, is still there on closing and I don't remember it previously, but maybe it was always there.
    All I know is there are no more questions about recovered folders and storing them on my C or whatever drive it is and my little films are intact. I will post another separate message about i-movie recognising these films, which I think they should at a later date.
    As a first time brand new mac user (Christmas present Jan 10 - and very proud of it too!) I am amazed at the support available, Genius Bar (although I live in London and it is booked out a week in advance at anytime after office (me) work hours!) I am however also very grateful for the forum as I have never used a forum before and I can see why you deserve your *** rating as Apple support were slightly helpful when I called, but they are so busy and my lovely boyfriend (a long term mac user) told me to get online and ask the techy oracles - so thank you ever so much TD!!

  • Opening iPhoto photos in library that were not imported and then unreadable

    Hello all:
    When opening iphoto08 (7.1.5) I'm getting a message:
    1742 photos have been found in the iPhoto library that were not imported. Would you like to import them.
    Clicked yes: Unreadable files 999. The following files could not be imported...they may be an unrecognized file type or the files may not contain valid data.
    Then" have been placed in a folder named iPhoto Library Recovered Photos
    TIA for any help!

    If it does then look inside that folder on your desktop. Does it contain anything you want? If not you can trash the folder.

  • Photos found that were not imported

    Hi,
    I am totally new to the Mac having just bought a new iMac (was still using Windows this time last week) and am starting to use iPhoto. Sorry if this is a really obvious question, I'm just starting to get used to things!
    Every time I launch iPhoto '09 I am getting the message "2 Photos have been found in the iPhoto Library that were not imported. Would you like to import them?" If I select yes, the message comes up again, I select yes again and the application says it is importing, it creates a new folder in iPhoto called Recovered photos but it is empty. If I select No I get a message saying the photos have been placed in the folder Users/name/Pictures/iPhoto Library Recovered Photos_x with x being a number which increases on each occasion. Inside each of these folders are 2 files which look like long Hexidecimal numbers, I cannot do anything with the files other than delete them. Can anyone help???
    Thanks in advance,
    Colin

    this is one of the very, very few times you should make a change to your iPhoto library using the finder - quit iPhoto and go to your pictures folder and right click (control click) on the iPhoto library and select the show package contents command - find the folder in the iPhoto library names import (or importing) and drag it to the desktop - launch iPhoto and you will be ok
    Open the import(ing) folder on the desktop and if there are photos in it that you want in iPhoto import them -then trash the import(ing) folder
    And remember that as a normal rule you should never make any changes to the content or structure of the iPhoto library - doing so can corrupt your library and may cause you to lose data

    Hi,
    Try from one of these tables RSZRANGE, RSZELTXREF,
    RSZELTTXT,RSRREPDIR,RSZSELECT,RSZCOMPDIR.
    There is a field 'Last Used'.
    You can get some info when Query was used last

  • How do I recover photos that were NOT backed up from ipod touch 4th generation?

    I have a iPod Touch (4TH Genration). It was frozen for two days straight on the apple logo. I kept holding the two keys and tried to connect it to itunes and it wouldn't budge. On the third day I conected it to itunes, and it told me that it nedded to be restored and that my photos would be backed up. Now here I am with a funny acting ipod and NO photos!
    Does anyone know how to get photos that were not backed up?

    Try these third party alternatives:

    I had files stored on a hard drive that were not on my Mac. I used the hard drive for my first Time Machine back up, but it was not enough hard drive space to finish. Now those stored files are gone. Is there any way I can recover them?  No, they were not part of previous Time Machine backups, and I have checked both the hard drive the documents were lost on and the new one that I now use for backups. Any suggestions would be helpful, as the lost files are old pictures that are gone forever. :[ Thanks!

    1. Yes, if both drives are formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
    2. Reformat the drives if needed, open the Time Machine pane of System Preferences, and remove the drive with the pictures from the list of items set to be excluded.

  • How do I add photos to the camera roll that were not taken on my iPad? I imported photos to my iPad from my camera, and now I want to add them to my camera roll which is sync'ed with Dropbox as a back up mechanism.

    How do I add photos to my camera roll that were not taken one my iPad? I have iMported photos from my camera to my iPad. Theses photos are in the imported photo album. I want to move these photos to my camera roll but can't figure out how to this. I want them in my camera roll because that is the album that syncs with Dropbox where I want to backup my photos. Thank you for your help.

    Consider using sshfs to mount your Pi from your Linux boxes.  It's much easier to configure and manage than samba.  It sounds like you already have your Windows machines mounting your Pi so Samba is doing its job in that respect.
    More info on sshfs in the Wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sshfs
    To help get you off the dime, here's a modified line from my fstab that I use to mount my Pi with:
    gav@PI:/mnt/backup /mnt/rpi/backup fuse.sshfs rw,relatime,user_id=0,group_id=0,allow_other 0 0
    Subsitute my mount points with yours.
    For a password-less mount:
         ssh-copy-id gav@PI
    after you've set up ssh and generated some keys on your client box.
    Here are some relevant lines from the smb.conf file on my Pi that I use for my one Windows box in the house that might help you with your write permissions:
       security = user
      hosts allow = 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
      guest account = gav
    ; And my share setup:
    [rpi]
       comment = Public Stuff
       path = /mnt
       writable = yes
    ;   printable = no
    ;   write list = @krb
    [torrent_dl]
       path = /mnt/video/torrent_dl
       writable = yes
       create mask = 0770
       directory mask = 0770
       guest ok = Yes
       case sensitive = No
       read only = No
    Hope this helps.

    I got a new ipad mini and chose to set up as a copy of my iPad.  Didn't sync the music on however as it is a smaller model, not enough room.  Now trying to get some pictures and music on.  Chose some pictures that were not in iPhoto, got a message that I could only sync with one library, chose cancel, and apply and it downloaded my pictures anyway.  Now trying to sync some music but just get "The iPad “Linda’s iPad” is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPad and sync with this iTunes library?"  So I hit cancel.  Have tried several times, same thing. What can I try?

    You should be able to accept this message, it will cause existing music, photos (not camera roll) and videos (also excluding those in camera roll) to be removed and replaced with those from this computer. All other user data on the iPad will be unaffected.

  • In I06, I have no way of knowing which songs are on my iphone 4s vs being stored in the cloud. There used to be a small cloud next to songs that were not downloaded. This was important to make sure I had the music I wanted when in an airplane.

    In the new i06 that I just loaded into my 4s, I have no way of knowing which songs are on my iphone vs stored in the cloud. There used to be a small cloud next to songs that were not on the phone. This is an important piece of information if you are a frequent traveller, as most of the flights I am on don't have onboard wifi, so it becomes a crap shoot as to what I will have available to listen to.
    Is there a way I can view what songs are actually stored locally?

    Go to Settings > Music and set "show all music" to OFF.
