Report of POs with GR but no IR

Hello,
I need to run a report of all open POs for a range of Vendors with GR but no IR.
Is there a standard report I can use? Or which table can I run a query on?

Hi Pratibha
First get all the POs using open invoice, then u get a list of POs with no invoice and it is possible that for some of them GR is not there, so just copy them in a spreadsheet(ur local copy) and then again go to this report enter selected POs(copied from ur local copy) again document number field(Use multiple selection) and finally select selection parameter as No GR exists.this way you get POs with no ivoice and no GR.

thanks for your prompt reply. i've tried following your suggestion. however, i found that the choosing both (REHNUNG and WE101), the system displays ALL OPEN POs AND POs with OPEN invoices.
i would need a report that displays ALL OPEN POs WITH INVOICE (Open POs with IR).
it seems that multiple selection in ME2N only satisfies the condition "AND", and not "WITH".
any further ideas?

8.5 Report works with OCX but not with CRAXDRT

I have an application using Crystal Reports 8.5. It uses the crystal reports OCX to view and print reports.I added the CRAXDRT to the application so I could export PDF files. It works fine except that Running Total Fields and Formula Fields to not seem to evaluate correctly. Formula Fields only work if they reference a Database Field. If they reference a Running Total Field, they do not evaluate. I'm initializing the connection of the tables on the report and sub-reports. Could I be missing something else? The reports work fine with the older OCX, but not with the CRAXDRT. Any help/ideas are appreciated!Thanks,Kevin

Oracle report runs correctly via report builder but call report via form with parameters skips one of the plsql formula

Hello everybody,
I created a oracle report i.e Bank Book having banks transactions receipts and payments and opening balance w.e.f 01-jul-2014. parameters are bank code, from_date and to_date. opening balance calculates (return ope from table bankinfo +total receipts-total payments). reports runs correctly via report builder. balances are ok. but the problem is when i run this report via oracle form opening balance return only ope from table bankinfo and skips total receipts-total payments.....
i dont think so why this happend at all. some body help me...

Report for PO with prices different from info record

Hi All,
Is there a std report in SAP that can view the PO with prices that varies from the Purch Info Rec price?
User want to find out who put POs with prices different from prices already set in purch info recs.
How this can be achieved?

There is no std report for the same....but you can see the PO price history from ME1P tcode....and price change in MMR can see from :
CKMPCD Display Price Change Document
CKMPCSEARCH Price Change Documents for Material...
you can't see excatly who changed it ......its always better to avoid these situations by using Authorization for the same...

Standard report of PO with free items on WBS

Hi All,
Is there any standard report from which we can extract the list of POs WBS wise but only with Free item?
Means if a PO have 2 line item. First is against WBS and second one is free i.e don't have account assignment WBS. So how can we list those POs?

Hi,
Please ensure that you have maintained the value for invoice receipt as "not equal to" X as shown below. The F1 help for the field clearly explains that if the field is not equal to X, then its a FOC material.
Please cross check the same and test the report again. When I tested in EHP 4, its showing only the FOC item.

Link to report an issue with Podcast update

Someone posted a link so we could report an issue with the Podcast app the last time there were issues with an upgrade.
I sync with my laptop iTunes. Since this latest update to the app, when I delete a podcast in iTunes on my laptop it will not delete on my i devices during a sync with my laptop. It just grays them out and leaves them on my device. It looks like I can manually delete them, but when you click the edit function to delete them, they are no longer grayed out, so you can't tell which to delete and which to keep.
I don't do anything with the cloud, because I have limited wifi service and do most of my updating at a free wifi hotspot.
If someone has that online link on where to report issues, I would appreciate you posting it again and this time I will save it.

My Friend used my pc while it was on, and cheked his Facebook account, now my pc remembers his log in information including his password. I'm trying to register with Facebook, but my pc remembers his info. I'm trying to delete this mistake. Can you help?

A friend used my pc to check his Facebook account, and used my account. Now, my pc thinks I am he whenever I try to register with Facebook. I didn't catch the mistake until recently and have been trying to delete the info but cannot. I tried to access all of my security settings and even tried to erase the history but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I believe he mistakenly commanded my pc to remember his username and password. I am not currently registered with Facebook, but would like to be but I am having this problem. Is it significant or not? I don't want his info crossing with mine because of my ips numbers or something like that. He also, without my knowledge, accessed his e-mail, too. His username seems to pop up even if I try to "Like" something on Facebook. This is when I noticed the problem. Then, when I tried to Register with Facebook, I was mistaken for him. The registration boxes come already filled in with his info. I do NOT want to invade his privacy. His entire profile comes up complete with friends, pictures, etc...Please help! I cannot make a 'save' disk since I don't know exactly when this happened and I've loaded new programs, including security and related files.

I am very happy to report that my server connection tech, which I called via landline, informed me to : 1. Open Tools 2. Scan down to Clear Recent History 3. Delete All. That was it! Unbelievable! Six hours of searching through the Windows catagories. I checked the results on an internet site, and viola! It was gone! Mozilla Firefox seems to remember the usernames and passwords irregardless of the option window that asks if you if want it to remember the user and password. I finally got in touch with my friend and he said he did not answer yes to the window, even though he was aware of it. No damage. I surely do appreciate everyones' concern in this, now what seems to be, a very simple solution. Cudos to Firefox! Thank-you! P.S. I now have to enter my information at the beginning of any password protected sites...no harm done! My friend is now condemned to the 'user account' site! lol...

Standard Report for PO with Condition Value

HI MM experts,
I have checked all the existing standard reports ME2*, cud not find the report which gives the
condition value means
Eg; PO made on Pencils - Qty 10 NOs. @ Rs. 1/- (incl tax)
condition value for the above is Rs.10, in std sap all reports are showing with net price only
PO no. 45XXXXXXX dt 11.11.2011 - Pencil - qty-10 - Net price Rs.1
Please let us know is there any Standard report which gives the condition value ie., Rs.10 along with or without Net price.

Report as Spreadsheet with Graphs

I want to create a Report as Spreadsheet with Graphs, When I run the report it creates One.xls and one.jpg for graphs in cache.
Is there a way to to know the name of the cache .jpg file , So that I can use webutil to move the file form the cache to the client.
