Report on Quality Rejection

Hi
I am having a material and I am Doing MIGO against the PO
Then due to quality reasons I am sending back to vendor
If I want make a report on material rejection report based on quality
How can I do this

In this case you should use Tables MKPF and MSEG.
Else add field Reason for Movement in report MB51, in path SPRO > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Reporting > Define Field Selection for Material Document List > Here add RM07DOCS / MSEG / GRUND and activate selection and output indicator.
And try to use, it will suffice your requirement.

Master data is not getting displayed in the Report in Quality

HI Experts,
I have ZESP_Num as master for my transaction data.
I have loaded the data in the Development and designed and checked my report. It is working fine.
But after moving it to Quality. My report is not getting the master data.
When I try to do right click manage ZESP_Num.
I'm getting message like this.
The data from the InfoProvider ZESP_NUM involved could not be checked
Message no. DBMAN242
Diagnosis
A participating InfoProvider is virtual and aggreement between results and selections cannot be guaranteed.
Can anyone plz help me.

FREC Error while Generating Reports in Quality Center

Hi,
We usually generate reports using Dashboard module of Quality Center . While generating reports on a particular PC, we are getting the following error.
The SQL Query <sheet1> has failed to run, with the following error:
Returned Result is not valid FREC.
We are able to generate the same report on a different PC.
Does anyone encounter this issue earlier? Could someone help us out in solving this issue.

Issue popped up with me a few times and seemingly uncontrolled.
I resolved one query with replacing quotes in the string i.e. replace single with double by replace([field],chr(39),chr(34))

Quality Rejection reason

Dear Sir's,
Our user wants to see the Rejection reason in stock report i.e MB52,MB51.
Is it any t-code where we can seen the Block stock with rejection reason.
The rejection reason feed at the time of "Usage Decision".
Please suggest me.

Hi Ajit,
It is not possible to view the rejection reason in MB52 as it is a Stock report.
You can get the rejection reason details in Reason for Movement column in MB51 report.

Is there any standard report, which will have give me out put accepted quanity and rejected quanity from qm UD posting. Can we establish link between these two quanity and the GRN-PO concerned?

To link back to GRN-PO to my knowledge there is no std report for the same.

Reports - Reason for rejection for a Sales Org.

I need to generate a report wherein I want to analyze the reasons for rejection for a particular sales organization.
Are there any standard reports available. If not how do I go about it.

I dont think, with this selection, there is a report in standard. However, go to SE16, input table VBAP and select the Field name ABGRU and input your reason and execute.
However, if you are so particular about sales organization, then you have to run SQVI and table join VBAK and VBAP.

Unable to view transported BEx reports in Quality

Hi Experts,
We had moved two BEx reports from development to quality. The transport requests were created using the 'Transport Connection' tool.
The transport request was moved to the Quality system without errors (status 0), but we're not able to view the BEx reports in the quality system.

Have you collected the the report with all the objects and hope the infoprovider is already transported for the same.

Deploying BO universes and webi reports in quality and production

Hi
We are on BO XIR2 SP5 and reporting on SAP BI Infocubes and Queries.
We have 3 environments setup,each for development,quality and production.
During universe development,while creating a new connection we provide the IP address of application server,username ,password,system id,client number etc details.
The above details would defer for 3 different environments.In our case we have built around 50 universes.
So what would be the smart way of deploying these universes in each of the other 2 environments?Because changing universe connection details would mean re creating the universe classes and objects which would be a huge effort.Would the webi reports continue to work upon re creating the universe with new connection details?
Please suggest a best and smart practice for the above scenario.

Using Import Wizard tool in BO you can migrate Universe and Reports from dev env to test.
Using the Import Wizard tool you can migrate the reports.
Steps are as follows:
Open Import window:
In Source environment , enter the details of dev environment.
Destination wizard you have to enter Test env credentials.
Then you have to select all the universe and the wid files from this wizard (The files you want to transfer ).
Finally finish this wizard by pressing finish button.........

Interactive Reports Issue Quality System

Hi experts,
This is regarding Interactive reporting fucntionality available in SAP CRM 7.0
I have configured this fucntionality in our DEV environment & actually created the various types of reports by assigning 10 custom fields which have z extensions.
Now, i have transported every custom field to Quality System but while creating a report, & while selecting the fields, i am unable to see those custom fields which i use to see in DEV box. I can only see the standard field
I would appreciate if someone can suggest or give some solution on this in order to fix in our Quality box.

Provided you created the extension fields with the Application Enhancement Tool, you will have to transport the enhancement into your target system first. Then generate it locally with report AXT_EXT_ACTIVATE_LOCAL.

for that i used a User exit to give error message , then the user changes the quantity manually means the ok quantity (90) .but while doing the miro 2nd time for the same PO the rejected quantity (10 qty) is showing , which the user don't want.
so is there any solution for it. reply soon.

Half of clients report: MP has rejected registration request due to failure in client certificate

My entire site is configured to use HTTPS, about half my clients have installed and continue to communicate with the MP successfully whereas the other half are reporting the following error during installation:
MP has rejected registration request due to failure in client certificate (Subject Name: COMPUTER.DOMAIN.COM) chain validation. If this is a valid client, Configuration Manager Administrator needs to place the Root Certification Authority and Intermediate
Certificate Authorities in the MPÆs Certificate store or configure Trusted Root Certification Authorities in primary site settings. The operating system reported error 2148204809: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is
not trusted by the trust provider.
The thing is, ALL clients have the same Root Certification Authority and Intermediate Certificate Authorities, any thoughts?

Is possible that half of your clients are enrroll in your PKI infrastruture with a root certificate old of you Certificate authority and you only have one certifiacate register un the SCCM, you can't have 2 root certificate with the same subject but you
can re-enrroll all your client machine if have auto-enrroll configured by GPO's.
I will Attach 2 snapshot's that can help to identify if you root ca certificate in SCCM are correct and are the same that the certificate root authority in you client certificate, if you like re-enrroll all your machine to ensure that all clients machine

I can't see a new report in quality

Hello,
I made up a new form and then a report in development environment and did the trasport to quality, all ok, but when I execute the transaction KE30 the new report there isn't but. Note that in development it is visible. I guess that it could be that I have to activate the new report o what it can be?

Sub-contracting Quality Rejection issue in QA32.

Dear sir.
when i am returning material to vendor in QA32 , i am getting the bellow error .( it is sub-contracting return process , scrap quantity is also there.).
1 KG Incorrect posting back to vendor, error message:
Goods movement not possible with mvt type 546, M7 96
message number M796.
please help me out in this issue.

Dear.
You receive error message M7096 "Goods movement not possible with mvmt type 546" right.
You can use Transaction OMJJ to include the table entries. Enter 546 as the movement type and select the 'Allowed transactions' option. Make the additional entries here.
Or,
Insert a new entry in table T158B.
Call Transaction SM31.
Table -> 'T158B' -> select the function 'view maintenance'
Select the function 'New entries'
Movement type (MvT):546, Transaction (Tcode):QA32; ENTER
F3 back; F11 save.
It will work for you.
