Is there any report which will display settlement profile for process order or settlement rule for process order.

I want to know the actual cost for total one month process orders.
I can check actual cost for each order in COR2- by entering in to cost analysis.
But, my request is, where to check actual cost for One perticular product for the total month (ex: 100 Orders) or certain period.

TECO the process order

Why do we need to discard the control recipe in order to set the process order to TECO.
Is it possible to TECO the process material even the status is CRCR or control recipe created?

Yeah you need to make system status CRFI , do with follwing steps
Transaction CO57, to trigger manually a process message with message Category PI_CRST for the process order and Control reciepe combination.
Then use Transaction CO54 to send the Message to the process order.

I tried to maintain settlement rule in activity under WBS. But it shows message :

Diagnosis
The network has header account assignment. You can only maintain settlement rules for the network header.

I already tried the config OPUV (network type Parameters) but it shows the activity account assignment already ticket.
If i go to network header and go to settlement rule the warning message shows :
Network has activity account assignment
Message no. CN057
Diagnosis
Costs can only be written to activities for the network whose key you have entered.

1. Check whether you have entered the correct key for the network. Change it if necessary.
2. Maintain the key for the network to which you want the costs to be written.

How to set the default settment rule for the same kind project.

hi experts:
the project of the same kind of the project profile have the same settment rule to one account (G/L).
how to set the default settment rule for the project of this kind of the project profile.

Hi,
You need to define the settlement profile and allocation structure.
next you need to define the Strategy for settlement rule.
navigation-PS> costs> automatic and periodic allocations> settlement> Settlement rule for WBS
--> Define strategy for settlement rule.
Select the strategy and click on settings. in that new entries, check the Acc Assg element, enter Settlement profile and mention accass category as reposnsible cost center.
Save this transaction.
Now create a project assgin responsible costcenter for the WBS element in the project buider and save the transaction.
Now run CJB2 transaction for the project, settlement rule will generated automatically.
even you can configure the same for profitability segment.

Hi,
Which order type you are using and which settlement profile is assigned to it. To check it, please use KOAL T Code. Now double click on Order Type and check which Settlement profile is assigned? Now to check that settlement profile go through the following path
IMG > Controlling > Internal Orders > Actual Postings > Settlement > Maintain Settlement Profiles
Click on Settlement Profile. Now check that settlement profile which is assigned to that order type.
Now check the Default Object Type. it must be MAT .
The system considering the profile from strategy ex: SD1 - Sales order profile.This settlement profile itself settlement rule is assigned for MTO.
The settlement profile assigned to order type with standard sett profile (PP01) at OK07.

Report for open process orders

Dear SAP experts,
As the period of the process order from open to close is not short, will take 1 or 2 months in our business case, so we want to find a report which can get the information just like the output of KSPP(for planned orders) .
I tried to analysis the logic of program KSPP, and it seems the function modules based on the planned orders only.
Is there any way to get the similar report for open process orders?

Hello Anand,
there is no report but you may use the production order info system with list "components" and create a layout contaning the issued quantity and/or the final issue indicator. With a correct sorting, the list should show all orders with non-issued components at the top.

How can I activate the transfer rules for the ODS updating a data target.

We are on BW 3.5 and I'm loading data into the 0FIGL_O10 ODS and then uploading the data into the cube 0FIGL_C10. The data loads just fine to the ODS but when I try to 'update the data target' I get a date & time stamp' error on the info-package transfer rules.
I then Replicate the datasource 80FIGL_O01.
I must then 'activate' the transfer rules.
However I cannot get the transfer rules for 80FIGL_O10 in CHANGE MODE to activate them.
How can I activate the transfer rules for the ODS updating a data target.
The error text is as follows:
DataSource 80FIGL_O10 has to be replicated (time stamp, see long text)
Message no. R3016
Diagnosis
DataSource 80FIGL_O10 does not have the same status as the source system in the Business Information Warehouse.
The time stamp in the source system is 02/15/2007 10:42:33.
The time stamp in the BW system is 11/07/2006 13:11:54.
System response
The load process has been terminated.
Procedure
Copy the DataSource again and then activate the transfer rules that belong to it. You have to activate the transfer rules in every case, even if they are still active after the DataSource has been copied.

Problem in maintaining the settlement rule in the maintenance order

I have a problem ,When I am trying to maintain the settlement rule in the maintenance order ,I am getting information like below
Decentralized system -> note settlement rule is not distributed
Message no. /ISDFPS/PM124
Diagnosis
You navigated to the settlement rule.
System Response
The system informs you that a settlement rule can be created but that it will not be distributed to the target system. Settlement is carried out in the target system, where the order is usually settled to the WBS element of the operation.
Can anyone throw some light on how this is happeing and remedy?

Write some queries using v$sesstat, v$statname, v$session to find the statistics for different stats. Query name from v$statname and find whatever you wants. I don't think there is a common rule that tells how much memory will be used for each connection, it depends on different factors like , resources available, type of databases, database memory settings etc.
Example query.

Hi ,
Any body please tell me how to write a HFM rule for the following scnario.
Pull<Parent Currency> value for base members from ACTUAL_EURO scenario and replaces <Parent Currency> value of for base members in ACTUAL scenario. At the end of this process, the actual scenario holds functional currency in <Entity Currency>, EURO in <Parent Currency>.

hi kaindly open OKO7- settilment profile and see urs allocastion structure wher uare settiling it.
other wise open order type check urs settilement profile.
check the reqirment class in product costing img senario . for particular reqirment class wich settilement profile was assgined.
if all the things are perfect .ask ur pp and sd gys how the senario wet through.
in ur settil ment profile u see the resiver catagery wich one ur giving.

Can we issue the material against process order, if it is on CRTD status?

Prerequiste for REL of Process Order -
Process order should have CRTD status.
Other with IMG setting, you can have order status directly REL once it is created also. See Prod Sch Profile setting.
You cannot do goods posting (GI and GR) unless order is REL status. Not possible with CRTD status.

Report to Generate Materials Used for the Production of FG/SFG Materiak

Dear Experts,
I am working for a Cement Factory. CLINKER is a SFG used for the production of FG Cement.
RMOPCK1 and FINECOAL are another SFG used for the Production of CLINKER
RMOPCK1
+ = CLINKER + (Different Materials) = CEMENT
FINECOAL
For CLINKER we will create process order every month similarly for RMOPCK1 and FINECOAL.
RMOPCK1 is using 5 Raw materials and FINECOAL is using 1 raw material
Limestone + Silica 1 + Silica 2 + Bauxite 1+ Ironore 1 = RMOPCK1 and
Rawcoal = FINECOAL
All the raw materials, SFGs are used for creating different variety of cement.
I want to know for a certain period how much is the CLINKER produced and How much is the raw materials used for producing the CLINKER.
When i try through KOB1 with the process orders for CLINKER it is giving me total usage ofr RMOPCK1 and FINECOAL for producing the CLINKER.
I Want to know for ex:
the quantity of raw materials (Limestone + Silica 1 + Silica 2 + Bauxite 1+ Ironore 1 )used for producing ex: 1000 TON of CLINKER.
