Report on Sync Status

Hi, I would like to know if its possible to get a report each day that shows the successful or unsuccessful status of the Software Update Point.  I can see it in the console under Monitoring, but I really need an email sent to me on a daily basis
that reports this.  I do realize that it will send me an email if it is unsuccessful, but for management/policy purposes, I need to show that successful sync every day.

Yes it is possible to do it will be a custom report. Once you create it you can use the SSRS email subscription service to get this email.
Keep in mind that I do work for Enahnsoft but I assume this is the type fo thing that you are looking for.

It used to be in there (id 226635 is the last one with it); should I clean it up a bit and put it back with a bit more of a disclaimer?

  • CUCM 8.6.2 LDAP User Delete Pending LDAP Sync Status Inactive

    BE6K ver 8.6.2
Client has a user who recently got married.  They changed her account information in Active Directtory to reflect her new last name. At that point CUCM shows her as
    Delete Pending
    LDAP Sync Status Inactive
    CUC shows
    LDAP User has been deleted.
The user still exists in both CUC and CUCM and is actively takign and receiving calls.  User has VM access.
Shorrt of deleting the user in AD and recreating her, is there a way to force this to re-sync?
    Thanks
    Matt

Then that's expected to happen, for all purposes to CUCM/CUC eyes, msmith no longer exists and will be deleted, and a new user mjones now will be imported.
Depending on when the change was done and when CUCM detected this, it might take up to 48 hours maximum to delete the user
You'll need to associate everything to the new user, and also add that new user into CUC.
Or switch back her userID to the old one, and just change the surname for directory purposes.

    Hi there,

If you open the recovery drive (partition) it should only have a single folder (Recovery).
To make sure that your not saving restore points to that drive.
    See:
Start, Control Panel, System, System Protection tab. Make sure the D drive partition is set to OFF so that it does not save there.

  • Need a report on delivery status and response status for capaign recipients

hi, i need to make a report on delivery status and response status for capaign recipients but cannot find them in the campaign subject area nor the campaign response subject area, any idea?
    thanks

Correct the Campaign Response History is the report you are looking for. The fields that may be helpful to you are.
Response status - This shows message opened, click-thru's, opt outs etc
Delivery status - Hard bounce, soft bounce etc
To get more details from the above results add the following.
Response type - This will show the URL that was clicked on a click-thru in case you have multiple links tracked in one email. It will also show the reason for hard bounces. This is important because not all hard bounces will trigger the "Never Email" flag to be checked. This occurs for emails with the bounce statuses of Bad Address,
Address Moved or Unknown Address only.

  • Multiple 'Reporting (Project Sync)' entries in Queue Jobs

We have a Project Server 2013 implementation that includes around 30 projects. We found, that "randomly" several entries of the job type 'Reporting (Project Sync)' are submitted at the same time (within a few minutes) into the queue. The exact
number seems to depend on the project, and varies typically between 20 and a few hundred entries. All of the entries are processed successfully, but I am not sure, if that behavior is by-design.
If it is not, what can be the cause of the malfunction? I have not found any queue-related error in the ULS logs (that are rather large, > 100 MB even with standard logging settings, when these entries are processed) / Windows log.
Note: If a project is published, only a single entry of the job type 'Reporting (Project Sync)' is submitted to the queue, and the job entry has an Owner. In the other, "random" cases, the entries have no Owner at all.
We have a front end server and an application server in the farm, the queue runs on the application server. If I enable verbose logging, the ULS log of the front end server is full with these entries (Area: Project Server, Category: Queue) as the jobs being

  • FIM Reporting initial sync running long time

We have installed FIM Reporting last month , afterwards our FIM reporting initial sync powershell script is running from last month to Sync FIM data with SCSM server , but still only half data is synced with SCSM server ,
    we have 4 server
    1. Server1 --FIM server
    2. Server2 -- FIM database
    2. Server3 -- SCSM service manager  and SQL server Databases for Service manager and Data warehouse
    4. Server4 -- Data warehouse server
As FIM initial sync script is taking long time to sync so we found some errors in Server 4 (Data warehouse server) multiple times during ETL jobs running.
    Error screen shot
Please give some suggestions to make FIM initial sync faster

Please try Resume-FIMReportingInitialSync instead of starting initial sync once again.
Sadly Initial Sync is very long and even on test environments it can take a long time.
But it seems that data from FIM was successfully moved to reporting database, but it hasn't been calculated by Service Manager correctly between its databases.

  • Is there a sync status page?

Is there an "about:sync" status page displaying information such as
    - number of devices active on the account
    - when each device was last synced

You can go to about:sync-tabs to see a list of other devices that have tab sync enabled.

  • I want to use spiceworks to report on the status of bitlocker across multiple

I want to use spiceworks to report on the status of bitlocker across multiple customer sites and domains, I didn't want to use MBAM as it is complicated and I just wanted to report if bitlocker was enabled or not.
There have been a lot of discussions but I was looking for some thoughts and experiences that were concise on the whole process ie how to implement spiceworks across multiple sites, and then into the reporting. Or is that too much to ask in one discussion?

  • SPA112 / SPA122 Report Rule - Delta / Status outputs

    Hi,
I've been playing with the Report Rule and the documentation is not very clear when it comes to the two report options: --delta and --status
If I set the Report Rule to [--status]http://myserver/posthandler.php, I see the request coming in but the content of the POST is the actual config file (flat-profile) instead of the status (flat-status). Same goes when using the --delta
I am using 1.3.1 to test but I am sure 1.3.2 is probably not working as well.
Have anyone ever been able to generate a delta and/or get the content of the ATA status.xml file? I can get it from the URL (http://my_ata_ip/admin/status.xml) but would be neat to get it remotely too.
    Thanks,
    Benoit

I assume you are following Cisco SPA112, SPA122, SPA232D Analog Telephone Adapters Provisioning Guide
I see no --status nor --delta modifiers mentioned in Report_Rule option description. Just --key modifier is described here.
It seems that neither --status nor --delta modifiers are supported on SPA1[12]2.
As far as I know, status and delta reports are supported on SPA IP Phones (e.g. SPA[35]xx) only.  The --delta is supported from 7.4.9c firmware onward, the --status has been introduced with 7.5.3 version. See Cisco Small Business IP Telephony Provisioning Guide for more information related to provisioning of this product line devices..

  • SCCM 2012 monitoring - Site Status - Reporting Services Point - Status Critical

    Hi all,
I have noticed that the Site Status under Monitoring shows Reporting services point as in Critical state though we do not see anything wrong with SCCM as such (at least we haven't been reported any problems thus far). There is nothing in the event viewer
on SQL Server. Just wanted to know how to resolve this issue. Could you help?
When I try to open status messages for Reporting Services (for any days) it does not return anything as if there are no status messages for this role. Also, could you let me know the log file locations/names for Reporting services point?

  • Reporting Services Point status message errors.

My Reporting Services Point seems to work OK -all reports are available and run correctly both through the console and via the website. However, I am seeing the following warning in the SMS_SRS_REPORTING_POINT status messages every hour:
"The SQL Reporting Services datasource on Reporting point server "Databaseserver.contoso.com" is missing or has been changed outside of Configuration Manager.  It will be rebuilt based on the RSP configuration."
Here's what I think is causing the issue, but I don't know how to solve it.
The reports database is on the same remote SQL server as my site database. Because these site systems were installed automatically through the SCCM installation process, they show up in the Servers and Site Systems Role without an intranet FQDN. However,
when I add the RSP to the database server, it creates a new entry because when manually adding site systems SCCM insists on automatically adding the intranet FQDN. So I now have two separate entries for the same server:
\\DBServer01 - component server, site database server, site system
\\DBServer01.contoso.com - component server, reporting services point, site system
Any thoughts on how to stop these errors?

Yes, I know this is an old post, but I’m trying to clean them up.
In the past when I have seen this, they will automatically clean themselves up after a few days. (aka up to a week later). Have it clean itself up yet?

  • Does anyone have a daily report for system status?

Basically, I am looking for an automated daily report to give me the status of jobs and workflows.  I am having a hard time finding the talbes and relationships for all the jobs, workflows, and tasks in the CMDB.
Once I know where to find all the pieces, I can take it from there.

Sounds like a job for OpsMgr.
