Report opening error

Question

Dear SDN's,
When opening one of the BI Statistics report it going into Dump.Report opening perfectly in Development,it giving dump when opening in Quality and Production.
After opening several times the report opening correctly.Please give the possible solutions.
Runtime Errors         SAPSQL_SQLS_INVALID_CURSOR
Exception              CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
Error analysis
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was not caugh
     in
    procedure "FETCH_PACKAGE" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
     clause.
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
    exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
    The reason for the exception is:
    The cursor used in a FETCH or CLOSE CURSOR command is
    not open. It was either not yet open or has already
    been closed. You can close the cursor explicitly with
    the CLOSE CURSOR command, implicitly with the COMMIT WORK command,
    or with a screen change.
How to correct the error
    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
    find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    keywords:
    "SAPSQL_SQLS_INVALID_CURSOR" "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB"
    "CL_RSTCT_BIRS_OLAP_AGGR_EX====CP" or "CL_RSTCT_BIRS_OLAP_AGGR_EX====CM008"
    "FETCH_PACKAGE"
