i am using 3.0b.when i am running query its giving output error.
system error: Program : SAPLRRK0 and Form SETXX_FUELLEN_0-02-
i refered sap note no 728683.there solution i got it
now i want to know why that error is raising.
can any knows kindly let me know

That is program error.
solution.
For the Domain 'RRSPL' please change the field 'No. characters' from 4 to 8.
Procedure for doing this:
1. Tx: se11
2. Data type : RRK_SX_SPAGGR
3. double click on component type: RRSPL (2nd line)
4. double click on the domain 'RRSPL'
5. change the field ''No. characters' from 4 to 8.
6. Activate.

Here is the error I'm getting when AR invoice is printed in PD fformat. I dont see this issue for all invoices, I ahve this issue when invoice has 9 lines.

Error when sending report output to printer from Forms 10g

Hi,
I have a simple report that I am running from a form using run_report_object built-in. I can successfully send the report output to a file but when I send the report output to a printer my report is
terminated with report status of 'TERMINATED_WITH_ERROR'. I am using the default forms service and reports server that comes with the forms builder. How do I specify the reports server to user my default network printer ?Following is the code that runs my report.

If you use Windows the user that runs the reports server is usually LocalSystem. Check this in the Windows Services panel.
LocalSystem has no printer access. To be able to print, you have to use a real domain user that has access to the printer. So, change the Log on properties in the Services panel.

BI Publisher - PO_DISPATCH Error generating report output

Hi everyone,
Sorry for my bad english... having said that...
I need to modify the Purchase Order print. First, I wanted to see the standard version to get an idea of how much different it was. Well, I don't know because it doesn't work.
Error:
Error generating report output: (235,2309)
Error occurred during the process of generating the output file from template file, XML data file, and translation XLIFF file.
I know there are several topics on the web, but all of them are about new or custom reports, this is a standard one. When I preview the report on the report definition it works fine, so I assume there's a problem with the XML file generated. When I preview the report specifying an alternative XML I get the same error. The XML file I choose was the one generated by PeopleSoft when trying to view the printable version of the PO online.
So, I start cutting portions of the XML File. I started leaving only de Header Data and it works OK, when I add the Lines it failed. I add the Line Fields one by one to detect what was the problem... And finally it failed when I add AMT_LINE_MAX. Why? No idea, is it because its value is '0,000' instead of '0.000'? I don't think that should be the problem since there are other numeric fields on the header, all with ',' as a decimal separator...
Am I missing some configuration?

I'm facing problem in report output on different requests. The requests are being completed successfully but when I click on view output it either tries to open a new webpage which get vanished without showing any output, shows xml code or error stating that the concurrent request didn't create a output file or is empty.
On another computer where a download manager was open it downloads a file with name FNDWRR.exe
We are you using EBS 12.1.1 on Redhat Linux 5 and client PCs have windows XP with IE. We have vision demo database.

XML Report output giving error "word cannot open the file because....

Hi All,
Greetings!
I have a standard report, 'Payables Posted Invoice Register".
The report was going in to warning beacuse of some Invalid characters in the Data.
I corrected the invalid characters and then ran the report ; it completed fine.
But now when I try to open the report output, the output is not getting open but its allowing me to save the file.
When I save it on my local machine and try to open it, I am getting an error as "word cannot open the file because it is larger than 512 megabytes".
The document size showing is 664MB when I saved it on my machine. And the output type of the report is RTF and not PDF.
Can anybody please help?

Why it returns ERROR after I changed some Standard Reports output to XML?

Our EBS is a 11.5.10 CU2 instance.
We just upgrated the XML Publisher to 5.6.1 and did all the work described in section "Post-install Steps" of "About Oracle XML Publisher 5.6.1"(Doc ID: Note:357308.1)
Now we are do the testing.
I changed the Standard Report "Journals - General (132 Char)" output type to XML, then ran it.
It returns ERROR

Hi,
The log file says that the RDF report actually errored out
and its not a problem in XML Publisher.
REP-1401: 'beforereport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
what you can do to debug is change the output type to text and run the report.
See, if the report runs successfully. I guess, there might be some problem with the report itself.
If the text report runs fine, change the output type to xml and run it.

I have the file MacHelp.help in the reported position under Harddisk Lbrary (and not in Library of user's Account - mine Folder Help is empty).
During the Repair of permission the Mac freezes while checking these part and later resumes.
The Mac is working without apparent problems.
Any suggestion ???

Forgot to say that the file MacHelp.help is reported by Finder to be a Final Cut Express file. It opens and happens to be a general help file for Mac with links to other Help

ABAP Dump while Changing the Layout fields in Report output - RCOPCA02

I Copied the Standard Program RCOPCA02 to ZRCOPCA02. I added two new fields(AUART, AUGRU) in the report output. It is executing correctly with default layout, While Changing the layout for displaying new fields it is dumping.

When I use FM 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY' it is dumping...
When i tried with FM 'REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY' it is working perfectly....
how can i use FM 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY' without dumping????
do i need to pass any thing in FM????

PAYABLES NOT GETTING THE REPORT OUTPUT IN PDF AFTER APPLYING RUP5 R12

Problem Description:
We are presently facing an issue in Payables not getting the report output in PDF esp for the reports "Invoice Register", Invoice Hold Report and also other reports. We were able to generate the reports till our last test performed on last Thursday. This instance was cloned over the last weekend and probably the new upgrade to RUP5 R12,would have impacted it.
Concurrent Programs submitted are completed normal but on clicking "view output" results in Blank PDF output.
The error message what was shown is as below:
"Adobe Reader could not open 'AcrC.tmp' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)".
Where could we locate ther above 'AcrC.tmp' of Adobe Reader..
could anyone please share such an experience encountered for resolution..

I suggest you speak to your DBA/sysadmin. This is not likely to be a reports problem.
Check that you can see the output from apps through the viewer (the report may not hav output anything)
Check whether you can print anything on that printer from apps.
May also be worth checking to see if you can print to another printer from this report.

Report throwing error

Hi BI Experts,
I have an issue in the report output. The query is giving the data but the report is not showing the same.
when nonexisting values are given, report is throwing ERROR instead of giving blank page. Client is expecting blank page or dummy page with tables or headings etc but not the error message.
Please suggest a solution for this.
Let me know if anybody needs any other information regarding this.

you need to use no data found logic in order to get blank or any message saying no data found for that selected value.

Hi all,
I encountered this same message when running both S_ALR_87012043 and S_ALR_87012276 transactions (both versions of the GL Account Balances Report) calling the RFSSLD00 program after we upgraded to ECC 6.0.
I had to have our Basis team run a variant adjustment program called RSVARDOC_610 to resolve the issue. The standard variants being called by the program (SAP&001 and SAP&MIN) include additional fields in the ECC 6.0 version. The RSVAR program listed above adjusts the vairants to include these new fields.
But, I have another issue now that I'm able to execute the transactions. The transactions expect certain output (line layouts) to be configured and selected. I'm having a bit of trouble configuring these to look similar to the old report output. Any guidance in this area would be much appreciated.
