Report probelm

Hi,
I have a report on infoset, when I ran the report i am getting a No Application data found.
FYI: Infoset contain 3ODS and 3 Infoobjects.
Can anyone give some idea what is the problem?

Hi srinivas,
have u activated infoset , Just disconnect Bex and reconnect it after activating infoset.
Tell me if the problem still exists.

Not compatible with Android L This was an OK app before I updated my S5 to lollipop. It was a bit glitchy with scheduling recordings and scrolling through TV listings before, but now it is just terrible and does not even allow me to use the app as a remote control and is always crashing. I'm keeping the app because I'm hopeful that they will resolve the compatibility issues because it is pretty convenient having an app running off the WiFi to control the DVR. I will submit a new review once they do.

but some device without adobe air, store and get data with encrypedlocalstore not working
when i install adobe air at this device, encryptedlocalstore working.
it bug with packing apk captive-runtime?
i use flash builder 4.6 and air sdk 3.1

Remote don't work on App

OS X could not be installed on your computer

'An error occurred while extracting files from the package 'Essentials.pkg'.
Quit the Installer to restart your computer and try again.
... well that's what I've been doing now for at least the last 6 hours without success.
I've even created a bootable USB stick to load Yosemite (with a new installer stub), but still get the same error.
The installer log throws back quite a few errors during the install process, I have no idea why. My MBP is a Retina 2012 model
so hardware should all be up to scratch.
I can't even restart the machine (revert) as the computer now goes into a loop and will no longer start into Mavericks.
The long and short of it is, I can no longer get into my MBP. My personal HD files are all still there, but I can't get Yosemite installed for
some reason. Help please somebody!

This doesn't work for me.
although the installation process looks like it's slightly different by these means vis a vis the USB installer startup disk i created. With the USB key it gets to about 15 minutes before reporting probelms with the pkg. file, now it gets to random install time left.
via Cmd + R recovery. the first time the installer got to about 4 mins remaining and bombed out saying 'an error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running the installer again. When I rebooted I had to log into my Wireless network again as it had forgotten the password, which somehow it had never asked for during the last several attempts.
During this latest install attempt, the counter showing the remaining time at one point grew to 34 hours, has now shrunk down again to 33 mins and has been stuck on that for at least an hour and a half. Think its timed out somewhere behind the scenes.
Interestingly, the installer log is full of errors. They don't mean much to me, but it isn't happy.
The Install Asst. reports error 395: Failed to verify InstallESD.dmg: hdutil verify failed
then: Retrying Pisa://7fbbe4f7cc90:::/InstallESD.dmg after 1 failure.... 2 failures etc etc/
Im slowly loosing my mind here.Ive never had any uissues like this for as long as I've been a Mac user.
My very first mac was a Mac SE...
and as luck would have it, I didn't have a current backup thinking all would be well (as it has always been during updates/upgrades).
I've been able to copy my HD using the DiskUtil onto another external drive and all my files are accessible that way, so I haven't lost anything,
but this is really really really really annoying. Did I mention this was annoying?

Upgrade will not upgrade

Hi there..I have an ipod classic 80g and it came up in itunes saying that new software avail..so I upgraded..then it came up saying that it wouldn't work in itunes because I needed itunes 7.6...When I go into my itunes and search for upgrade it says new version 7.6 avail..would I like to upgrade..so again I click on yes but nothing happens..it will not upgrade..I can download 7.6 from the website..but will it conflict with what I have now...will my library transfer...I am talking about $7000 in library and understandebly do not want to lose it...can anybody help...many thanks

You should always have your music backed up, especially when you have so much invested in it.
However upgrading iTunes should not affect your music. I normally make a copy of the library files - iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml before upgrading. They sould not be affected, but occasionally people have reported probelms with them.
There should be no problem upgrading from the installer downloaded manually from the Apple site. That is the way I have always upgraded as I prefer it to trusting the automatic upgrade.

HTC Touch 2 voice tags

Can anyone tell me how to get voice tags on the HTC Touch 2 ? I have a good Parrot in car kit which recognises voice activation. It only recognises it if you have a voice tag attached to a contact on your phone. After speaking to technical support (BT) they could not come up with a solution. Hopefully some of you experts out there can help me out. Thanx.

WM6.5 doesn't come with voicetags/voice dialling as there are some issues with it. The clever folks over at XDADevelopers have tried a few things, and for me it's now working, although there are reported probelms with some in car systems, but it works with my Plantronics headset, and my Fiat 500 Blue&Me system. Worth a try...
This link will take you to page 3 of a long thread discussing this issue, at the top of page 3 is the cab that I'm using, you'll need to register with the site (it's free, and worth doing as there is a lot of useful stuff there) to be able to download.
If you need any help setting it up, it should be in that thread, but if not, just drop back here and I'll see what I can do.

Probelm with FDQM PDF reports

Hi Gurus,
Please help is resolving the PDF issue.
we have many reports in process explorer like view data load status report when selected go from process explorer the report is not displayed in FDQM web browser,instead this is asking for the file to save.
do we need to install anything like adobe reader on the FDM application server? please clarify?
why this is opening up in a separate window or asking for pdf file save? the report should actually be coming up in FDQM web browser.
your help is greatly appreciated.

i think this was the problem with adobe reader version which i was having, now i have installed 10.1.2 version of adobe acrobat and i am able to view the V9 reports in the browser window but iam still having the probelm with V11 reports it is prompting me to open or save.
is there any specific web setting on the server side we need to do or is it something to do with IE setting?

Report execution probelm

I have a report based on SQL query with several bind variables.
The report executes extremelly long (over 10 minutes).
The same query in sql plus executes in 1 secound.
What reason can it be?

Hi,
Have you created a VANILLA report or a report with lot of conditional formatting.A simple report should not take too long,report performance is degraded in the case where there are too many conditional formatting options etc.

Probelm in report while running in the background

Hi all,
Iam displaying around 20 fields in in report display. when i execute in the fore ground it is displaying all fields perfectly. but when i run it int he back ground and down load to Excel file its displaying 5 fields only.(And these 20 fields are much longer fields. all columns may occupie around 200 chars. in the outut list)
pls let me know wut will be the problem?
( the length of the SPOOL screen may be smaller than report output list i think.)

If you are running transaction in Background it is not possible to get list more than 255 char.
So better option is download that data in file. But for this use dataset as upload, download function does not work in Background mode. In background mode it is not possible to upload and download file from presentation server.
this is possible in case u have file on Application server. So, for this you have to use DATASET.

Problem in Bex report Status of Data based on multiprovider

Hi Bi Expert,
I am facing probelm in my bex reprot having field "Status of data"
Report is based on multiprovider which using 3 cubes.
Out of this three cube report showing data with cube havnig oldest date data load.
How can I get latest one request data into my report .
I am not using bex web template so dont give solution related to it already gone through that thread.

in the table RSICCONT you find which request is in which data target. When you define the user exit variable on 0REQID, you have to go in this table and read the request with cubes names in your multi provider. In a second step you sort the request after cubes and time tamp and take the first n (depending on how many cubes you have in MP). Keep in mind: when you apply READ statement, read after Cube name

THis is a report in PP.
Step1: In EQUI Table in passed sernr(serial number)(this number always belongs to child material number) and getting material number.
step 2)in STPO table, passing IDNRK(material nu of above sernr nu) getting stlnr(bom component) and IDNRK.
Here this material is used in more than one Bom components. here i need to find which BOM component(stlnr) having material matching with sernr(serial number)
hence there is no table with is relationship.
i could not able to find exact component.
actuvally user serial number belongs to module and this module is used to make panel using production order.
sugguest me if there is any possiblity of going to z table.

Where VEKP and VEPO are handling unit header and item tables respectively. VEPO contains the material no. which is there in HU. You can use HU_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT FM as specified to do VLMOVE in background.

Web reporting - variable selection should be display as key and description

hi experts,
Can anybody tell me the solution for my issue. My isssue is , in the web reporting, i have variable company code, i am selecting the company code thru search help. the values for company code is displaying with key.
the new requirement should be displayed with key and description.
I have checked in the bex, the properties of company code has maintained as key. when i run the report when cas selet as key and descritption. bex is not a probelm.
only the problew with webreports, can anybody give some inptus on my issue.
Any help is appreciated. waiting for your response.

Hiding fields in ALV DRILLED DOWN REPORT

My scenario is like this i created a alv drilled down report , in that once the user executes it ,it will displays the header contents of the purchase order.
If the user double clicks on any of the header line item it will displays the item detials of the particular header data..
My probelm is if i double click it i am getting the header details added with the item fields..i want to hide the header detials if i want to c the item level details..
Can any suggest me some better ways to hide the header contents ??
