Report RFIDESM340 - Substitute declaration

Hello,
I have a problem with my tax report 340, for Spain,
I need to make a correction on the previous declaration because we have realized that there is an error on.
In RFIDESM340 program there is an option called "Substitute declaration"
We have entered the previous declaration ID to generate the new one, but no list appear in the screen, which could be the problem?

La clave de operacion ya está parametrizada en la tabla ES340_OPRKEY.Este no es el problema.
Lo que necesitamos es poder incluir dos Tipos de libros .
El estándar de sap solo saca dos tipos de libros
Libro de facturas expedidas.
Libro de facturas recibidas.
que están identificados en el reporte con las claves de tipo de libro E y R.
Necesitamos que el reporte obtenga tambien los libros de
Libro de determinadas operaciones intracomunitarias.
Libro de bienes de inversión.
Cuyas claves de tipo de libro son: U y S
Estas claves No tienen nada que ver con la clave de operacion.
Este es un requerimiento a la hora de presentar el reporte y SAP no aporta solucion.

Mexican report A-29 'Declaration Informativa de Operaciones con Terceros"

Paulo Evaristo indicated that report ( Mexican Vendor payment report: - A-29 format "'Declaration Informativa de Operaciones con Terceros") is being worked on by SAP and will be available for 'end of this month' .
Can you confirm you mean the end of August 2007 and that the report will match the statutory layout and general requirements of the Mexican authorities?

Advance payment from clients Model 340 ( report RFIDESM340)

Hi gurus.
i have a problem with my tax declaration for Spain ( model 340)
The thing is that i would like to declarate in this report my advance payment from clients.
The correct form to do it in Spain in to declarate them at the date of receiving in positive and at the date of the delivery of the machine to declarate the in negative.
How could i solve my problem?

Are you using down payment or milestone billing? If the answer is yes, see note 213852 - Analysis of down payment processing with FI as a checklist.

Though I'm calling report from menu item and I have created report file with three parameters.
In menu item I have created a parameter list with same three parameters but whenever I tried to run then it gives Invalid ID error for all three parameters.

I have applied OSS note for MOdel 340 for spain , but i could not understand how to run this report and on what parameters , how to generate file from this report and and after generating file where should i read that .
I donu2019t know where we indicate to generate the file

In the first thread you are talking about RFIDESM340, and in the following about new report RFIDESM347, for both reports you can get the file after executing, in the end of the report there is a link to the file, the other way is to execute report RFASLDPC and put the name of the file you have entered in RFIDES report, this is valid for both 340 and 347 Models.

Down payment is not been showed correctly at RFIDESM340 report

The financial document is been showed correctly with two diferent positions for each down payment but in the RFIDESM340 report those have been group in one position for the invoice..
Do you know to make the report to show the down payments in two different positions?

EGRKZ EU taxcode with value 4 not displayed on RFIDESM340

Hi,
We have configured a tax code with the value 4 in the filed EU code (EGRKZ). By executing the report RFIDESM340 for VAT declaration, the documents with this tax code are not been displayed.
I have reviewed the performance assistent help with F1 but is not very useful. It is saying that "From 2010, there is an EU ruling that stipulates that the service location for a service is the country of the service recipient if the service recipient is a company. The service provider issues the invoice with 0% output tax. The service recipient pays the input tax in his or her country and can deduct it at the same time (reverse charge). These transactions are portrayed separately in the EC sales list. The EU codes "4" and "5" are used for this purpose."
Do anyone know why the report RFIDESM340 excludes the documents with this setting?

Although you have checked various options, moreover some points from my side
1) In GV, on the front screen there is field 'Validity Area' . System will not consider the validity area entered here. System will consider the Validity area entered in 'Rating/validity' section. Make sure you maintain both - Rating & Validity Area with proper sort sequence. do maintain language. . I presume.. issue must be at this level only.
2) You must have assigned the Label Stock to GV via 'Applicaiton Objects'
3) In Label Stock also, there is one tab of 'Validity Area'- do maintain it with same as GV
4) In order to make more precise, in Label stock, do maintain the "Label Category' the same which you have used in 'Label Data' View of Material Master
5) Validity area of Label Stock, GV and Specification should be in sync or inclusive.

Error in generating parameterized report in siebel 8.1.1.5

Hi, we recently upgraded to siebel 8.1.1.5. My report displays the values selected by the user in the parameter applet. I have done the following as indicated in the Reports Guide:
1) Define parameters in Siebel UI
Label: Report View Type
Name: Report_View_Type
Type: LOV
Picklist: Plan List Report Type
2) Declare the parameter in rtf template
<?param@begin: Report_View_Type?>
3) Upload template in Templates view
4) Associate view
The parameter applet appears but after clicking the Submit button, Siebel goes idle. I can't do anything so I resort to closing the entire window. I don't seem to find any error logged in the xdo.log file:

As you can see, I am testing for only one parameter and am unsuccessful in generating the pdf. Anyone who has a success story with the enhanced parameterized reporting in Siebel 8.1.1.5? We have no problems generating the regular BIP reports (non-parameterized) so I think we can rule out any patch installation issues. Appreciate any help :)

ALV report output more than 255

Hi All,
I have write alv list report
when i declare like
WRITE: / SY-ULINE(265).
it gave me error " Length specification "(265") exceeds fields length ("255").
i also write in report heading
"REPORT ZSIMPLE line-SIZE 500."
Where is the problem.

The field SY-ULINE is defined as 255 characters long (check via SE11 on SYST structure or read [ABAP System Fields |http://help.sap.com/abapdocu_70/en/ABENSYSTEM_FIELDS.htm]), so you cannot use the first 265 characters (that is what SY-ULINE(265) means), try to WRITE: SY-ULINE(255), SY-ULINE(10). (The maximum line size of a report is 1023 - [LINE-SIZE width|http://help.sap.com/abapdocu_70/en/ABAPREPORT_LIST_OPTIONS.htm#!ABAP_ADDITION_2@2@])

Trying to compare item with number in PL/SQL report

I'm using for my report SQL Query (PL/SQL Function body returning SQL Query). And I found that I can't to write:
if v('ITEM_NAME')=1 then ..., because it is 'missing expression' error.
I can only
if v('ITEM_NAME') IS NULL then ...
or
if v('ITEM_NAME') IS NOT NULL then ...
Why I can't to compare item value, for example, with number?

I created a function FCT_1 in a package PKG, here is an exemple :

I just use the Use Generic Column Names (parse query at runtime only) option.
I don't know why do I have to do it.

Report Deployment Details steps

Dear All,
I have Oracle Developer 9i.
Ealier i am using Oracle Developer 6i in that we can create a menu and menu will call reports through run_products but now its not supported in 9i.
Can please send me details steps to follow to deploy i had read all threds in this message groups but can't get success.
I had try using run_report_objects but its fail.
Please mention how to set the path to call report i don't want to fixed the path it self in the forms.
Also how to call parameter forms.

In the white paper its mentioning that if you want to see output before it print then use DESTTYPE= cache and Dest Format= htmlcss as u can see that i had metion the same still i am not able to get the result on screen why ? and how can i do that ?
again i had read in white paper its saying that if you want paramform before report then metion paramform=yes in other parameter i had did that as below

but after this i am geting parameterform as a output in cache.
