Report RMMD07EX for collective MRP list

Hi all
I want to use the collective MRP list MD04 but by defining a range of plants and multiple MRP controllers at a time. SAP recommends using a report similar to RMMD07EX. This mimics MD07. Has anybody created a report for collective MRP list using MD04

How do you plan to switch from collective display to individual ? DO you plan to agregate some figures like stock for differents materials?
Have you tried the LIS, with transactions like MCBZ? This is collective Stock/ Reqmts List !

Hi,
I have two requirement
1. How can we remove all deleted materials from MRP list.
The deleted material does not display in planning file entry.
2. Is there any report to see the MRP LIST with Exception message (Not MD05,MD06, MD46)

Hi,
After you have marked a material for deletion you also need to take it out from planning (MRP type "ND").
If a MRP list exists for such a material, you need to erase it specifically, since MRP will not do it automatically.

MRP List - MD06 T-Code

Hi,
Is there any provisions or options for adding an additional field by modifying MD06 T-code thro any screen exits.
I searched the system, but could not find any. Pls let me know, if anything is available.

Hi,
MD04 - Stock requirement list is a dynamic one. Whenever changes will happen related to MRP, it will update immediately.
MD06 - It is a collective MRP list. It is a static one.
It will show result of last MRP run. It will not update the changes the immediately.
That's why system showing different from each other.

Hello,
I am looking for a Report that can give me the details of the MRP list(MD05 or MD06).
Basically I need the report to give me the following details.
Material Number
Material Description
Date
Opening Date
Rec/Reqd qty
MRP element
If you see all these fields are coming from the MRP list(MD06)
Is there a standard report or table that can give me this information.

COOIS Capacity report for Collective Order

Hello Expert,
Need your help & assistance. I have an issue related to collective order, COOIS report display for list Capacity.
For one collective order, when I check this COOIS>Capacity report it display only header order detail, not for dependent order.
But for another collective order for same order type & Plant, it display for both header & dependent order.
Please find the attached word doc with screenshot for the steps I am following. Please point out the reason, that I can check so that for first order also it displays both header & dependent orders in the COOIS > Capacity list.

Case:01: Wherin COOIS>Capacity list display only show for header order not dependent order
Case 02:Wherin COOIS>Capacity list display show both for header order & dependent order
Order type & Plant is same in both cases.

Where can I find the report in SAP which gives me the no of invoices that I have created in a particular date and what are the inputs I need to give to take out this report say for e.x. we give va05 for open sales orders similarly were can I find this report.Answers will be rewarded with good points .

Report for Check deposit list being presented in Bank

Dear SAP Experts,
we are electornic manufaturing and trading company having business in all over the country. we have fourteen branches and diiferent sale outlets. Similarly we have different house banks all over the country where each branch deposit its collcetion (incoming checks)
Now we have requirements from managment that it wants to see check deposit status. All the checks from fourteen branches being deposited and how many honoured within value date and how many dishonoured
To meet this requirement i make all necessary configuration for check deposit and configured the scenario. every thing is ok and i also got print through transaction code FF68. but as i demonstrated this to my Finance department , there was requirement of report (not print format) in ALV format to get all the chkecks being presneted at specific date and honoured and dis hounred at that date
As i searched for check deposit list through SDN i found programme RFKKCK01 for this. i also made alll necessary configuariton for this report but as i executed it there is message "No payment lot corresponds to the selection criteria"
i am not finding any appropriate stuff on this issue
Requirement
Do i going on right track to meet managment requirements i.e. report showing presented, dishonoured and hounured checks for speicfic date(period)??
Procedure to create payment lot as i am not finding any such field to create payment lot(back end or front end)??
At presnet we are creating check incoming entry by debiting incoming bank a/c and crediting customer, while in case of check deposit i have to use one additional bank clearing a/c andadditional data entry through t code FF68

Create a query with joined tables (KNB1, KNA1 & BSAD) will show you the posted deposits for specific date range.
Do dishonored checks get posted/updated in your system immediately? Does this information come from the bank?

I am abit confused. Are you looking for report to find where the task list is used ? You can find all the available reports in The menu path Logistics -> Production -> Master Data -> Routings -> Reporting.
If you want a specific one then please provide more details

According to
this link you should be able to access this option from the Items tab. for this to work, the Analytics Processing Component needs to be running.

MRP list: collective requirements (MD06) in the background mode

We have requirement to run MRP list: collective requirements (MD06) in the background mode per MRP controller. Is there any way we can run MD06 in the background?

if you need to run planning as a background job please try t-code MDBT;
as far as i know you can't run MD06 as a backgroun job.
you could ask your abaper to create a custom program based on functional module MD_MRP_LIST_OVERVIEW
after that you will set up this custom code as a background job.

The default value as "None" for the report filter which is Value List type?

Hello,
I want to know is it possible to make the default value as "None" for the report filter which is Value List data type?
For example:The Project Classification Value List value type which have many value like "Supplier Rationalization" "Category Sourcing" "Contract Regegotiation" etc, and the value "Supplier Rationalization" is in the frist positon in the value list. When i use "Project Classification " as a report filter, the value "Supplier Rationalization" displayed as default value. And in the value list box in report filter of Project Classification , there is a value "None" which should be added automatically by system. So i manually filled the default value with "None" in Filter Prompt screen, but it does not work. After i display the report ,the Project Classification filter still use the ""Supplier Rationalization" as the default value.
My current ESO version is 5.1. I tried other ESO version like 5.15, if i manaully give a default value "None" in Filter Prompt screen for filter Project Classification, then the default value is "None". It works well.
Does anybody know if it's possible to do the same thing in ESO 5.1?

This is possible, but the technique is not too obvious...
To make "None" be the default choice for a query definition filter parameter of type value list type, you need to set the default value of the filter parameter to the following:
<internal id of value list type>:616:NULL
For example, I believe you will see that the internal id of the Project Classification value list type is 51, so the default value of the filter parameter would be:
51:616:NULL

Report title displaying for the secondary list

Hi All,
I have done a report interactive.The basic list is ALV and the secondary list is normal report.The problem in secondary list is it is diplaying the title "Dynamic list display" I am not getting from where this text is picking up and displaying .The code is as shown below.
LEAVE TO LIST-PROCESSING.
write:/ 'converting spool to pdf'.
The output is displaying as shown below.
dynamic list display.
converting spool to pdf.
I dont want to display dynamic list display in the output.How to suppress this?I even observed in debug mode after leave to list-prcoessing it is going to next line converting spool to pdf.

MRP Date in MRP List

Hello All,
While accessing the MRP List (collective access MD06). There is a selection option for MRP Date. SAP Help tells that "Date: for example, all MRP lists that were created or processed within the last two weeks".
But I could not understand what this means. Please clarify this.

Hi
It means that, the MRP list will be displayed only for those materials that were created in that time frame. There might be materials for which MRP is not run and processed within that time frame. they will not be displayed. This is one of the parameters for filtering the list.
