Report to show beginning-ending stock on certain dates(as MB5B)

Hello to everybody,
we have this requirement:
MB5B should create a list with the items that are shown on the header part of the list . These items are shown when we tick the field XSUM. This list should be in format of report or alv , in order to be easily transfered to EXCEL.
We can do that with a Z report, by I wonder if there is any other report from which we can derive those totals, meaning the beginning stock on certain date, and the total stock at the end of date. MB51 does not include the beginning stock.

hi,
MB5B and MB51 are std and fullfill report for stock and valuation in SAP. if your requirement is not ful fill with this report then need to take ABAP help and copy MB5B report program and make required Z report as per your requirement. no issue.

How do you create a recurring event in Ical that ends on a certain date?? I have an event on my calender that happens every week same date and time but will end in a couple of months.

Create an event. Edit it. There is an option in the edit window for "Repeat". Once you set how often the event repeats you get an option for "end", which is where you can specify, well, the end.

I've recently started using SAP Business One 8.8 and I want to run a report to show a list of Sales Orders with the original Sales Order Due Date, and the New Date that it has been changed to. What is the best way to create a report to show me this?

Stock (As on Date ) in MB5B

Dear All,
I want stock mentioned in Stock on (wrt from date ) in MB5B Transaction.
Please tell me any function module or BAPI is available for that.else tell me the table wise logic to get it.
Scenarion.
1) Go to MB5B Tcode
2) Enter Material, Plant and Selection Date.
Now Execute and see the output.
check the second box and see the Stock on Date ( As mentioned as i/p date (wrt From date ).

Direct Reports not showing in Lync Clients for certain users in a pool

Hello guys, I am having issue with some users not being able to see direct reports of their managers in lync clients. Direct reports correctly shown in AD and outlook, but not in Lync. I have two paired lync pools. This issue is happening to users situated
within a pool. If I moved the manager to second pool, then users will see his direct reports. Does anyone knows how to fix this issue? Attached is sample.

This information is from AD, you can try synchronizing the information manually.
Delete the .slabs file from the file share sitting on 000000000\000000000 folder and then run Update-CSUserDatabase and after 5 minutes, run Update-CsAddressBook.
The folder path:
X:\share\1-WebServices-1\ABfiles\000000000\000000000\

Need a report that shows sales shipments and billing by date

We need a report that will show sales shipment and billing information by date. Specifically, we need to find orders that were shipped in one month/period, but were not invoiced until the next month/period. Does a standard report exist?

I dont think it is possible. You will have to customize.
For list of deliveries, you can use VL06O.
For billing due list, you can use VF04.

Table to see stock on particular date

I know that through mb5b report you can see the stock on posting date.But guys can u tell me that from which table and field it takes the data?

Please look at transactions MCBE and MCBR. They are part of the inventory standard analysis. These will show total consumption for the selected time periods.
There is a ton of data availablie via the Logistics Information System and I think it is the most under utilized functionality in SAP. If consultants and users really learned how to use this functionality you could probably do away with 80% of your custom reports.
You can also use flexiblie analysis against structure/table S032, (not S039), and create your own analysis and reports. These can be highly customized and saved and reused. Variants can be created and the results can be saved in personal reports, emailed or downloaded.
Other structures you might find of use in your particular query would be
S031 - Movements
S032 - Stocks
S033 - Movements (indiv. records)
S034 - Movements (batches)
S035 - Stocks (batches)
S039 as suggested above provides primarily averages which is not what your looking for.

OTF end command// missing OTF data

Hi all,
I created one PO smartform and assigned it to a driver program its execting fine in one development client.
When I try to execute the same smartform in another development client its showing "OTF end command// missing OTF data".
In the driver program there's FM " CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF".But still its showing the error when I run the tcode me9f to send the form through mail and even when checking the print preview.
what could be the reason? Do I have to make any changes in the FM CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF in the another dev client?

Every OTF data has "//" in begining and "EP //" in the end. Are you modifying the OTF internal table before passing it to the FM for PDF conversion? Check the content of OTF in debugging mode.

Report to show all activities (ended and not ended)

I would like to do a report to show all activities (not ended and ended), but when I do the report from "Activity" the only information shown is no ended activities.
Is possible to show all activities? How can I do it?

Monica - depending on the Subject Area, including certain "look-up" or reference fields to other tables automatically implies a join-relationship between the 2 tables.
Case-in-point, the activities subject area. Whenever you include fields from other objects like (Account Name, Campaign Name, Contact job title, etc.) "Answers" will automatically assume that you only want those activities where those field-values are populating, consequently filtering the report. It seems to occur any time you're trying to include data across tables in a one to one relationship.
A better example, and likely a common headache for CRM report builders is an Opportunity report, wherein you're including data from the Primary Contact associated to the opportunity. By the same limitations, you would wind up with only those opportunities that have a Primary Contact associated, versus all opportunities with contact-data if it's populated.
It is my understanding that the only workaround is to use Combined Analyses to create an union of the 2 reports, one with all opportunities and another with primary contacts. Use a pivot table and max-aggregation rule on the contact name to remove dupes.

Have you looked at the Admin Guide? - there is an end-user layer export included with the product that has a lot of this pre-built. If it doesn't have the exact report you need at least it builds a lot of structure to help you on your way. You just go into the Admin tool and import the provided EEX file.

I'm trying to come up with query report to show Inactive Item bought within a specific period and not sold within a specific period by whse and have stock
The report should show Item Number, Item Name ,Item cost,Retail Price [Based on a price list], Qty in Whse, Last Purchase Date, Last sale Date etc.
e.g item bought between 2011-2013 and have not been sold with the same date range or the last 12 months.

I would llke my report to show how many submitters marked a certain choice

My form asked survey takers to rank a list of choices from 1 - 5 as their favorite and least favorite respectively.
I would like my summary report to show how many ranked a choice as #1, marked a choice as #2 and so on. Is there a way to do that?
