Report Writer (Table FAGLFLEXT)

I have created a group of reports in Report Writer where the table of data that use is the FAGLFLEXT.
But, I have a problem for the Companies that use local currency CLP are in the table FAGLFLEXT, Report Writer in thousands of CLP and in Transactions FBL3N/FS10N the amount appears correct, them attached an example.
Table FAGLFLEXT     CLP   12.000,00
Report Writer             CLP   12.000,00
FBL3N/FS10N     CLP     1.200.000 ( Amount Correct)
As additional information I can comment to them that the same does not happen to the other currencies (USD, MXN, BRL, PEN), them attached example
Table FAGLFLEXT     USD 10.000,00
Report Writer             USD 10.000,00
FBL3N/FS10N     USD 10.000,00 ( Amount Correct)
It applies a solution but this it affects all the currencies to me, it modifies a Seth of ratio of the currencies and (HSL * 100) multiplies percent but to this it affects me change in all the currencies.
Friendly, since I can do so that the Report Writer shows the whole amounts to me of CLP and that they do not affect the other currencies.

Report Writer/Painter : SKF values as part of FAGLFLEXT

We are trying to develop, using Report Writer/Painter, an income statement from table FAGLFLEXT (Library 0FL). As part of this report we are also required to pull statistical key figure values (SKF valus posted to cost centers). Currently we do not see SKF values as part of the FAGLFLEXT table. I am aware that traditionally the SKF values for reports are available in table/structure CCSS. However, while using Report Writer/Painter, only one table is allowed per library (0FL for FAGLFLEXT).
Is there any way we can bring the SKF values in FAGLFLEXT or in other words New GL?
Please note that we are on ECC 5.0

the fields that you want in ur report must be available in ur operating concern data structure,,,
pls check if the characteristics and the value fields that you require is available in the data structure,,,
check KEA0 transaction..

Table fields used for basic key figures in report writer/report painter

Does anyone know how I can find which table field is actually being used for SAP defined basic key figures in report writer report? For example, HSL is a basic key figure for income statement, library 0F1, report 0F-GUVV. It only shows data is coming from table GLFUNCT. How does the report writer program knows which fields to select? What is the logic behind the basic key figures?
Any advice is appreciated!!

I have now resolved this issue.
I had to manually update TablesT804B and T804F.
I've added entries to T804A in the past without the need to update T804B or T804F manually so it appears that the way these tables work together has changed following an upgrade or application of support packs.

I am construing a report writer with a table of client - Table YSCO_BASE_ALOCAC
When I definition the library, the message is show...
Table YSCO_BASE_ALOCAC is not installed in Report Writer.
Message no. GR 493
Diagnosis
The Report Writer can only report on tables if the attributes of these tables that are relevant for reporting are defined in control tables. This is not the case for table YSCO_BASE_ALOCAC.
Where I can to make this configuration?

Report Writer for ICR process (table group FBICRC002)

Hello Gurus,
I have implemented the new ICR process 002. It is working fine and I now want to create reports based on tables FBICRC002A & FBICRC002T.
When I try to create a library based on table FBICRC002T the system block me saying that "Table FBICRC002T is not installed in Report Writer" (message GR493).
Should I install the table group FBICRC002 to be able to use these data into report writer?
Do you know why this table group already exists and cannot be displayed?

Report Writer report required by Business Area GSBER for table GLPCT ECC6

Please help,
I have a requirement for report writer report by Business Area (GSBER) for table GLPCT.
I am using Libruary PCA which has GSBER already activated
In report I am able to select GSBER in General Data Selection and generate.
However when I execute report I get error message GR410 "Characteristic GSBER cannot be combined with key figures" .
I have looked at SAPnotes 929889 1155524 and 358251, which describes solution to add field to CCSS table (structure CCR1S) however I cannot work out what structure to change for table GLPCT used in my report.

Hi ,
If you are using the cube: 0FIAP_C20, then i guess you are using the standard extractor 0FI_AP_20 . One thing which i remember that there is a standard view in ECC : LFC1_AEDAT.
This view has two tables : LFC1 and BWFI_AEDA2.
LFC1 - Vendor master (transaction figures)
BWFI_AEDA2 - BW FI: Log Table for Changed Transaction Figures
This standard extractor uses table LFC1 to show vendor balances.
And the table BWFI_AEDA2 contains the log of the changes that has taken place business area wise and account no of the vendor wise .
Please check the view definition to confirm the same . Once you will see the joining conditions in this view you will get a clear picture of the above point .
So for your issue, you can do datasource enhancement of 0FI_AP_20 .
The logic will be based on LIFNR,BUKRS,GJAHR available from the datasource , fetch the business area from this view and populate it in your datasource .
But first check in the table BWFI_AEDA2 whether for the field BWFI_AEDA2-TABNAME= lfc1 , business areas are maintained .

How to get reports from comparative reports from GLT0/FAGLFLEXT

Hi,
We have activated New GL and also write and read option to GLT0 indicators are active. While we are able to see in FS10N account balance report the account balances for the periods in classic GL but not been able to get comparative financial statements (F.01 report) with prior year comparatives. We have not yet deactivated GLT0.
FS10N account balances we are able to see by using parameter ID -CLASSIC_BAL_FS10N.
Is there any way to get comparative financial statements until we deactivate GLT0 at the current year end?

Please notice the new data structures within NewGL: in this scenario
total table FAGLFLEXT replaces GLT0. (There is the possibility of
parallel update and read of GLTO with activated NewGL: customizing path.
Financial Accounting(New)-> Financial Accounting Basic Settings (new)->
Tools Deactivate Update of Classic General Ledger (GLT0)). By default
, after activation of the new general ledger, the reports only read the
new general ledger accounting, the "read from Classic general ledger"
flag is not set.
Take into account that any update of the classic general ledger tables
should be deactivated after you run and verify the first end-of period
closing, at the latest. If you update the tables for both the
conventional and new general ledger, you will generate too many unneeded
records.
If the parameter "Read Classic General Ledger (GLT0)" is marked, F.01 will not
read New g/l information (FAGLFLEXT).

Report Writer Issue

Hi Gurus,
I have created report ZTEPCA12 with report writer .When i check the syntex i am getting the error.
The key figure cell ZTEPCA12 has not yet been defined
Message no. GR687
Can any one please tell me where do i need to define this.

Hi,
Go into GR32, select the report you have created in change mode. Go to the columns, and view the key figure set. In there you would have defined a set of key figures, which are basically value fields.
The reason for the error could be that you have entered a key figure set there but not defined the set with the key figure fields or you would not have entered a key figure set in the report itself.
Go into GS02 and enter the set name and include the key figures in the column From value from the table defined in the set.
If the set does not exist then create a key figure set with key figures.

Getting a weird error in Report Writer Report(ABAP Reporting tool)

Hi Guys,
If anybody has worked on Report Writer Report.Can you help me in this regards?
There is a peculiar problem for the (Column block) .In the Column block there are 3 key figures(Quantity,Local Currency and Group Currency).
Of these in the output of the Report Writer Report the Quantity Column is not getting summed up properly.Though the other 2 columns(Local Currency and Group Currency)are reflecting the proper summed up data.
According to the tables, all of them are reflecting the accurate data.But only for the Quantity column though its reflecting the actual data,but the summation for it is not reflecting the correct data.
Can anybody tell me if we can attach screen-shots for Questions posted in Forums?
Please help me in this regards.

Thank you for your quick response.
I checked the report and the remainder functions is not being used.
The only formulas being used in the report are the following.
UpperCase ([1])
+ ", " + - This is set to @name
{@name} + " (" + + ")"
There are some formatting formulas set on the above values, but other than that, there is a sql query and the "select distinct rows" and "perform grouping on server" is selected.

Adding formula in report writer

Hi Experts,
I am trying to build a formula in report writer
In one the hierarchy report I need I have 4 columns formula should be
A-B-C =X but values should populate in the X column when the A column value is greater than the B or C, or B and C
If add the simple formula A-B-C= X it will show wrong values if B values or C values or B+C values is greater than the A
Is there any possibilities creating a conditions in the table TKCKO
Please help me this issue.

In the formula make a condition "IF (A > B) OR (A > C) THEN A-B-C". (if I got your logic right)

Report writer in third currency

currently our special purpose ledger basic key figure only has local and group currency, can we add another currency for example document currency , the objective is to show three currency in our report writer report, is it possible? re-config summarization table?

Could you please share the step by step which you performed to achieve the requirement.

we need a new SAP Report Writer report similar to the current a current report say ZCST .
The new report needs to have all of the information that the current ZCST report has but with Prior Year Actual and a Variance of Current to Prior Year Actual.

Go to GR32 change mode of report writer. Click on column. Find out if, there is a current year actual column set. Copy the name of the set. Go to GS01 to create a new set copying the current year set.
I am stuck here as in gs01 it ask for lot for fields like table name,four radio button. I don't see any option for copying the setname.Can u please elaborate further this step ?
Look into the definition set that represent the fiscal year.
This too, not clear.Open an another session and create a new set for fiscal year as a formula. The formula shall be current year variable minus 1. Name the column set you are creating as Prior year Actual.
Insert the new column inyour report.
For variance to PY actual, create another key figure set, in which you shall give a forumla (there will be an icon saying [a/b], when you are in GS01. The formula will subtract the column that says current year with the new column Prior year.

Me gustaría saber como puedo crear un balance mediante report writer que me saque por meses el real en cada cuenta que le ponga y que sea navegable.
He estado probando con una biblioteca a la GTL0, pero y ratio HSL moneda local.
Seleccion general:
Clase registro     0
Ledger     0
Versión     1
Sociedad     0BBUKRS ??
Ejercicio     0BRYEAR ??
Quiero poner un mes en la pantalla de selección, y mostrar una columna con el saldo de ese mes, y 12 columnas con los últimos 12 meses.
He visto que variables para periodo con tabla glt0 hay RPMAX-0 y RPMAX-1.
El periodo RPMAX-0 me lo está haciendo bien, pero ¿como le puedo poner una columna por cada periodo: periodo-1, peridod-2, periodo-3, etc?

¿Como cambio el ejercicio cuando pase del periodo 1 al 12?
Ahora me coge: 05-2009 04-2009 03-2009 02-2009 01-2009 ¡¡¡12-2009!!
