Reporting a problem downloading a movie

I recently downloaded Truth in 24 II on itunes for free. I saw this movie already on my PS3. I was happy to see it on iTunes. but it finished downloading and when i click on it, it opens and only gives me a 26 second view. but on the info of the movie it says it 1hr and 22 minutes. I tried hitting report a problem and it takes me to the apple aupport page instead of leting me report it within iTunes

Perhaps try the "Error -50," "-5000," "8003," "8008," or "-42023" section in the Specific Conditions and Alert Messages: (Mac OS X / Windows) section of the following document:

  • Problems downloading purchased movies

    Help!!
I've tried to download purchased movies from itunes.
After finally getting to the end of the download the status window shifts to processing file and then proceeds to start at the beginning and appears to repeat the entire download.
I have a movie that has been "downloading" for 4 days.
Anyone have any ideas what is happening here?
    Thanks

  • Problem downloading purchased movie from itouch

I purchased two movies from itunes and one downloaded without a problem. The other movie will not download. I keep getting download error message and am unable to get it downloaded.

    Page 135 of the manual:
"If a download is interrupted, iPod touch starts the download again the next time it has an Internet connection. Or, if you open iTunes on your computer, iTunes completes the download to your iTunes library (if your computer is connected to the Internet and signed in to the same iTunes account)."

  • Problem downloading a movie

I paid for Breakfast at Tiffany's, and then my itunes froze. I submitted the error report through my computer, and then re-opened itunes. The money has been taken out of my account, but there is no movie. It is also not showing up on Purchased.
    What's going on?

I went to re-download Breakfast at Tiffany's, and it said it was already purchased and that I needed to okay the download.
That is definitely not how the other downloads went, but whatever.

  • Problem downloading rental movie

When it tries to download it gives me an error message telling me the "disk i'm using is full" and that I need to remove files and empty my recycle bin.
    What disk!?!?!
I've rented movies on itunes before without a problem?
    What gives!?!!?!?

Your hard drive. Check to see if you have enough room on it. If not, you'll need to delete some stuff.

  • Problem downloading hd movies

Why can I download some HD movies and others I cannot on my Windows computer running Itunes?

I've read on here that some movie studios require HDCP display support in order to download in HD thru iTunes.
This might explain why some will download for you, but others won't - different movie studios.

  • Download Error (480) when trying to download rented movie

    Hello all.
    Managed to install the update.
Everything seems to be working fine.
Then decided to rent a movie, accepted the payment etc. but when I try to download I keep getting "Download Error (480)" and a notification to go to "Check Downloads" and try again. Have tried a number of times and keep getting the same result "ERROR" !
Is anybody elso suffering this problem ?
Could it be related to the store being very busy because ALL of you are trying to rent and download movies right now ???
    Any feedback is welcome.
    CIao

OK, so further to my earlier post.
After a number of times being in touch with customer support (email) I have still not resolved this download error problem.
One thing I have determined, the problem is definitely related to HD movies only. I am not having any problems downloading rented movies that are NOT HD.
Does anybody have the same problems with HD movies "Download error (480)" ???

  • HOW DO I DOWNLOAD A MOVIE

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING A MOVIE I ALREADY PAID FOR IN ITUNES?

    Hi.
Try restarting your Mac then try re downloading the movie. You will not be charged again.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

  • Rented 2 movies, watched one, second one kept downloading for 3 days and finally failed. I was charged for it, it never downloaded, cannot be found in "Available Downloads" and "report a problem" page NEVER loads, no email contact. Please help

Rented 2 movies, watched one, second one kept downloading for 3 days and finally failed. I was charged for it, it never downloaded, cannot be found in "Available Downloads".
When you go to "Report a problem" next to the item (Great Gatsby) on the email invoice or on the online account  - it takes you to online support - if you elect problems with iTune downloads the page NEVER opens...  no email contact. Please help

This is bad - I have an Apple automated response that they got my report on 12/6, 12/10 and 12/14, and I haven't heard anything from them since the 6th when I got one reply that told me to do things I tried before reporting the problem. Between the 6th and 10th I replied to their response 4 times and they ignored me, forcing me to report a problem with two more items that wont download but getting no response.
How do they get away with this kind of behavior, especially for someone with FIVE Core 2 Duo macs and thousands of dollars of of iTunes store purchases? I'm getting really ******.
