Reporting a Purchase Problem...

Hi people.
After downloading a song yesterday, despite the fact it was labelled up as one mix, it wasn't actually the mix i was aware of. So i've reported the problem via my account purchase page...but not sure what happens now? So i waited for my iTunes receipt to come through and reported a problem that way. It went through about 4 links on it's own before Safari told me it couldn't load the page because the address was wrong. Well, it was the address that was linked from the receipt...
What do i do from here guys?

  • Reporting on Purchase Order Discounts

    Hi experts!
    I read some threads about condition types etc. I have a requirement with my customer to not only enter a discount but also run reports on the given discount or at least a report which shows gross and net price.
    Does anybody know if there are standard reports in SRM 5.0 which we could use? Or do we have to use BW for such kind of evaluations?
    Does anybody have information about BW for SRM?

    Hi gurus,
          I am preparing a report for purchase requisitions using SQVI. I am almost done with it but I was stuck at one thing. Our client criteria is to see it by name like they wanted users to view only purchase requisitions they created. They dont want all users to see purchase requisition created by other users. I dont know how to do that. Can anyone help me out with that.

    Hi,
          I added the field ERNAM from table EBAN. But the problem I am facing with it is any user can enter any user name in that field. Either I need that feild to be filled automatically with the username who logged in so that I can hide that field if that can be changed or filled automatically and cannot be change by user. Is there any option I can do like that. If I create a report in SQVI no one else except me can see that report, so I need this report in that manner.

    Hi! I have a problem with purchase! when I open AppStore on my iPhone 4S and open purchases, there is nothing! I open TOP chart and there nothing too!
    This problem begins then I upgrade to iOS7.0! What can I do to resolve the ptobblem?

    How to report Apple a problem in software by e-mail?  For example I got a problem: new version of iTunes 11.1.1 is not running at all! (uninstalled old one first) When I try to launch itunes from my laptop desktop I get this box Win7 64. I don't want to open any system files, just wish that Apple will make a program which work.     If you open a free Apple Developer account you can use the bug reporter tool. However if you want to file a bug report you need to tightly identify a reproducible fault, detail the conditions in which it arises and ideally supply any workaround you have discovered.
    In other circumstances iTunes Feedback is probably the appropriate channel. Common problems should gain attention.
    Apple don't provide free technical support for iTunes. The inital point of entry for online assistance is iTunes Support. If none of the online resources help then depending on the nature of the problem, or whether you qualify through a recent purchase, or you are prepared to pay, you may be able to make use of the Contact iTunes Support service. Failing that Apple Support Communities (here) is where users share solutions with each other.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    If you have a problem with an app that the developer can't/won't help you with then you will need to contact iTunes Support, either as described on the page that you posted from, or via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill ? If it's not then that might be the reason that you are getting the security code error : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

    Is there any report available to see the down payment/down payment requests by purchase order.
    I am trying to execute the transaction code ME2DP but it does not exist. We are in ECC 6.
    Please note we cannot use FBL1N (noted item/sp GL) as there is no PO in selection.

    You can try using Transaction code: ME2N with Scope of List 'BSET' and Selection Parameter which has option Down payment validation. If such selection parameter is not available in your system than you can create it using below path:-
    SPRO - Materials Management -Purchasing -Reporting -Maintain Purchasing Lists -Selection Parameters

    Hello,
    is there a way to get a report of purchase orders which have been released for stock and for customer orders.
    I tried ME80FN, but there is no column available such like account-assignment-category where I could separate the orders for stock from the customer ones.
    Any ideas?

    account assignment category is available in dynamic selection
    So you can at least execute ME80FN per account assignment category, even the field itself is not shown in the final report.

    Go to transaction code SAP1, this will show all the reports functional area-wise.
    For purchasing reports : Go to Material management --> Purchasing
    For Inventory management reports : Go to Material management --> Inventory management

  • Report painter performance problem...

    I have a client which runs a report group consists of 14 reports... When we  run this program... It takes about 20 minutes to get results... I was assigned to optimize this report...
    This is what I've done so far
    (this is a SAP generated program)...
    1. I've checked the tables that the program are using... (a customized table with more than 20,000 entries and many others)
    2. I've created secondary indexes  to the main customized table with (20,000) entries - It improves the performance a bit(results about 18 minutes)...
    3. I divided the report group by 4... 3 reports each report group... It greatly improves the performance... (but this is not what the client wants)...
    4. I've read an article about report group performance that it is a bug. 
    (sap support recognized the fact that we are dealing with a bug in the sap standard functionality)

    Report painter/Writer always creates a prerformance issue.i never preffred them since i have a option with Zreport
    now you can do only one thing put more checks on selection-screen for filtering the data.i think thats the only way.

    You Can Define your Own Scope of List ie BEST_ALV in the Following Path:
    SPRO-MM-Purchasing-Reporting-Maintaining Purchasing Lists-Scope Of Lists-Define Scope of List
    Just Copy the BEST Scope of List and Rename it to BEST_ALV and Save. Now Double Click on BEST_ALV and in Settings for ALV Grid Control Tab Put tick mark against Use ALV Grid Control and Save.

    Hi Mallik,
    There is no std report for Purchase price variance .
    But you can check KSB1 , where you can find the Price difference which is going to your PRD account .
    You can find out your PRD G/L account .
    Now go to KSB1 . In the cost element field give the PRD G/L account .
    After executing change the layout as per your requirement .
    Now you can see the Pur Price variance for the particulat material for the PO .
    Otherwise you need to develop a customised report .
