Reporting abuse on Skype's main email address is no longer valid. How can I report now?

Today, I tried to report my case on [e-mail removed for privacy and security] but an automated reply was sent to me from microsoft saying: "Thanks for contacting Skype.This email message cannot be delivered because the email address is no longer valid.For support please click here" I clicked the link, it redirected me to http;//www.support.skype.com. When I browsed it, I came to this page: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170/how-do-i-contact-skype-customer-service I clicked the "support request page" and it doesn't work. Instead, I was redirected to this link: http://support2.microsoft.com/common/errors/ServerGeneric.htm saying: The page you were looking for is currently not available. The address may not be correct, or there may be a temporary problem with this site. Please try one of the following options:Check the address for typing errors.Click the Back button and try a different option from the navigation menu.Try this page again later.I am really desperate to report that someone is using my name on Skype and I know who he is because he sent me a message and tried to add me. Now, I am using a new Skype account so he can't bother me anymore. If anyone can help me, please don't hesitate to shoot a comment here. 

Hi, sleepyberry, and welcome to the Community, Adding my work-around instructions here, as well, not realizing you had posted a similar question on another thread (topic).   Yes, Skype no longer uses generic or central e-mail addresses for its customer service and support; Skype now uses a web-form format instead.  Skype is aware of lingering website issues that can occur when people attempt to contact Skype Customer Service. Temporarily enabling scripts, pop-up dialog boxes, and disabling plug-ins which could prohibit pop-ups may help get past website problems. Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
If you still experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented.
Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.
Last and not least, when you reach the last step of the process, remember to click on the "Start Chat" link when you are provided the choice of visiting the Community or starting an instant message chat with a customer service agent.

    Thanks for the reply.  I did think that could be the case but then other books would also show up as apps on phone but not counted as an app.  Maybe book apps downloaded from the app store work in this way whereas books bought from the ibooks app show in ibooks and not as apps.
    I guess that would make sense, it must be because they are books but downloaded from the app store rather than the book store so they are visible as an app but don't actually get counted as an app.
    Would you think that's the case too?

    If all you want is an additional email address you can create up to three 'email aliases'  - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account.
    You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account, move it to another account, or reactivate it if you delete it.

    If you want to keep her email separate from yours she will need to create a new Apple ID, and use it to create a new iCloud account either on a separate computer or on a separate User Account on your Mac.

    I did a factory restore and then restored it with iCloud back-up. I have been using lots of Apple products and i have used three different email adresses. Almost all apps restored perfectly but everytime i try to play a song in the Music app, i asks me for a Apple-ID i had no idea i have used.
    Hence:
    I lost my password for my original iTunes account
    I can't recover it because the email address it is registered under is not longer valid
    How can I access my old account?
    Can't find a place to change the email address to my new one without the password which I no longer remember.
    There is no way to just erase Apple-ID's on my device either.
    What to do? Should i ju give up and start from scratch and delete 2 years of stuf?

    If you can remember the answers to the security questions when you set up that account - I think that you can reset the password without needing email authentication. You can try it here. Read it and see if it's possible. But if you can't remember the answers to the questions it will not work.

    You can set up your iCloud account on your iOS device under: "Settings > iCloud" and a other account for store purchases under "Settings > iTunes & App Stores". Unfortunately merging accounts is not possible but you could transfer all of your music manually via iTunes from your Mac or PC.

This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative.     I am also having problems with a site I am building. No matter what websafe font I use it displays as New Times Roman in FireFox. The correct fonts show in both IE9 and Chrome.
    In addition, text shifts in FireFox. I have to position other text objects farther and farther apart as I go down the page or they start to overlap. Nav buttons and other images also have to be positioned in the wrong place for them to be in the correct place when the page is opened in FireFox. FireFox should display pages correctly by default. I can't expect th average user to have to tweek his/her settings to display my site.
    I have been recommending FireFox on my website as the best browser. I might have to change that and abandon FireFox myself.

    fine, the problem is for any user at the recipients domain and from any user at our domain, I have tried using OWA and the same problem so I know it is not the cache. Does any one have any ideas as I have been pulling my hair out  ! Thanks.

    Do you mean your domain users can’t send messages to a specific domain? And users can send other external domain messages well? Also check whether you can receive external messages or not.
    Please check whether this destination domain is listed in the accepted domain of your Exchange server(EMC > Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Accepted Domains). If it is, please remove it from the list. Additionally, since the issue happens
    to all domain users, I suggest we can collect any logs in your Exchange server to ask a question in Microsoft Exchange Server forum for more professional suggestions:

    If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    How are you trying to do it ? You can change the rescue email address on your account by, from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 :
    Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
    Click "Manage your account"
    When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    Click Password & Security
    You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
    After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
    Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
    You can then try using your current rescue email address as your primary email address - you may need to log out of that page and back in. Or you can then try changing the primary email address via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes
    If you have an iPhone, iPad and/or iPod Touch you may then need to log out of your account on them by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and log back in for the account to be 'refreshed' on it.
