Hi, lasabdyar, and welcome to the Community,
Next time you need to make a purchase, try to add the new payment method first and then delete the old payment method from your save payment methods.  If this does not work, contact customer service for further assistance.

    I'd like to change my credit card number, but Adobe site do not allow this.
    Support chat redirected me to a chinese adobe page (I'm from Hungary, can't read Chinese..), then told me to call local reseller support instead.
    Local reseller support told us that they can't support creative cloud members, they are being dealt with centrally by Adobe.
    Back to chat, describing again what I need to a new agent..
    Got the same chinese page from him as well first, then got the same "call local reseller" advice again.
    After telling the agent that does not work, he gave me a phone number to call: 852 2916 2125, which never answers. And the agent dropped off..
    I haven't been so depressed over a customer support for years.
    Can somebody please help me out on how to change my credit card number for my Adobe ID?

    Ok, found a way:  "under the billing section of your subscription within the My Adobe section of Adobe.com after you login with your Adobe ID "
    But after updating my info with my new (working) credit card (matercard) it says:
    There was a problem in the store. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, please call 800 0280148.
    And this number than answers 'it cannot be accessed'
    I'd need this done immediately, so please anyone - any ideas ?!

    I am stuck with a similar problem. I moved from Ireland to the UK but for some reason, iTunes would not let me change the country in my payment information, it remains Ireland. I do not have any credit to spend and I still cannot change it. I even set up a new iTunes account and the country still remains uncangable. Hence, I cannot add the details of my UK card as iTunes believes it is set in Ireland. Have you managed to solve your problem?

    Hello Luis,
    To update your billing information, you would need to change your iTunes Store country to be able to enter the information for Switzerland.  I found an article with the steps to update this:
    Change your iTunes Store country
    Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
    Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

  • Cc keeps asking for new credit card number despite membership cancelled

    I have tried different things to address the fact that CC is constantly sending message about my unprocessed payment (I have changed my credit card number) but I have cancelled my membership and they should not be concern with unprocessed payment. Could I talk to a real person? The steps indicated in the website is like a vicious circle bringing me back to this forum, no option for calling or chat. I have spent lots of time trying to cancel now this. Please help.
