I appreciate that this functionality is only offered to those who have made a significant contribution to the discussion forums already, but how about at least a mail link for the rest of us?
Ever since iTunes 7 shipped, I've come across reams of moronic / downright offensive posts from new users on the discussion boards. Yet there's nothing I can do to assist forum hosts in this regard.
Frankly, some of these posts demean the whole site: any ideas for how this can be improved?

You are correct. Whenever there is a new release of anything, the boards fill up with trolls and whiny posts from people who do not really want help - they want to vent.
I suppose Apple just wants to be sure you are a responsible member before allowing you to notify. Feel free to post a link here to a thread you want to have looked at and either Apple or one of the L2/3/4/5s that frequent this forum will report it for you.

I have check the data in T-code-CR03, each work center getting two persons, as can be shown below.
Work center        Person

KNE33102           44003603
In RSA3 it can be seen that both the records are being extracted
Work center     Start date     End date     Person
KNE33102     09.02.2009     31.12.2009     44003850
KNE33102     09.02.2009     31.12.2009     44003603
In BI , when checking in PSA, it can be seen that the data is also being loaded to BI (Two persons loaded against Work center-KNE33102)

KNE33102     09.02.2009     31.12.2009     44003603
But when loading to the Info Object, one person has deleted. Because of this, in the report level displaying one person.
Note:-Please let me know what is the procedure, in the report level user wants two persons against each work center.

You may also report by yourself. Right hand up "report abuse" near "email notification"

You may report the incident and the Skype account to Skype via e-mail: [email protected] and also [Moderator Note: E-mail address s cited is no longer in service] to YouTube's customer service to request the video be removed. Block and report the contact as abuse or spam and quit all contact with them. You can research this topic further on the Skype Account: Security-Privacy-Trust & Safety message board.

How to report a user profile to the moderator?

For posts, there is a convenient link (under "options") to contact the moderator with any concerns (report spammer, delete acidentally disclosed proprietary info, fix broken embedded link or image, etc.)
There should be a similar mechanism for user profiles. Even if a user has not posted anything, he might be violating site rules, for example by by placing spam links in the profile or by spamming via private message or using an offensive avatar.
Also, for serial spammers it would be much more convenient to report the user profile instead of individual posts.
My suggestion is to have a "notify moderator" link on each user profile. Thanks!
(No, I currently don't have any issues with any user profile. This is a generic request for a site improvement. )

Interacvtive report - saving user data during App upgrade

I've read a few posts on this topic, but I don't think any were solved one way or another.
We use two servers here, one Development, one Production.
We have an interactive report were users over time build up many custom "tabs" for reporting, charts and day to day manipulation of data.
Come time to migrate all of the changes made in the Development server to the Production server, we Export from one and Import to the other. After this event, the users are presented with a fresh new Interactive report with all of their saved work gone.
Is there any way or any thing we can backup on the Production server to then restore after our applicarion import to retain this Interactive report user info?

If you export from a given workspace ID and import into a workspace with the same ID (and of course keep the same application ID), I thought that the IR settings were preserved.

Finding a program of monitoring user activity MAC OS X okazauje be very difficult.
The program aims to monitor sites visited, but:
- Can not save passwords
- It can not sending data to an external server
I can not find such software

How to control number of rows displayed in a report by user?

Hi All!
I have provided a select list called 'Number of rows' in my report page.User can choose any number in the list, and accordingly he should be able to see so many number of rows in that report page.
For example: if user selects 50 from the list, he will be able to see 50 records at a time out of say 2000 records retrieved. I want to control number of rows displayed per page dynamically. And if he selects 25 in the select list, he should be able to see 25 records at a time out of 2000.
How to do it? Please give me ideas.

Hi Deepika,
If you have a Select List with Submit called, say "P1_ROWS", you just enter P1_ROWS into the Report Attribute's "Number of Rows (Item)" setting.

you can use web item 'navigation block'.
user then can choose which keyfigure(s) to be show in the report, also capability to drilldown etc.

Report with user parameter is not runnig

I have created the report with user parameter p_deptno and qyery"select * from emp where depno=:p_deptno";
when i run the report in paper layout a popup kind page will open and ask us to enter the deptno and based on input parameter it fetches record in report.
if i tried the same thing with url :http://localhost:portno/reports/rwservlet?destype=cache&desformat=pdf&report=emp.jsp&userid=scott/tiger@orcl
the parameter window not opening and and blank report will open with coloumn headings.
help me to solve the problem.
i am using devsuite oracle10g release 2 on linux(OEL4).

You have to provide the parameter in the URL :
For example :

or use the Web parameter Form :

Post user and pass to SOAP Header message in ABAP Proxy

Hi Folks!
I'm trying to post user and pass to SOAP Header on an ABAP proxy. I've already read the thread [Consume web service in ABAP proxy with SOAP header|Re: Consume web service in ABAP proxy with SOAP header; and I see that is possible to manipulate SOAP Header but I cannot understand how I work with function module SDIXML_XML_TO_DOM.
Do I need pass to parameter xml a complete SOAP Envelope? If it is right how can I get the complete xml message to pass to this parameter? I think I don't need the build the xml strucuture as I did on WebAS 6.40, isn't it?

I've created a character report without user

I've created a character report without user parameters that works just fine.
The moment I've created a user parameter, without even putting it in a query, instead of
a report I've got the message: "REP-1219: 'repeating_frame_name' has no size - length or with is zero".
The same message I've got few times before:
1. When in the Layout Model -> Main Section Width and Height were not set correctly. Setting Width and Height to right numbers solved the problem
2. When 2 frames were overlapping. Turning off Snap to grid and moving the frames just a little from one another solved my problem.
What should I do this time ?

I have a requirement in OBIEE like i need to generate a report and that report has to display some valuable information dynamically.

SO, the above said fields has to be update and provide dynamic data in the report. (Also those field info is not available in Usage tracking table so we need get those information from Catalog manager also...........)
For this I have one alternate idea like to get the solution by planning to get this solution by CSV file.If you would provide any solution like CSV get updated dynamically from Catalog manager it would be a great thing to me....Your help is highly appreciated.
How to implement this requirement ............could you provide a right path to achieve this solution.

We have install/configure WebCenter analytics and activity graph.
Wehave added Login Metrics in our Group Space and we are getting default login count for specific time frame but when we define a filter under User Property of any property like city, department name, phone title etc after refreshing data it is giving error like
WCS#2011.03.31.12.47.31 : Irresolvable error(s) occurred. You may want to contact Administrator with the error reference.
Please help how to solve this.
