Reports and CSV show 999,99 instead 999.99

Hello there,
This little big issue is taking me a lot of my time.. Please help me to find out the way to convert 99.999,99 to 99,999.99.
Just in case: formating the column whith 999G999G999G999G990D00 do not fix anything
