Reports PortalIntegration gives intermitent error WWV_RW_USR.IS_SESSION_AUTHENTICATED

Has anyone seen this as a sporadic error?
I could understand it if we always got the error, but I can run
the same report 10 or more times fine, and then the next time it
might fail with the error below. Usually after it fails once, it
fails for all reports and the RepServer has to be bounced.
Running on Solaris with 2 Gig of RAM on a separate server from
the db. Reports 6i Patchset 7, Portal 3.0.9.8.1.
Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at
this time.
Oracle Reports Server CGI - Report Job has terminated with
error.
Reports Server Replies:
REP-0248: Security check failed
Error sequence number is: 5
ORA-06550: line 1, column 34:
PLS-00201: identifier 'WWV_RW_USR.IS_SESSION_AUTHENTICATED' must
be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 26:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

Yes, we are sporatically getting this exact same error, and also
on a very intermittent basis. However, our environment is
fairly different from yours: we are running on Windows 2000
servers (with the Oracle database on an AIX server), running
Portal v3.0.8.9.8 (9iAS v1.0.2.1) with Reports 6i patchset 5.
Also, after we get this error, reports continue to run, but
anything run to the screen (cache) seem to get submitted twice
by the report server itself. (The more I am looking into this,
the more bizarre it appears...)
I was hoping that this problem would go away when we upgraded to
9iAS v1.0.2.2.1 / Portal 3.0.9 / Reports 6i patchset 7, but it
looks like it won't. <sigh> So I guess it's time for me to open
a TAR on it...

When I restart the report server it works fine for a while and the error message appears again.

01. your test.rdf must be in report60 folder
02. your db must contain scott user
03. connect string must be tested and give the same inplace of test
04. your webhost may contain a dot, please check this should be the same as yours

SQL Server Reporting Services gives HTTP Error

Reporting Services is installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 Virtual Server. When I naviage to the report manager url i get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I click on Diagnose connection problems and get the the following error:
"The device or resource (xxxx-xxxxxxxx) is not set up to accept connections on
port "The World Wide Web service (HTTP)".
There is no firewall and the installed McAffe is not blocking port 80.

According to your description, you get the above error when accessing the Report Manager URL. Right?
Based on the error message, it's because the 80 port is not available for Reporting Services. Since the anti-virus says the 80 port is not blocking, it may occupied by other application.
Please change Reporting Services to use a non-default tcp port like 8080 or 81 in Reporting Services Configuration Manager to test.

Report s background engine error

When we run a report 2-3 times then report builder gives an error
" Reports background engine has encountered a problem and need to close." after this error system is hang and we unable to run this report again.
what the reasoon of this error

it can be the printer driver (sometimes the problem is with usb connectors or it can be some problem with fonts that u use on report)

According to your description, you recently updated SQL Server 2008 R2 to SP3, Report Builder doesn’t work since then the error occurs: "Application validation did not succeed. Unable to continue".
This is an known issue in SSRS 2008 R2 SP3 that Microsoft has published an article addressing this issue. It is not planning to release a fix for this issue. But we could implement one of the following workarounds:
Install and run Report Builder 3.0 of SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM.
Install and run Report Builder of SQL Server 2014.
Uninstall Service Pack 3 then uninstall Service Pack 2 and then reinstall Service Pack 3.

Interactive report gives an error only for a specific user

An interactive report based on a very complicated select gives an error only when a specific user is logged on.
The error is:
ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got CLOB.
For other users logging using this page it works fine.
Authentication for this application is done using a stored function.
The query does not use the current userid in it.
Why does it fail for a specific user? if there is a problem, it should fail all the time.

By what you said the report dont have any date parameters or no date columns.
"Query execution was not successful ORA-01843 not a valid month." This means it is related with date mask passing a invalid month into date column or argument to to_date function.Check once the session date that is 'dd-mm-yy' or anything else

Also a general question whenever I am trying to mark any question as 'Helpful', the status is not changing. Is there anything I am missing.While you flag it 'helpful' or 'correct',it takes you to other screen where you see "Yes, the question is now answered" click the radio button and then click ok button.

Generating delimited file from a report in reports 6i gives error rep-1814

Hi all,
We are using reports 6i.
We have a report from which we are trying to generate a delimited file.
We are encounterign the error REP-1814 The object vertically can never fit.
After looking into forums we came to know that there is something like DELIMITED_HDR should be set to NO..
Also we observe dthat this is done using th following command
set_report_object_property('exp039r', null,
' DELIMITER=tab' ||
'DELIMITED_HDR=no');
We tried doing that but, it is not working. Is there anything we should do to get it work.

Drill Down Report gives an error for General Ledger.

Hi,
I'm using the transaction GCAC to compare general ledger with profit centre accounting.While drilling down the report for PCA, the report works fine and gets drilled down to the invoice in SAP.But I get an error when I try to drill down the report for general ledger.It gives an error GI358 i.e. No line items were selected.The diagnosis of the error message shows that pool tables have to converted to transparent tables.
I want to know whether the error occurs beacuse of pool tables issue and if yes then how can we remove the error.

This is a reconditioned replacement phone from the apple genius guys which i paid £130 for and only got 3 months warranty with and as soon as the warranty run out it crashed on me and never been able to get it back out of recovery mode. I've been back to the apple genius guys and they have told me there's nothing they can do other than charge me £130 to take the phone off me and give me another reconditioned phone with a 3 month warranty. This is a bad hardware error, Baseband Error. Some have reported getting through this error by Restoring iPhone with the SIM Card removed. Try that. Try restoring with different computer. Search Web some more for other thoughts.

the sql server reporting services service application and applications Proxy are installed and started (SP2013 Sever)
the sql server PowerPivot system Service and SQL server Reporting Services Service are Started (in Services on Server)
in sql server 2012 sp1 reporting service configured (web service URL and Report Manager URL are configured and tested, the database report server mode is native) (SQl 2012 Server)
under general Application Settings .. trying to setup the "Reporting Service Integration" give us the above error message (Report Server WMI Provider Error: Invalid namespace)
I was looking for all blogs and TechNet material but without success.

Follow these steps:
1) Uninstall SSRS from the Database Engine server (MSSQLSERVER instance).
2) Install SSRS on the SharePoint server using the "Reporting Services - SharePoint" install option during SQL Feature selection, no other services are required (e.g. you do not need to install Database Engine services).
3) You should then see SSRS as a Service Instance in Central Admin -> Manage Services on Server, at which point you can also create an SSRS Service Application.
While this guide (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj219068.aspx#bkmk_install_SSRS) walks you through it, this is for a single server install where the Database Engine is also installed on SharePoint, not something you want to do.

HT204400 no matter what i try, my apple tv says it cant connect to the network and it gives me error -3906. i have tried restart and reset, wifi, ethernet same error. all other devices work fine.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Try reinstalling OS X. What version did you have installed? If it's Snow Leopard do this:
Reinstall OS X without erasing the drive
Do the following:
1. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
Download and install the Combo Updater for the version you prefer from support.apple.com/downloads/.

CM13 Report and Form Templates Error

hi im trying to use the default form and template installed in ..\oracle\contract management\forms and ..\oracle\contract management\Report. under sever configuration the path was mentioned correctly and i already import through the button Import Reports & Forms to multiple project. but whenever i print preview a document (eg. drawing, rfi or letter) it return me a message
This Report was not found in the specified location for this project.
is there anything else i need to check to make things work?

In the document that gives you error "This Report was not found in the specified location for this project. " try to use "Advance Print" and check if can see any templates here and if you can run it.
If so it means your installation is set to use custom form/report files which no longer exist. To change the default "print/preview" template go to Control Center, right click All Projects and go to Document Setup.
Each module has its own Form Library + default Form file and Report Library + default Report File.
