Reports regarding the Database instance: how to get "Wait Bottlenecks"

Hello,
I've created some reports as a "healthcheck" for our databases. I've went through the documentation
Oracle® Enterprise Manager Oracle Database and Database-Related Metric Reference Manual 10g Release 2 (10.2)

to figure out which metrics are possible to use. Most of my queries for the report look like
select target_name || ' => PGA Cache Hit (%): (' || metric_name || ' / ' || metric_column || ')', rollup_timestamp, average
from mgmt$metric_daily
where target_guid = ??EMIP_BIND_TARGET_GUID??
and target_type = 'oracle_database'
and metric_name = 'instance_efficiency'
and metric_column = 'pgacachehit_pct'
and rollup_timestamp >= ??EMIP_BIND_START_DATE??
and rollup_timestamp <= ??EMIP_BIND_END_DATE??
order by 2
The target_type is always "oracle_database". In the example above I've used the metric_name "instance_efficiency" and found several useful metric-columns (e.g. pgacachehit_pct).
When I looked in the above mentioned documentation I've found the interesting chapter "4.56 Wait Bottlenecks". Under this chapter there are many metrics which would be pretty helpful
to show in a report. But when running the query
select distinct metric_column
from mgmt$metric_daily
where target_name like 'SELLPROD%'
and target_type = 'oracle_database'
and metric_name = 'wait_bottlenecks'
order by 1
I get only these few records back:
avg_user_cpu_time_pct
host_cpu_usage_pct
other_wait_cnt
user_cpu_time_cnt
userio_wait_cnt
user_wait_time_pct
As a matter of fact not as much as in chapter "4.56 Wait Bottlenecks". Looks to me if not all of those metrics are really available in the MGMT$... views of the repository of the GridControl.
Is that correct or do I just look wrong?
