Reprint PO

Hi Experts,
I am not able to take reprint of fully cancelled PO. Once the PO is cancelled the change output type is triggered & i get the print out. When i try to repeat output for the PO, i get a message 'no output relevant changes exist'.
How can i take the reprint for fully cancelled PO.

Hi Kiran,
My client wants the print that all the line items are cancelled. If i try using change text or changing something in PO that would trigger the change output type which would only print the changes against the PO & will not say that all the line items are cancelled or PO is cancelled.

Find the last Concurrent which had the issue
printer is not working or report not printed properly, or labels are not printed properly
Using the Copy Option/Button in the New Submit Request Form, Re Run your report with the same parameters.

my friend and I have the same printer - his printer is at the hotel where he receives his bookings via FAX from a company - now and then the printer plays up - and when it is restarted the printer will EMAIL him all the FAXES to his email address that came through - he can see a LOG of his FAXES on his EPRINT - our question is this - is there anyway to REPRINT faxes say over the last 24 hour period - is there any way the printer stores faxes locally or on eprint - if not is there any software method so it can store backup faxes on a usb memory stick or DROPBOX, evernote - is there an HP print APP or a feature to solve such a problem?

Sorry, but you will not be able to print a FAX out from E-print. Also there is no way to re-print fax that already came through before. You can print a confirmation page. Which consist of the times and the numbers you sent them to.

XML Publisher Reprint/Republish in PDF format only?

I searched Metalink and didn't find an answer to this.
Here's how I thought reprint/republish was supposed to work in Apps:
1. Run concurrent program, choosing template and output format
2. View output and I see the template/output specified
3. Reprint/Republish, choosing possibly new template or possibly new output format
4. View output and I see the template/output specified
(repeat 3 & 4 as necessary)
For example:
First run: template Detail, output Excel --> result: Detail in Excel format
Reprint/republish: template Summary, output Excel --> result: Summary in Excel format
If this is how it's supposed to work, does anyone know why the reprint/republish would ignore the output and always generate PDF? The proper template is run, but it seems to ignore the output value (only on reprint/republish). Even if I reprint/republish the same template/same output, it generates a PDF.
We're on Apps 11.5.10.2 and just applied patch 5472959. I'm not 100% sure, but I really thought this was working prior to the patch being applied.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can someone on Apps 11.5.10.2 who has applied the patch (I believe it upgrades the server version to 5.6.3) check and see if the behavior I described is the same on their system?
Or can someone tell me if this is expected?

How many ways Checks can be reprinted, apart from FBZ5 and "Void and reprint" Options

Hello All - Some times, when there is issue with Printer, Checks are not printed. In such a case, Users ask us how to print Checks.
Some options I know are that (1) Checks can be reprinted through T Code - FBZ5 and
(2) if Users are Ok with voiding Checks and use next available Check numbers, We use the option in the Variant - "Void and reprint" Option.
Some Users are not happy with this Solution as they do not want to waste Checks.
I am aware of only these 2 options. Can you please suggest me other alternatives we have to reprint Checks. Your valuable inputs are very helpful to us in this regard.

Can i get a failed eprint to print from the site. this was sent by another person so i can't reprint

A friend sent a springtime job to my printer but it was not on at the time. When I turned it on it did not print but came up with failed when checked the site. Can it be printed through the site or do I have to get them to send it again.

Thank you for the suggestion about having the ability to reprint the jobs. It may not be possible to do this with the amount of jobs being processed with the ePrint servers to save a copy of a document that was sent. Let me know if you are unable to have them resend the job?

How to reprint a check after reversing partial line items in F110

Hi,
I have run the payment process by using F110, for one vendor. The proposal and payment made for 2 open items. After the cheque print, we have realised that we need to make payment for one line item only. First I have voided the cheque, then thru FBRA, I have reversed one payment doument out 2, the one we need not pay now. Please guide me how to reprint the cheque for the let out payment line item?
EX:
Vendor Lines:
1. Open Item 1 - INR 2000
2. Open Item 2 - INR 3000
After payment process both the lines are take for proposal and later completed the payment run also.
Both the Open Items are picked for payment and lines are cleared. A cheque has been printed for INR 5000.00
By using FBRA I have reveresed 2nd line item.
Vendor lines:
1. Open Item 2 - INR 3000
2.Cleared Item 1 - INR 2000
I have not cancelled the payment ID and second line. Now please guide me how to take print out of cheque for the cleared ( Paid) line Item for IN 2000.

It is a lot more convenient if you delete your current proposal and rerun F110 for desired line items only.

Reprint Vendor Withholding Tax Certificates

Hi,
Iam doing the changes to Rprint Vendor withholding tax certificate J_1IEWT_CERT_REPRINT.
But it showing different line items compared to Certificate J_1IEWT_CERT. Fiscal year is different in Certificate and Reprint Certificate. When fiscal year cindition is commented iam getting all the vendors for that certificate. But I need it for single Vendor exatly same as original certificate.
I observed that J_1IEWT_CERT has Vendor filed in Selection screen but J_1IEWT_CERT_REPRINT does not have the vendor in the selection screen. Is there any possibility that I get exatly same as Certificate and Reprint certificate.

When I give the print command system did not throw any message this time and excute the print and assign certificate number as per J1INMIS Report but due to some technical reasons print did not came out of the printer.
Now, when i again reprinting certificate from J1INCERT then system is showing error message " No data selected for printing"
Can anyone tell me how to take reprint of certificates and what would happen to earliar assigned certificate number range.
Further, I have taken the print earliar without TDS Certificate Number but acknowledgement number was getting updated and successfully reprinting from J_1IEWT_ACKN_N Table, but now this is also showing blank.

One of the available commands in the Action Wizard is Print (under the More
Tools sub-section). You create a new Action, add that command and then run
it on your files to print them all.

Now let's say I want to reprint that same image in a 12" x 16" size ... to fit within a mat of with overall size of 20" x 24"? Or will the 1st export be "locked" at 6.5" X 9" (proportionately)?

So, for the first one Export it cropped to 6.5 x 9 - and in the Export Dialog box there is a capability to rename the file for exported output - which would allow you to add something like the crop or intention to the base name of the file. e.g. for _IMG0846.nef - setup the output filename to _IMG0846-65x9 for 11x14.jpg and output it at, say 300 or 360 dpi. So, it has a unique name and purpose in your output folder.
For best results, now, re-crop the picture in LR - just open the crop [R] dialog again, reframe the image to the new ratio, 12x16 and Export again - with an adjustment to the filename. e.g. _IMG0846-12x16 for 20x24.jpg
So, now you have two clearly identified image files in your output area and you can provide those to whomever is printing for you, etc. Discard them when you're done since you always have the original to return to to re-frame again as necessary.
This way you get output sharpening and resolution (in pixels) optimized for your output print size. Maybe not super important for smallish prints-but more important for larger ones. Output at 100 quality.

Need to reprint photo book created with iPhoto & My Publisher

I created two photo books in December of 2006 via iPhoto and used the My Publisher plugin to use that service for output. Anyway, I gave the book as a gift and now I would like to make a copy for myself. The problem is that My Publisher cannot reprint these books... this was verified today by one source at MP.
So, what are my options, I strongly prefer the MP option (that's not available) because I wanted an exact copy and the price is right (about half of what Apple charges last I checked).
BTW: These two books were created with two different versions of iPhoto... maybe v5 & v6.

So your choices are to order from Apple or redo the book for some other source of your choice

At this time the only way to reprint ePrint emails is to have the original sender resend the email to the printer.

photosmart c6380. place black@white photo on glass plate. crop etc set to copy in black@white. press button to reprint in black@white reprints very very reddish not black@white at all. checked print head ok, hp inks ok, premium glossy photopaper. all done at front of printer not through computer. hp a dead loss first and last hp product for me

never found an answer to this problem. it does not matter what settings you chose b/w photos look a1 on screen but reddish when you print. hp have been a dead loss. i think it is the scaning light reflecting of the shiny photo paper they come outt alright on plain paper but being as i asked hp before i bought this printer if it printed b/w photos and they assured me that it would i will never buy another hp product again after sales is an after thought. do not waste your ink trying it is a dead loss

I just ordered two iPhoto books, normally I never have a problem, but this time the black and white photos were entirely washed out, but the color photos were good.
This is the third time I've ordered the SAME book, the first two runs were perfect, but this one is totally unacceptable. My question is: who do I contact about reprinting? They don't make it easy by giving any phone numbers anywhere for customer service. I need these books right away!

No. If Aperture works similar to iPhoto as far a creating PDFs of the book you can create a pdf of the book and using it find a printer like Kinkos that could print a new cover. The PDF file that gets created by Control-clicking the background in the book mode will create the correct type of pdf file for this:

In iPhoto the PDF that gets created when you try to print the book and select PDF ➙ Save as PDF creates the wrong format for what you want. If you have trouble creating that PDF file ask over in the Aperture forum.
