How we can get the reprots for P&L account,BALANCE SHEET, AS VENDOR, CUTOMERS, G/L REPORTS,( I tell about something already experts previous responses) But interviewers, is not satisfy, plz give the ur best suggestion for this one..... Help for me(dont give the websietes), are u edit or give ur best solution i request.

dear friend,
as far as i know there is no such report in standard.
so you have at least two ways:
1. build a sap query (use SQ02 and SQ01)
2. request abaper for custom report
from technical point of view i would suggest to operate with your particular 'free' item.
for example, in standrd it is AFNN item category, so run through VBAP looking for AFNN' records (VBAP-PSTYV = 'AFNN' for example) and get a quantities per position. of course, do not forget about VBAK table - you will get all important info from there, for example, the sales documnet type, date, sales area,...and you may look at VBFA (sales doc flow), KNA1 (customer) and other tables if you need some extra info.

Can Not Run the Reprot over the web

I have this code to run a reprot from a form over the web but i get this error.
The Report is already added to the reports node in the form moudule.
In Alert :
REP-0503 You did not specify the name of a report
In status Bar:
Frm-40738 Argument 1 to builtin REPORT_OBJECT_STATUS cannot be null

The problem is that the FIND_REPORT_OBJECT call is not finding the report object. Do you already have this object defined in the Form?

Crystal Reprot -Could not create shared cache

As mentioned above, this error is displayed incase you dont have proper authorizations. You should be able to resolve this issue by turning on integrated windows authentication on the osoft virtual directory in IIS on the app\web Server.
1. Goto Start Menu -> Run and type INETMGR
1. Go to IIS and Expand Websites.
2. Right-click the OSoft directory and select properties.
3. From Directory Security click on Edit.
4. Check the option Integrated Windows Authentication.

Hello Experts... I am looking for the report where I can dump POs and get the no of cube / Volume of article for each line item.
Or in other words in which report I can volume for article no / Line item dump. The table and field name is MEPO1312-VOLEH2
Don't want to use any table. Pl suggest reprot name as user has to run this report everday for reporting purpose.

Could be many things, we should start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)

EWA Reprots not getting generated afer upgarde to EHP1 SP26. The SM:EXEC SERVICES job is finishing but getting dumps like
Error message: Screen output without connection to user.

I got that error this week too. The text of the short dump indicated that it was trying to create a popup but the job wasn't running as a dialog user. The message for the popup was:
    Service Content Update outdated
    You are going to run a session, that uses outdated service content
    1. Run the Service Content Update (TA AGS_UPDATE)
    2. Reinitialize the service session
    3. Start the service session again
As you wrote, AGS_UPDATE prevents the error. But that shouldn't have been necessary though since the job SM:SERVICE CONTENT UPDATE is supposed to do the same thing, and it ran a few hours before the EWA reports. Any idea why that job didn't work?
UPDATE: Jared suggested offline to reschedule the job to run shortly before the reports, and that prevented a recurrence.

LabView6.1 reprot generation toolkit

I have a large application that was written in LV6.1. The program uses reprot generation toolkit. Last year IT updated Microsoft Office from 2003 to 2007 on that computer. As a result (i believe) when I tried to compile the executable, it gave me an build error (some interal liberay Excel vi is broken). So how can I resolve this problem? I don't have the toolkit come with LV6.1 anymore. I do have the reprot generation toolkit for 6.0, 7.1 and later.

The Report Generation Toolkit (RGT) contains some VIs. These VIs uses ActiveX from MS Office. The definitions for the ActiveX methods vary from one Office version to another.Thus, the occurrence of the error is normal.
I know that when you install the RG Toolkit you are asked what MS Office version is installed in your PC. So, you have to reinstall the RGT and choose the version for Office 2007. If you don't have a RGT for Office 2007 you can simply search for VIs that generate the error and update the Invoke Nodes or Property Nodes for the new version. It should be easy to be done.

Report Server can run in two mode:
1: User run its server by rwserver server=sac . In this case Server name is known to the user.
2: Running a Inprocess ReportServer. In this case the Report Server name will be the machine name
where server is started. When an Inprocess ReportServer is started config file "machineName.conf" is created in
ORACLE_HOME\reports\conf directory.

I had a question concerning the format of crystal reports. Is there anyway possible to have the information displayed vertically instead of horizontally? I know ift may seem like a wierd question, but I'll give you an example. My company produces benefit statements for pension plans. Crystal Reports can only display information for one individual at a time I think (in each section). I can fit all the fields I want to display in one section, then I can have horizontal rows of individuals on one page. But is there anyway for me to have the fields going up and down in one section and have more than one person's information display in the section?   Here is the format that I'm asking about:
Employee Name:                              The first employees name           The second employees name             The third employees name
Employee Address:                          The first employees address        The second employees address          The third employees address
Daste of Birth(DOB):                         The first employees DOB            The second employees DOB               The third employees DOB

Not sure if this will be helpful but you could try Section Expert---> Format with Multiple Columns. I'm using Crystal XI. This is only available in the detail section as far as I know. I'm still learning all this stuff.

There is no hiding or conditional hiding tab functionality in DeskI, which would serve the purpose of your need.
One option could be to open up the child report in the same window rather a new window.

Thank you very much for your help.
I did find the reports which run from the payment batch form.
And i also gathered a custom program which transfers the file from the standard out directory to the customized one.
But there has been some change in the requirements and instead of inserting the file into the database i am picking the data from ap_selected_invoice_checks_all and ap_selected_invoices_all and inserting into a staging table from where web-methods is going to pick data and send it across to other vendor for more processing.
I know that web-methods can spool the data from the staging table every few minutes but i was searching for some way to start the web-methods procedure from oracle. I know the communicating from web-methods to oracle is possible but i am not sure how to do it other way round that is from oracle to web-methods.
