Reputation Score Changes when users leaves a community

A strange behavior when user leaves a community in sharepoint 2013
For eg : Suppose the reputation score of user is 20 before he is leaving a community.Once he leaves the community his score becomes -21.Ok minus is fine.but when a user joins back it is still 21.
This means a user can join and leave a community any no of times and increase his reputation score. I think this is a bug

User password will need be changed when user logon

Why users need to change the password once I setup when they have been assigned by superuser?
If that is the case, then should I just assign any 4 digits then they put the real password when they log on or they can reuse the same password that I created. Only use 4 digits to avoid need to change it couple months.

Did you check the settings under
> Administration > Setup > General > Password Administration?
Here you can set different settings for example if it is possible to use the same passwrod as before, when it will expire and so on.

Struts/UIX: Initiate lovValidate when user leaves lovInput field?

So, I pretty much came to grips regarding the LOV and how to validate the input. When I am finished, I am going to post my sorry findings.
The problem is: The user has to press the LOV button to initiate the validation.
I also want this to happen when he/she tabs out of the field.
So how can I trigger an LOV validation just like it happens when the user presses the LOV button?
I tried to call the Javascript function _LovInputVTF from onBlur but the timing isn't right. When my validation el is called (from lovValidate) the LOV window is already opening. It seems that the mechanism is not waiting for lovValidate to finish. So when lovValidate finishes and showWindow is set to false, the wLOV window is already up.
When I omit the onBlur and press the LOV button, then my validation works just fine.

The problem is I cannot get out of it. The LOV opens, the LOV opens, the LOV opens .... .
I have to kill the browser to stop this.
And on second thought ... I used the same Javascript call the LOV button calls. And, if no data was changed and the LOV button is pressed, the LOV is opened always.
So probably the LOV opens, the user selects, the focus goes back to the LOV field, the tab is executed, the LOV opens, the user quits, the focus is set to the field, .... .
Not sure yet. Maybe I need to work on this some more. Maybe I could do a comparison somehow in Javascript in onLovValidate between the last validated value and the contents of the lovInput.
It would help if there was some documentation on how to trigger a partial submit/refresh from Javascript.

Wiping off session information of role when user goes to other role

This is very critical for us to know WHETHER FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT IS ACHIEVABLE BY CONFIGURATION OR BY CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT.
Let us say there are 2 roles: Role A and Role B. We have application X as part of role A and application Y as part of role B.
Since complete usage of applications: X and Y takes 10 minutes, we have set the application timeout to 10 minutes.
Now let us say, when user goes to A and access application X, leaves the role and goes to B and accesses B and comes back to application X.
X is reatining its session data yet, which we do not want.
Is there any way we can delete\wipe off the session of applications related to role when user leaves that role and goes to another role.

Change infotypes end date when delete leaving action for employee

Hello,
I created new infotype and when employee leaves its end date is changed for leaving date.
When leaving action is deleted ther is some least of infotypes that user can sign so the end date of selected infotypes will be changed to 31.12.9999. How can i add my infotipe to this list?

Maintain IT 0041 where in that table maintain employee start date of hiring and leaving date of employee bze in IT 0000 the dates will change as per action lets say if employee hire that date will be in IT 0000 action and if employee gets promotion date or leaving date that will store in IT 0000 by delimiting other actions
So maintain IT 0041 where you can pull dates from there if you maintain
End date will always be 31.12.9999 so check action start date you will get in sequence

Cisco works changes ignored when someone leaves config mode

Hi When a user leaves cisco router config mode, a syslog message is triggered pointing to my Cisco works device.
but the changes ignored when someone leaves config mode (i.e., not picked up until the next scheduled archive)
is it possible in cisco works to immediately archive the configuration of router, when someone leaves Config mode?
if yes , can someone guide how to accomplish this?

I think you want to use the automatic action for config fetch which comes with ciscoworks, right?
Did you check that the syslog message from the router came to the server?
If yes, is it in the right form? (I think it is)
I have sometimes the problem with this function that the Analyser was full of syslog messages and drops all new syslogs.

I have an iMac 8, 1 that I upgraded Leopard to Snow Leopard. It was totally updated with the latest from Apple when I bought and tried installing Lion. The upgrade failed, shot my OS and I couldn't boot. Had the constant spinner on a grey screen.. did a format of the drive, hdd repair and everything came back clean... got back to Snow Leopard and all the updates on it again and then retried the Lion thing... same bs... dead duck. Crashed my system one too many times. I can't see where a few small changes, mostly app related can be classified as an OS upgrade and is not compatible with my iMac. I have the stuff running on my Mac Pro but have yet to notice anything impressive. I've always used F3 and really didn't require Mission Control. Just open you app folder for launch pad... duh? I use the hot corners anyhow. As far as Safari is concerned... as a power user, Apple missed the boat on that for me.. full screen etc.. Wow. I don't like the new Mail either..
As you can see/read, I'm less than impressed with this release from Apple but I own so many of their products that I will have to put up with it for now... somehow the MS logo should apply to this release Steve.

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account. You may have already done this.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

Thank you for the question. This behavior is normal if updated on another Apple ID account holders computer. To change the Apple ID on your device, follow the steps in the article below.

In GET_S_STRUCT method iam getting all attributes but serial number is not filled..So could you please help here what to do..
