Request download monitor - Middleware

Hi
When i run request download and monitor it in R3AR3, i could see the increase in block size and it reaches almost the range that i specify in R3AR2. But its in RUNNING state and it doesnt get to DONE state. There are no pending queues in both CRM & ECC for this request.
This is a new behaviour in the CRM system which was working fine before. Seems some settings has been changed. Any idea of how to set this right?

Hi,
U can check in BDoc messages for that date and time. Queue name would start according to the queue register such as R3AR_<Request_Object>. Almost 80% cases you can find the error here which is related to the BDoc generation and QueueScheduler related error.

We started doing a request download for some of the BP's from ECC to CRM. For some BP's the download was working fine but for some BP's the first name and last name are missing. Kindly suggest how do we correct these BP's and how can we restrict this issue not to happen while doing a request download. The object with which we are doing the download is CUSTOMER_MAIN.

Check if first and last name exist in the Bdoc in SMW01. If it is missing in the BDoc, that means it is not transferred in BAPI structure to CRM.
You can check modules CRS_SEND_TO_SERVER on R/3 side, to check the BAPI structures , for presence of first and last names. Then in CRM, you can de-register the queue in txn:SMQR, debug the queue entry , and put a breakpoint in mapper module(which you can find from txn. R3AC1) to check for the incoming BAPI data.

CRM Request Download using Bdoc - material (urgent)

bdoc block size is of 100 and
i need to create one request download for all the materials in the bdoc not 100 request for 100 materials.
since there are 40 bdocs in error....
if any one know any function module or any other logic to fullfill the requiremernt please reply soon....its urgent.....

Request Download for Master Data from ECC to CRM resulting in "Wait" Status in R3AR3

Hi All,
I have created request download in R3AR2 transaction to download master data for a particular Business Partner from ECC to CRM.
But after I execute the request in R3AR4 transaction and check its status in R3AR3 transaction, it always states as "Wait".
Please help me as to how to resolve this issue.

Request without Monitor Log: APO Request or Terminated Request Generation

Hi,
While loading data to ODS from the sources system there is new error request appearing in the ODS with following description:
Request without Monitor Log: APO Request or Terminated Request Generation
Unable to see the error details as this request is not appearing in the monitor, unable to delete the request from the ODS and the error message is below.
Deletion of request REQU_435CYSN3FS0USQJXVKQOLAZ65 from data target ZRORDITM failed RSMPC 060

Any thoughts on above issue are helpful.

My thoughts on this...
This problem might be caused by a program error.
DataStore objects allow you to check or generate master data ID (SID) values during the activation. If you choose to do this, the parallel processes may terminate.
<b>The following prerequisites must apply:-</b>
You activate the DataStore object data in parallel (see transaction RSODSO_SETTINGS).
During the activation, SID values are checked or generated (option "Generation of SID Values" is set).
The generated programs of the InfoObjects of the DataStore objects are not current at the start of the activation (in particular, after metadata changes).

If you are unable to delete the request from Manage..
Try to delete the request(s) from ODS admin tables RSODSACTUPDTYPE and RSODSACTREQ
remember this will deletes the request
from the administration tables only. If data exists in the ODS
then you must use selective deletion to remove the data
If you also need to delete from the change log then you can use
standard FM RSAR_ODS_API_DEL.

Managing Request without Monitor Log: APO Request or Terminated Request Gen

Hello Everyone,
Need some help of managing a system created DTP named Request without Monitor Log: APO Request or Terminated Request Generation. This is like a staging DTP provided by SAP to support data loads to DSO or Cube and, it's good if the process goes smoothly.
However when we encountered unnecessary error such as tables space or memory problem, this particular job will get stuck and there's no way to move forward or backwards from this point. There were some answers to delete the request from RSICCONT, but I don't see the direct relations here, or maybe I'm wrong.
My only question - Have anyone any idea on how to work around this.
The last thing I've in hand is to delete the whole thing (requests) and re-do from start (extraction). Not a pleasant thing as this DSO feeds to 2 Cube & 1 DSO and then to another Cube.

Hi,
sad to knw you had to delete the whole data and reload. I faced the same issue today and here is what i did,
when you go to the reconstruction tab, you will find 2 ticks present
1st one that tells if request is available in data target and
2nd which gives the transfer structure status.
Now, if the first check is crossed it could mean 2 things....data no longer exists in data target or data was not updated to data target these are 2 different things.
So, in your case it wud have sed data was not updated to the target.
Solution, just reconstruct that request and then in the request tab mark it red and delete again since you dont need it.... then the activation through process chain will not fail.

I deleted the request from table: RSICCONT in debugging mode. The request was on green.
Now I have problems on activating the next requests in automatically. Manually it is working.
Request REQU_6DFXRA2VWJL3KYU44JPCWKXL2 no longer exists in DSO SVO_PPAB; system is inconsistent
Activation of M records from DataStore object SVO_PPAB terminated

Request without Monitor Log:

HI Frds,
When i am deleteing a req. from ODS, i am not able delete the Req. I Req. status is in Red and tech. status also in Red. Its showing DTP/Infopackage as "Request without Monitor Log: APO Request or Terminated Request Generation" and not able to see the Moniter(RSMO).
Kindly can one give me some solution to delete these type req. ?

Apply the recommendation of the above note:
1138410-->execute the report RSSM_ZOMBIE_REQUEST_DELETE before checking if you do not have entries in the table RSSELDONE or the table RSMONMESS but which may be displayed in the administration of a
data target with the descriptive text "Request without monitor log: APO request or terminated request creation".

Since update download monitor shows "No Signal" and "Monitor Going to Sleep" over and over

I have an HP w2072a Monitor and a Pavillion p7-1436s computer. I run Windows 8. Since downloading an update yesterday, I cannot get my monitor to work. I have unplugged it, plugged it in, tried another monitor, tried another cable, turned the computer off and on several times, played with the sleep button, tried all the buttons on the monitor--nothing works. If I hit the "On" button, the light turns to blue briefly, I get the screen showing "No signal" then "Monitor Going to Sleep" comes up and the light turns amber---over and over again. Could this be related to the update I received? I think the update said it was setting a restore point, but with no monitor, I am stuck!

Feature Request: External Monitor!

Please make Front Row work on external monitors without having to change the primary monitor to the external. This is a major pain, and it must be common for lots of people to use their large displays as a secondary monitor, so I'm frankly baffled at the oversight.
Having to either switch to mirroring or switching primary monitors each time you want to use Front Row is a silly lack of convenience.
This must be a simple upgrade...and a needed one.

Asp requests download instead of opening document in new window

I go to certain websites with the new FF 4 and attempt to access a document that uses asp and FF downloads it instead of opening it. Works fine in Safari, Chrome, Opera but not in FF.

check in Status tab--there will be a short dump..then go to ST22.
and also
Go to SM37 ..check for your JOB name and user
and find your job..it will be cancelled.. double click your job and read the job log (pencil on document).
there will be a some error.SYNTAX Error.

Material request download error

Hello Experts,
I am facing typical material download issue, please help me out to overcome this:
- material number in ERP has lot of speical characters say e.g. - : =
- DNL_CUST_PROD0 / PROD1 / PROD 3 / TAX all has bee done
- Materials are already downloaded
- When I tried to download new materials from ERP to CRM(missing) I am getting error: as "Mat. for Initial Download: Function table not supported" ; additionally I am also getting tax sequence for country CA, but in ERP no tax classification maintained for CA for particular material. Also no data available in TSTL, TSKD etc..tables.
Pleas let me throw your thoughts here.

Check you tax customization in R/3 and CRM.
In CRM,you can run txn:CRM_TAXCUST_VALIDATE and check for error in tax customizing.
Also,check note:1121999 for error funcation table not supported.
What exactly the error message icon on the BDoc says?
