Two keys swapped with Logitech keyboard

Hi,
I am using a Logitech PC keyboard (dinovo). It works fine except for the fact that the keys for °^ and >< are swapped. This was the way with earlier versions of Mac OS and I recently read a review of a new logitech keyboard in a computer magazine and they mentioned the same problem.
Is there a way to fix this? All other external keyboards work fine. I also have a USB PC keyboard. No problem.
It would be great if there was a solution.

Yeah, because the Logitech one is a kernel extension and a preference pane, so it cannot run under Rosetta. Logitech's site does say that they are working on an Intel version, but it'll probably be a while before it sees the light of day.

Can AMFPHP (for our testing) easily be swapped with BlazeDS (later on in production)?

I was wondering if it is possible to create a Flex application and use AMFPHP for testing purposes; and then easily swap this implementation with BlazeDS before going into production?
Or to put it in another way: It seems AMFPHP and BlazeDS work via a different connection strategies; NetConnection and mx:HTTPService... can't I access both services providers in a uniform way?

Hi. You should be able to use the NetConnection ActionScript API in your Flex app to call a RemoteObject in BlazeDS. I think this is handled by the flex.messaging.endpoints.amf.LegacyFilter class in BlazeDS. Normally you would use the mx:RemoteObject tag or the RemoteObject ActionScript API but calling a RemoteObject using NetConnection should be supported.
I thought I saw that AMFPHP supports using a Flex client with the RemoteObject API so maybe you should use RemoteObject for testing and production and not NetConnection.

I believe you are confusing an end product with an editor.
All the editors written in the Visual Studio Library will work (allow for the creation of programs and websites on a computer) on Windows 7. The real question is what are you creating for the end user? Which version of .Net does it target?
Visual Studio stopped becoming a .net version specific editor as of Visual Studio 2008, which at that time then allowed for different version of .net to be created, (.Net 2 and .Net 3, 3.5). Visual studio verison 2010 can create .Net 2, 3.5,
and 4. VS2012 can create all that 2010 can do and create .net 4.5x applications.
So a better question would be which version are you targeting for .Net?
Since Visual Studio is an editor, I recommend going with the latest one which can create programs to target .Net2 - .Net 4.5x. Try the latest Community edition
which has just been released and is free to use as long as you are not a large corporation.

REQUEST: Switch LEFT Fn key with RIGHT Ctrl key for GX740?

Hello Svet, is it possible to switch the LEFT Fn key with my RIGHT Ctrl key on the GX740? I can say I never touched the right Ctrl key and having both Ctrl keys side by side on the left of the keyboard will make it infinitely easier to hit any one of the Ctrl keys when gaming.

I think what he means is, that where most people want the two [Fn] and [Ctrl] keys swapped on the left of the spacebar, he wants the [Fn] key swapped with the [Ctrl] key to the right of the spacebar instead.
(Off-topic: one thing I do like with my Wind U135DX, is that there is a second [Fn] key on the right-hand side of the keyboard , but I never had a problem with the [Fn] and [Ctrl] keys needing to be swapped, I just got used to it instead )

MSI GT780 Fn and left Ctrl are swapped.

My Fn key and my left Ctrl key, swapped for no apparent reason. I would like to know if there is a way to fix this. I've tried multiple things, involving programs which let the user remap his keyboard. I am thinking this is a bios related problem. Have you got any clue on how I can fix this?

Shortcuts with right CTRL instead of left

Few days ago I've noticed some keyboard short-cuts are no longer working with left CTRL key
CTRL+x, CTRL+w, CTRL+f work only with right CTRL
CTRL+s, CTRL+a, CTRL+c work properly with left CTRL
The problem occurs in XFCE and in text mode.
I haven't changed any configuration files.
Any ideas how to make short-cuts work again with left CTRL?

the lockup behaviour exactly as described can hapends in very rare cases in ratio 1/100,
its hapends to me think around 4-6 times [from 500 ec updates one after another in a loop],
and in some very rare cases the EnE flasher hangs at startup and FAN spinup @100% and do nothing,
i suspect ec unable to enter in reset mode or its some kind of the EnE flasher bugs,[too small delay to wait the EC for reply]
but its not dangerous, etc: do not contain deadly properties.

Key swap problem using Microsoft keyboard with my Mac

The keyboard used with my TiBook is an old (circa 1997) ergonomic "Natural Keyboard" made by Microsoft. I'd like to fix the problem of having the "Command" key function swapped with the "Alt" key. Downloading and installing the latest Microsoft keyboard driver for Mac (for OSX 1 thru 4) didn't fix the problem (even though I checked the box to swap the "Command" key (i.e., the Windows key) and ALT key. Is my keyboard just too old?

Duplicate Hardware Key when tried to request for new license key

Dear Experts,
Our SAP ECC6 license key is going expire in these few days. Therefore, I tried to request for new license key with the same Hardware key at SAP Support Portal, but it showed "Duplicate Hardware Key".
Should I wait for the current one to expire before I could request for new one?

It's not a temporary license.
It just when I tried to get a new license key 1 week ago, the installation number we had was just licensed for MaxDB as database server, therefore, it only gave 2 weeks validity of license key.
Now, we have changed our contract licensed to MS-SQL server.
Therefore, I need to get the new license key based on MS-SQL server. Since, I didn't do any reformating on the server, thus, the hardware key is still the same when I tried to get the new license key.
What should I do?

In addition, do you get a certain error message when your WiFi stops working? Have you verifed that Auto Switch network is disabled?
