EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with NOKIA INDIA support..
I purchased Lumia 520 on 19-Aug-13. From the starting my Nokia Music was not working. Registered complaint regarding this in Nokia support on next day itself and later contacted them 4-5 times for the same issue. Every time what they are saying is you will get a call within one day itself. But till now i didnt get any call from anyone.
Guess this is the decline of brand which had a special place in our hearts !!!

I'd suggest you check THIS thread.
It is likely that if te 520 was imported from outside India it may not support Nokia Music in India as this requires the local firmware.

Nokia Music changed to Nokia Ovi Player - Lost 'Co...

I installed Nokia Music onto my laptop several months ago and activated the free 'comes with music' offer which came with my mobile phone. After a recent update, the application changed to Nokia Ovi player. I am able to sign in with my original details now I have lost the offer. I've tried to re-enter my activation pin and was informed pin is already activated.
How can I get the original offer back?

Hi,
What I can advise is to completely remove Ovi player again from your computer thru Add/Remove Programs. You need to delete also the Ovi player components: Nokia Multimedia Common Components, PC Connectivity Solution and Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver. Then delete the following folders:
XP:
Nokia Ovi Player - C:\Program files\Nokia\Nokia Music
MPlatform - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\Mplatform
Nokia Data Store - C:\Documents and settings\<<Windows username>>\Local Settings\Application Data\Nokia\Nokia Data Store
Nokia Ovi Player - C:\Documents and settings\<<Windows username>>\Local Settings\Application Data\Nokia\Nokia Ovi Player

Then download the setup file again from the musicstore website(http://musicstore.nokia.com/) and install the Ovi Player.
This is actually the same email that I received from them and it worked for me. Hope it'll work for you too.

Lightroom displays request for region and serial number on first run

Photoshop Lightroom CC Mac displays a region request, then shows a serial number (not our CC serial number) on first run for every user. How do I stop this happening and will Adobe fix this behaviour?

The easiest solution is to run these two commands after installing Lightroom 5:
defaults write /System/Library/User\ Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Lightroom5 firstLaunchHasRun30 -bool true
defaults write /System/Library/User\ Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Lightroom5 RegistrationField_CountryRegion -string 1
This sets the two needed default prefs that will get copied to each new user that logs in.
This assums you are installing via the pkg created with CCP.
You can also write these settings to the global Library/Preferences folder for users that already have accounts on the machine, if needed.
defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Lightroom5 firstLaunchHasRun30 -bool true
defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Lightroom5 RegistrationField_CountryRegion -string 1

My first thought was this was a phishing scam. So I went into this community and do not see others reporting the same. In registering with the community I opened my passwords file and find I have noted 'Online UK number xxxxxx' and now vaguely remember receiving notification of this some months ago; however I also recall thinking that I have not ordered that number so I guess it is free.
Is the Paypal cash payment notification kosher and can I press the opena dispute web-link safely?

Has to be a scam - I cannot believe that two large global corporations are conspiring to reverse the whole legal concepts of offer, acceptance and payment! I shall wait and see whether these charges hit my credit card and take it up with the credit card company if they do.

Nokia Music v2.0 not working on Lumia 710

Hi, i just downloaded the Nokia Music for my Lumia 710, but everytime when it launches, it shows "Can't Launch Nokia Music" because my phone software is too old. However, the zune said i have the latest update as per today. How to fix it? Thanks, and sorry if this have been discussed before.

Main problem is, few people know, at least claims to know more than others, I am using Nokia Music on my Unlocked Lumia 800 for almost 2 months, So, It's already available in India.

Unable to download music fron Nokia Music app

Hi I am unable to download songs from Nokia Music application on my Lumia 520.
It says "Your phone is already registered with a Nokia Music Unlimited Subscrption".

Just to verify, did you purchase the phone brand new or 2nd hand? The reason why we ask this is because it is possible that the phone has been registered by its previous owner. The Nokia Music Unlimited (NMU) subscription is linked to the Nokia account and the IMEI number of the device that has been used to activate the service.
Do you have another Nokia account aside from the one that is currently signed in with the device? If yes, can you remember if you have signed it in on your device?
Since the issue needs account verification, it would be best to contact Nokia Support for further assistance:

Nokia Music Application Mp3 Downloads fail

I bought a song using the Nokia Music application on my Lumia 920. The first attempt to download started and then stopped within a second of starting. No sign of any sort of progress bar. Mind you, this would be the first time I tried downloading with the Nokia Music application. I tried again and that failed as well. I find this to be poor application design. The download service in the application should be more robust and should only report a song as being downloaded when it is completely downloaded and not just when the download just about got started.
This sort of thing will steer me clear of using Nokia Music in the future. I still don't have my song. Before anyone suggests to try the web site from PC I did that too and it seems that I used all of my retry downloads for that song.
This is very poor. I use my cellphone primarily to listen to music as I am not one of those that needs to be wired 24/7 and as such I sometimes buy a song on a whim.

I tried to renew my subscription for unlimited nokia music in my Nokia mobile (603 model) but it comments that there is some problem in sending the vr. no.try later. Can anyone pl. help me to redeem my vr in my mobile for unlimited nokia music

I have tried as per your instruction to recharge nokia music vr,but it has not been successful.
1.I clicked the option redeem
2. I entered the pin No. of the nokia music purchased by me from nokia care
3. Then I clicked redeem but is not successful
When I click redeem, it says that there is some problem in sending the vr. no. try later. This way I tried several times but it says the same thing. I contacted Nokia care and they asked me to give IMEI no. which I gave but the nokia care disconnects the line saying that the IMEI No.I gave them is not valid. Now I have no other option toget help. So pl. help me. I don"t understand why is it so complicated to recharge the nokia music vr. when one pays for it?Pl. make it as simple as the talktime vr. for it"s recharge.
