Request for solo/mute opposite functionality

I'm requesting an options menu check box to toggle on/off the fact that v3 "solo" won't override "mute".
Also, but less imprtantly, a similar toggle to get ctrl+click to function as "add solos" while a regular click functions as "single solo (all other solos turn off)". In other words, back to the way that Audtion 1.5 and below operated and the reverse of the way v3 works.

working with groups should make this easier. group the track + bus channel belonging to it to solo together and off you go. unless you have multiple channels going to same busses that will do the trick. other wise you could just solo the objects in question and not the track. like that you only play the files you want to bounce and nothing else so you get the proper signal to bounce to file.

If you want to Change the request for your FG means,
1. Go to SE80 -> work bench -> Edit object.
Here you have the option two change the request.
or If you want to create the Function Group means,
Go to SE80 -> Select Function Group -> Enter name -> press Enter

Tranceport request for function module

first i have created function group and function module under local class, now i created request for function group, but how to create request for function module, i have to trancport my functionmodule. please do the need full help.

Transport request for function group

Hi All,
I have developed a function module in a function group say 'zdeep'. I have moved the transport request for newly developed function module to production. But there Iam unable to run the function module.
Should we transport the function group also to production?
If so, how can we get the transport request number for the function group?
I have tried in se80. but there iam not able to track the request no for the function group.

yes i think if u r doing any chnages in func group then it also has to be moved to Reflect chnages..also some proper order is to be maintained while moving TR

Some feature you posted are great. How about a eyedropper tool for the Color Matte?
I find the Magnet for Snap quite visible. There is also this feature in the Pref to make the playhead snap.

I have problem with permissions. After login I see a white screen instead of request for permission. The desktop application does not have a problem with it. When I log for the first time to the desktop application and I will give the permissions applications, then in the mobile application everything works fine. But this is not a good solution. And so please help.

The labelField of IconItemRenderer only supports single line text. Try using the messageField instead:

How to create the multiple spool requests for a single report.

I have one requirement to be completed , i need to send the out put of the report via mail in pdf format. for that what i did was, iam executing report in background and creating spool request and converting it to pdf and sending the file.
now the problem is, its a customer ledger report, for each customer i need to create a new spool request and send mail to that particular customer, now my dought is how to create multiple spool requests for a single pro and how i need to go about it.
And one more question is can we create a spool request for a report which is running in online.

Before that instead of directly using the table crhd structure.. please do create a type declaration of that table , make sure that the field that you wanted to get using search help be specified at last of declaration type like this

IBase When Creating a Request for Change in Solution Manager 7.1

Hello all,
We recenlty upgraded our sandbox system to Solution Manager 7.1 SP3 and are currently investigating the new ChaRM functionality with the new CRM UI. Our company had configured ChaRM back in 2007 and has been working very well since the initial delivery.
While I was following the Request for [Change process simulation from RKT|https://websmp208.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000478022011E/index.htm] on our sandbox system, I had noticed that the iBase and Component that we have created in transaction IB52 prior to the upgrade were not showing in our search when we were defining the Change Request Scope section. In the documentation that I have read leading up to the upgrade, there have been no mention of the iBase/Component data becoming invalid post-upgrade nor have I found a conversion process. I have done a search here on SDN and on SAP Notes to see why the iBase and Components were not showing up.
Has anybody encountered this issue since the upgrade to 7.1 or is there something I need to do in IB52 in order for the iBase/Component in the new CRM GUI?
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

yes in 7.0 it worked for me too, that is because in 7.0 ChaRM searched for projects based on the IBase you selected.
If there were more than one project where this system is involved you got a pop up where to chose your project.
In 7.1 you chose the project directly, instead of let the system search for you.
And depending on what productive-systems are in this project you get your Ibase list.
If you don't select a project at all you will still get a list of all Ibases in your system.
Iif you ask the SAP, they will allways tell you that you have to have a productive system in your project, at least as you pointed out with a virtual system.
I did not read i t though and therfore ca nnot provide any sources.
This is all based on my experiences.

Setting multiple parameters in "ON VALUE-REQUEST FOR"

I have a dynpro with two parameters on it, called PA_LABKY and PA_LABTX. The first field PA_LABKY is extended by a value help (see the code below). Normally when a user chooses a value from f4 help the field is filled with the value. That works correct. Now not the first but both fields PA_LABKY and PA_LABTX should be filled when the user chooses a value from f4 help.
I tried it with following code:
AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON VALUE-REQUEST FOR pa_labky.
get the values from database

set the first output field

In order to set the second field you must use the function module DYNP_VALUES_UPDATE. Replace that last statement with a call to this function module, you must pass the parameter name and the value.

Request for someone to enable "bootlogd"

This is not a request for a package per say (hopefully it's simpler):
What I am requesting is for someone to figure out how to enable a boot log file for Arch systems. This means a recorded text file which contains all of the messages echoed to the screen during the boot process -- the ones that usually go by too fast to make any use of and then are lost forever.
1) No, this functionality is not provided by dmesg.
2) Most distributions have such a feature (eg. redhat, debian, ubuntu...)
3) Some distros accomplish the task via a binary called "bootlogd." Arch (at least my arch64 system) has this already (/sbin/bootlogd), though I have not been able to make it work. I don't know if the issue is simply that I don't know where to place the call to the binary (though I know that inside /etc/rc.sysinit after the call to minilogd is *not* the right place), or something deeper. But still I think it is possible, maybe just by putting the call in the right spot in the right script.
4) The action that results from trying what I did in #3 above (putting /sbin/bootlogd in /etc/rc.sysinit after the call to minilogd) is: After boot-up one finds a zero-size log file in the default location (/var/log/boot). If you then remove the call to bootlogd from the sysinit script, reboot, and look in /var/log/ again, you find that the "boot" file is still there, only now it contains the shutdown informational messages (or at least some of them).
5) On a debian system I believe the feature is provided using bootlogd, however they clearly have some files in place that Arch does not, so I don't know how helpful the following might be: edit the contents of "/etc/default/bootlogd" to read:

6) Regarding the man page "BUGS" section: Arch does have the new-style console device: "There is no standard way to find out the real console device if you have a new-style /dev/console device (major 5, minor 1)" however the behavior I describe in #4 above makes me think that it is still working, just needs to be called from precisely the right location.
Several people replied to my initial post(s) that this would be a desirable feature, so please help if you can.
--> BTW, just checked a debian64 system... /dev/console is exactly the same as on my arch64 system.

Some of the javascripts are automatically inserted into every page that is one of them it will be fixed in a future version. It doesn't harm anything though.
Using some of the more advanced functionality in HTML DB even in future version will keep the pages from validating correctly. While it is our intention to get as fully standards compliant as possible we will always lean to the side of providing more functionality/browser compatibility over compliance.
