[REQUEST] MSI Radeon R9 290X UEFI GOP bios

Hi,
My card shipped with only legacy image in the ROM and that fails entire secure boot process with Video Option Rom authentication not happening.
I'd like to get the UEFI GOP enabled ROM for that card.

    Use the attached.
    Create a bootable usb stick (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=165175.0).
    Then unpack the previously provided archive (TV276MH_123.rar) and put the included file (TV276MH.123) on that stick.
    Rename TV276MH.123 to 123.rom. Put the atiflash.exe also included in the archive on the USB stick too. Now boot from the stick.
    Type atiflash -p -f -noaper 0 123.rom [ENTER] and let it flash the vbios.

    Hi all!
    For about a year, i am the proud owner of a MSI X79A-GD65 8D, along with a MSI Radeon HD 6950 2go.
    I recently upgraded to Windows 8 and would like to take advantage of the fast boot feature that was recently introduced with my motherboard, but my graphic card is not currently UEFI GOP compliant.
    Is it possible to have a vbios update that would make it UEFI GOP compliant? I couldn't find anything relevant previously regarding Radeon 6950 cards, only about 79X0 and some geforces.
    Anyway, here is my S/N : 912-V803-689B1012012423
    If not, is there a list of the MSI graphic cards that are officially UEFI GOP compliant?

    That's sad, because my current graphic card has enough horsepower for my needs, and buying a new one just for the fastboot thing is a little to much i think... ^^

    Hi,
    I would like to request for a UEFI GOP BIOS for my graphics card. i experimented with using the ones provided by the techpowerup site and ran into an issue where the system boots fine while starting in BIOS, however, when Windows 8 is loaded, i get a blank black screen. I have confirmed the system is working, as evidenced by booting into safe mode, where everything works well using the graphics card.
    I have since reverted to using an older version, however, this one gives me a prompt on BIOS bootup that it is not GOP compliant and FastBoot/Windows 8 features would be disabled. I was ready to give up, but changing search terms in google led me to these forum posts, and i thought, "what the heck, why not get it from the actual manufacturer's community?".
    I appreciate any assistance you may provide. Thank you and more power!

    turn off your computer, then switch it to second BIOS chip
    and check if will be GOP compatible
