Request/Response Documents do not regenerate after a FM edit

I made a change to a custom Function Module in SAP. I go into the business logic editor, pull up the JCO Function's configuration and immediately close it. xMII asks if I want to regenerate the Request/Response Documents. I click yes but the old document structure remains. Any Ideas??

Document could not Save after edit in SharePoint Document Library

Hi,
Actually the User is as "Contributor" Access.
I have uploaded the word document in document library. After that i have "Checked Out" and "Edit in Microsoft Word".
Its opening correctly and I have made some changes and tried to save.i am getting message Like "File is read Only".
So, what would be the issues. I am wired like anything because of it. The same thing happen for "Excel Document".
Can anyone suggest me on this.

"Allow management of content types?" option is "No" only in "Content Type"

Documents will not open after upgrading to OSX 10.5.1

Purchased an iMac in October/07 (OSX 10.2) and transferred files (word processing & spreadsheet files) from an old Mac running OS 8.6.
All files were copied over and I was able to open them using 'Pages', etc but once I upgraded to OSX 10.5.1, an error is generated (the error is: cannot execute binary file) if I try to open them.
All the copied files (word processing & spreadsheet files) now seemed to be labelled as 'exec' so I'm assuming the operating system considers them to be executables.
Is there something I can do to fix this?

Yes. It's the 10.5.1 Combo update.
Download the Combo update from this site (yours may be corrupt), not Software Update, disconnect all firewire + USB devices except keyboard + mouse, Repair Permissions, re-install update, Repair Permissions again +try!

Calculations not working after closing form editing

Hi!
I created a form with very basic calculations. It all worked ok in the preview, but now that I have closed the form editing and saved, the calculations are no longer taking place, and just a zero is present.
Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong?
Also, is there any way to edit a form, or do I need to start over?

When I try to go to Tools - Forms - Edit I get the following message:
This document restricts some Acrobat features to allow for extended features in Adobe Reader. To create a copy of the document that is not restricted... ...click Save a Copy.

In content query webpart columns are not displaying after clicking on edit webpart.

I created a content query webpart. I added one custom item style in ItemStyle.xsl. This template having some date operations. Some date comparisons. The issue is, template containing some variables but after selecting my template it is not showing the variable

Mini-image does not update after photo is edited

Hi, my problem is that I have all my photos on iPhoto 9, but edit them in Photoshop Elements. Once I complete the editing, I save the photo back into iPhoto. What happens is strange - when I click on the edited photo in iPhoto to expand it to full-size, the full-size version shows up with the edits, but no matter what I do, the small version of the photo (i.e. how every photo appears in each Event before being clicked on) still shows the unedited version!
Is there a way to have iPhoto show the edited version of the photo in the small "icon" size (other than by deleting the photo entirely and re-importing it into iPhoto as a new photo?)
Grateful for any assistance!

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Here's how to use PSE from within iPhoto so that iPhoto knows that the photo has been edited and updates the thumbnail:
Using Photoshop (or Photoshop Elements) as Your Editor of Choice in iPhoto.
1 - select Photoshop as your editor of choice in iPhoto's General Preference Section's under the "Edit photo:" menu.
2 - double click on the thumbnail in iPhoto to open it in Photoshop. When you're finished editing click on the Save button. If you immediately get the JPEG Options window make your selection (Baseline standard seems to be the most compatible jpeg format) and click on the OK button. Your done.
3 - however, if you get the navigation window that indicates that PS wants to save it as a PS formatted file. You'll need to either select JPEG from the menu and save (top image) or click on the desktop in the Navigation window (bottom image) and save it to the desktop for importing as a new photo.
This method will let iPhoto know that the photo has been editied and will update the thumbnail file to reflect the edit..
NOTE: With Photoshop Elements 6 the Saving File preferences should be configured: "On First Save: Save Over Current File". Also I suggest the Maximize PSD File Compatabilty be set to Always.
If you want to use both iPhoto's editing mode and PS without having to go back and forth to the Preference pane, once you've selected PS as your editor of choice, reset the Preferences back to "Open in main window". That will let you either edit in iPhoto (double click on the thumbnail) or in PS (Control-click on the thumbnail and seledt "Edit in external editor" in the Contextual menu). This way you get the best of both worlds

Posting date / period 07.10.2009/007 is earlier than existing date / period 14.10.2009/007.
What is this existing date / period date. How do I will check thro' Sale Order.

"Error: Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document." How can I fix this on a mac?

I was working on a project and I closed it after saving and closed photoshop. Then later when I came to make another adjustment to my PSD I opened the file and it said "Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document." How can I fix this? I didn't shut off my mac while saving it. Someone please help

Okay, I just talked to the person that originated the document.
When this usually happens to me, it's because I've done something stupid like saved a .jpeg as a .psd. So that's what I tried. I tried a few other extensions as well, so I thought that it was not an extension problem. Well, the originator told me it had originally been a TIFF, which was the ONE FILE EXTENSION I DIDN'T TRY. :\
Anyway, that fixed it. Usually this error indicates either a corrupt file or the wrong extension, just in case anyone ever digs this convo up later.

Accounting Document not generate after Billing

Billing Documents are saved but after accounting document are not getting generated.
we are getting the following error
*Balancing field "Business Area" in line item 001 not filled*
and billing doc are not releasing to accounting
we have checked in document splitting also all the setting are correct

Check with your FI Guy, whether Business Area is made mandatory for Accounting Document Type (For e.g. RV) of Billing. Is there any validation maintained for the same in OB28.
If Yes then check whether Business Area for all the line items are entered or not in VF02?
To do so double click on the line item and under "Item Detail" Tab, under "Account Assignment" Sub screen, check Business Area.

When I attempt to open a Canon .CR2 image in CS3, I get the following error: "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document" What is the source for this problem?

What camera do you have?
Before you resign yourself to using the free DNG converter, which adds a step to the process each time you want to open raw files, you might want to double check to see if you have installed the latest Camera Raw update, and whether that version actually handles your camera.
Check your version by choosing Help - About Plug-in... - Camera Raw in Photoshop. 4.6 is the latest for Photoshop CS3.
Check the list of supported cameras in the ReadMe file for Camera Raw 4.6 (the latest version that will install with Photoshop CS3) here:

At the root of all this is that every different camera makes a slightly different format .cr2 file, even though they're all named .cr2. If your camera was designed/released after the last update of Camera Raw for CS3 was made (i.e., when PS CS4 was first released), then it will not be supported by that version of Camera Raw. Adobe stops adding new camera support to each version of Photoshop when the next major release goes out. If you find yourself in this situation, then the DNG converter, as Silkrooster has said, is what you'll want to use.

Requested Document Could Not Be Found : Pre-Calculated Web

I get the error : <b>Requested Document Could Not Be Found</b> when I exucte the web report URL with data_mode=static. I have created variants and scheduled them, all things are correct.
I searched the Forum before posting this message. I checked the job overview for the package, its executed. In T-code RSRAPS I see the htm pages.
I could execute the reports yesterday, today I get this error.
Can anyone tell me, whats going wrong. I have tempalte in role, I have access to it.

I've problems with the buttons in my Application.
When I create one and click I after, I've allways the Error Message: Error: 'document.wwv_flow.request' is null or not an object.
But if I create the same butten on my test application, I don't have this error message.
Whats wrong?

Can you be a bit more specific? What it the difference between "my Application" and "my test application"? What are you doing differently when you are creating these buttons?

I can not create a JCA Service (Request / Response)

I need to generate a JCA Service (Request / Response) to call a MBF that exists in JDE.
I install Oracle Applications Adapters 11.1.1.3.0 in Oracle SOA Suite 11.1.1.4.0 and follow the Installation Guide and User Guide for applications adapters.
I can view the Business Functions that I packaged with Genjava but when I try to Generate a JCA Service (Request / Response) does not generate the expected files.
The machine on which I have installed the adapters is different from the machine where it was installed JDE
The first warning message appears when i connect to the target:

I have tried to create an account via ePrintCenter and it seems that the published application has several flaws in interpreting the provided input.
1) In the Filed for last Name I enter my last name, which consist of only Alph Characters. The form however thinks that there is some sort of special character and rejects my Input.
2) E-Mail address. is not identical; OK, so I do a quick OCR on the E-Mail and guess what they are identical. Again the form Fails to recognize this.
3) Enter a password (2 Fields) and a third is displayed which is marked as "*required" but is not labeled as to what the required info could possibly be. Or is it a 3 password confirmation box, who knows.
All I know is that a simple registration is a major pain with this HP site.
Any Help as to how to alleviate this would of course be greatly appreciated.

While fetching the Audit Log Programmatically last Downloaded document is not fetched from Auditing Log. To update the events it is taking 5 to 10 mins. After that i can fetch the data. Is there any way to refresh the log to be reflected immediatly?

One more thing observed based on the below steps
1. Downloaded 3 documents sequentially
2. Gave pause for 15 seconds
3. Downloaded next 2 documents sequentially
4. Executed my above mentioned program
Result : Fetched only first 3 documents, documents which are downloaded after pause is not retrieved
5. Generated the custom report (or ) Do new Download
Result : I can See 5 Documents (In case of 5th step is new download, I can See 5 Documents instead of 6 documents)
6: Executed my above mentioned program
Result : I can See 5 Documents (In case of 5th step is new download, I can See 5 Documents instead of 6 documents)
Conclusion: Most recent download event is pushed by other relevant(Custom Report Generation or Download or Page Refresh) event
Am i Missing anything to obtain the proper result ?

Hi,
In SAP, when the sub-sequent document is existing , we can not cancel the preceeding document. Therefore if you want to cancel the billing document you need to calcel the documents which are created with reference to that.
Check and confirm.
