Request Status Red

After data load from ODS to Cube request status is RED.But data successfully transfered and validated the data,exactly it matching.No where I am getting log also.What could be the problem.But forcibly made it to green.But in production i cant change the QM status.Please valuable inputs

Hi,
If it happens only for this target, go to Mange screen ---> Environment (From Menu) ---> Automatic Request Processing ---> Tick the checkbox that Set Quality Status to OK. This will ask a transport request, collect this into TR and move to Quality and Production.
If this happens for all systems, make the Extraction Monitor settings in SPRO.

Gurus-
I am loading the data from Data Stage to BW.
First load went thru with out any errors. When Data Stage team scheduled load for second time then I see Red indicator in "Request Status" as well as in "Status" tab.
When I go to details tab I see RED in "Extraction (messages) : Errors occured", Transfer (IDOCS and TRFC) :Errors occured and "Susseq. Processing (message)".
When I expand " Extraction (messages)" I see "1000 Records sent (1000 records received)" in red color.
and if I expand "Transfer ( IDOCS and TRFC) "it says "Data Package 1 : arrived in BW ; Processing : 2nd processing step not yet finished "" in red color. all the Info IDOCS are in green color.
But I see Transfered and added records in mange screen of DSO. Can I activate the DSO by changing the indicator to green from red?

Request Datamarted with QM status Red

Hi Friends,
Could anyone explain me whether there is a possiblity for a request to get datamarted when the QM status is red.
I am facing the scenario like my DSO has a red request and it is datamarted(loaded to further targets.
Now I want to delete this request, if anyone encounter such scenario please explain me how to go forward.

Hi Vishnu,
In case a request is red in the DSO, it wouldnt be loaded to the infoobject.
In any case, if you want to delete the request from the DSO which has been loaded to further data target, you can use selective deletion, where you give the name of the key field according to which you data will be deleted. Right click on DSO -> Manage -> Contents -> Selective Deletion.
You can also write a ABAP program to delete the data from the DSO table selectively. For getting the request ID, you can use the RSICCONT table.

Request status in Manage data targets

Hi
I have an ODS, which loads from a flat file. When I load data, during activation I am getting error on subsequent processing stage with status 5. What is interesting to me is, request is available for reporting icon is turned on, but I am seeing a status RED on Manage data targets. Even if I try to change manually the status to green as I am seeing the data, it didnot allow me. The error I am seeing on details tab of monitor is as shown below..
Activation of data records from ODS object ZQM_O55 terminated
System error occurred (RFC call)
Record mode Y unknown (data record REQU_3ZRQHGCF4GHOFNNP818446N3F/000001/150), activation failed
Request REQU_3ZRQHGCF4GHOFNNP818446N3F, data package 000001 incorrect with status 5 in rsodsacstreq
Request REQU_3ZRQHGCF4GHOFNNP818446N3F, data package 000001 not correct
Inserted records 1-; Changed records 1-; Deleted records 1-
Eventhough it says activationt terminated with errors, how it got the icon on request for reporting option on? How to correct this issue? What am I missing. when does the record mode Y record will be created? Any help would be highly appreciated.

I had a similar problem, check your file and ods definition, maybe it is not correct.... and before you load replicate datasource and re-activate the transfer rules.....

Request is red in target after correcting PSA

Hi All,
I am facing this issue when incorrect data comes from the source system in 0BP_DEF_ADDRESS_ATTR extractor.
The steps I follow to correct the data is:
Delete incorrect request from data target (0BPARTNER)
Filter out incorrect records in PSA
The field PSA status will mention what is incorrect in each record.
See if user has entered special characters by mistake. If yes, remove the special character. If incorrect data does not show any special characters then remove data for that field and save the PSA.
Update to data target manually from the corrected PSA.
The load again has status RED in target. If I delete the request and check the PSA for erroneous records nothing is displayed.
The record check in infopackage shows the following details:
When I check in the target all the records from PSA are present. Also infopack does not update to any other data target.
Please let me know why the request still shows as RED in the target even though error is corrected and data has been updated.

Have you tried to move data from psa to target by using reconstruction?
normally in 3.x that option would be useful in your case.
From red request how many records you moved to target.
if your all request were are correct at tarrget level then you can change status red to green.
other wise can you with that red request and visit monitor icon there and see in details.

Delta load - request status is partially activated

From one Info package data is loading to 1 CUBE, 1 ODS simaltaneously through PSA, but data is not updated to PSA. Then I have activated the ODS and then I changed the ODS request status to GREEN but here transfered records are 2000 but added records are 0, after few minuets data packets came into PSA then I am trying to CHANGE THE REQUEST ODS STATUS TO RED, IT IS SAYING "REQUEST IS PARTIALLY ACTIVATED".
In both ODS and CUBE manual updation terminating.
LOAD IS : DELTA
Pls can anyody give suggestions/inputs to come out from the problem.

Here ODS request status is changed to(from RED ->GREEN) GREEN forcebly b'z red request is not activating the ODS, after ODS activation when I am trying to change the request status to RED, its saying " REQUEST IS PARTIALLY ACTIVATED NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE QM STATUS"
If we want to delete the request the REQUEST SHOULD BE IN RED, its allowing to change to RED
pls help me on this what can we do now

Unable to manually set the BW request status from hanged yellow state

Hi All,
We were running a BW upload when it failed due to some ABAP dump. The request remained in the status yellow.
We tried to manually set the status to red or green in RSA1--> manage (infoprovider)
This did not allow me to reset the status there.
I searched the SDN and found this blog: http://scn.sap.com/community/data-warehousing/netweaver-bw/blog/2013/10/23/deleting-dtp-requests-when-the-dtp-step-is-hanged
But in our case the table : RSBKREQUEST shows "USTATE" and "TSTATE as "0"(zero). I can reset the status only when it shows 5. So running RSBM_GUI_CHANGE_USTATE in SE37 to reset the status to "0" (zero) is not an option here.
Iam sure others would have come across this situation before. If you could throw some light on how to reset the BW request status to RED or Green so that I can restart the load again.

Earlier loaded request status

Hi Experts,
In my validation program i am checking the source file format and triggering the respective process chain events to load data into BW(FILE->ODS1->ODS2->CUBE) . Now i would like to trigger process chain if the previous request status of ODS1,ODS2& CUBE are green only. I would lke to notify my support team if previous request in any of the above targets is Red.
Please shed some light on this.

Hello Ramesh,
I think you will have to include ABAP Program in your process chain which will check the status of previous load from the table RSREQICODS and RSREQDONE and if this is successful then trigger further processes.
There is How to guide for how to integrate ABAP in process Chain.

If the field they are updating is in the same object it shouldn't be an issue. If another object needs to be updated then the workflow won't work.
Integration events can be used for this. generate a event and have a external process poll the integration event queue for new events. when received, it can do whatever is necessary via web services.

R12 Payment Process Request Status Report adding extra columns to XML data.

In 11i, we had modified the Preliminary Payment Report to include extra columns ( invoice distributions). In r12 , that report is obsolete and Oracle introduced a new report "Payment Process Request Status Report". This request uses BI Publisher to generate the final report output. I am unable to modify the template since the XML output of the report does not
contain the invoice distribution account data. We need to know how can we modify the XML data to include the extra columns.
For Funds Disbursement Process ( Payment Instruction File) , Oracle provides IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB extensibility package to construct custom XML element structure that can be added to the payment XML extract generated by Oracle Payments. Do we have something similar for this report ? Are there any other options available ?

The same package "IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB" works for payment process request status report also. Please add the logic to get the distribution data in this package and you will see the new XML tags in this report also.

In document flow it is showing as credit memo request is being processed. so what would be the next step to invoice customer for the remaining amount of invoice.

Payment Process Request Status Report - Add Invoice Distribution Section

I posted this in the E-Business Financial forum, but I think this is the right forum to seek for an answer to my question.
In R12.1.3, I need to add Invoice Distribution details into "Payment Process Request Status Report" report. I know that function "Get_Docline_Ext_Agg" in package "IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB" needs to be extended, but I do not know how to do it when it involves adding a new level of records into the XML, assuming that an invoice line can have multiple distribution entries, the function return could not simply be an aggregate value but instead needs to be a collection of records, so I can loop throug them in the RTF tempalte using for-each statement.
Please let me know if this makes sense and/or if you had to deal with a similar issue.
