Requested and was billed for unlisted number BUT my name address and phone number is public..HELP!
I wanted privacy. I asked for and am paying for a unlisted phone number/service. I asked 3X and was promised that my information would be private. HOWEVER, I am getting SEVERAL calls a day from telemarketers and people I do not want to know my number.
I want my information to be private ASAP.

Is your phone number a new number or exsisting? Did you ask for unlisted when you got the number or after you received it and had it for awhile? Reason I'm asking this is because there are several possible reasons why you are getting the calls.

Google Chrome would offer dropdown prompts for this information as I started entering the information. I would simply highlight the correct prompt and hit enter and the information would be entered throughout the online form.

Hey I got my phone stolen yesterday, but it was dead for 24 hours before i checked find my phone so it says offline. I called verizon suspended my service and they said if the person tried to sell it back, or put their number on it, it will get flagged. I was just wondering if i should reinstate my service and try and wait for it to turn back on and then go get it because you need internet for it to track and with the suspended service, it can only track if connected to wifi, but they wont get past my password.

I was billed for a renewal with eHarmony via iTunes that does not work. Eharmony said itunes claims the charge didnt go through but I have already been billed it is on my bank statement. Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

I purchased TV shows, I was billed for them, but they won't play on my Macbook because it says they are a certain HD that doesn't work - I am trying to find a way to return the shows or buy them in the right format
I am using MAC OSx 10.5.8 (9L31a) as my operation system. The TV says "No signal. Check connected device's power, cable connection and source selection." Seems to me that that goes in hand with what the Samsung tech said about the Mac needing to be forces to use the external display. But how do I do that?

I have bought the wireless keyboard for my iPad. I was working for a day but now the power light won't stay on and as such won't connect to the iPad. I have changed the batteries but still no difference.
Not knowing which wireless keyboard you bought, it is difficult to be specific. but ...
it is quite normal for the keyboard's power light not to stay on - it is a way of conserving battery power.
Try this:
turn you keyboard off
on your iPad go to Settings > Bluetooth
if your keyboard is listed under Devices, then touch the little blue i to its right and choose Forget this Device
now reset your iPad: hold both the Home and Power buttons down for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears, let go promptly when the Apple logo appears and wait another 30 seconds for your iPad to turn itself on
After your iPad is back on again go back to Settings > Bluetooth
now turn your keyboard back on and see if it appeard under Now Discoverable
if it doesn't read your keyboard guide to figure out how to put it into Discovery mode
touch the listing for your keyboard under Now Discoverable, it should now appear under Devices
touch the listing for you keyboard under Devices, and choose to pair with it. -

I cannot locate an iBook that I was billed for
I tried to purcahse an iBook last night, and was redirected to my account to update my card info. I did so but the purchase was still unsuccessful. I check my card this morning and see that I was billed for a purchase last night, I do not have the iBook, just the sample. Who can I talk to about this? I don't want to wait for someone to email me in 48 hours, especially since I really want to read this book!

You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

Purchased albums, some songs did not download, although i was billed for them.
I recently purchased 2 albums on iTunes, although I was billed for them, 3 songs did not download, they are not in the 'to be downloaded' screen either. At first they did show up in my Purchase file, however, there was a large black dot by them and they were grayed out. Is there anyway to restore them or do I have to call support? I tried reporting it, but it wouldn't do anything.
