Requesting a song for itunes UK? I know it's available in the US and when I try and request it the request page is US...

This has really been annoying me; I keep wanting to request songs or artists that I know are available in the US but aren't in the UK, but the request page is for the US and I can't seem to change this. I suppose that my requests won't work since it's available in the US. It's really tiring. Does anyone have a suggestion?

You could put UK in the comment box on the feedback page : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
But ultimately it will be the record company's choice as to whether it's made available here (they have to grant Apple a license), so you could also try contacting them

1. Have you applied sync settings for music to be synced to the iPhpne?
2. Photos that are synced to the iPhone cannot be deleted directly from the iPhone

Contact iTunes Customer support... it is not possible to bypass Activation Lock.

No. It sounds like the water destroyed the component inside the iPod.
About your only choice now it to take it to Apple and pay for a replacement.

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.

If you dropped it in water, and then plugged it in, you may very well have destroyed the battery and/or the logic board. Charging/plugging in to a power source is very damaging to wet electronic devices. There is not much you can do but replace the entire iPhone...and since you did repairs yourself Apple will not do an out-of-warranty replacement.
You can try replacing the battery, the lightning port is another issue, but I would not expect that iPhone to work again.
